one night you test your luck, just for fun. you're leaning against Binah, curled in her lap as you read together in comfortable silence. quietly you shift, raising a hand. the goal is to not draw her attention. for once, you're successful in that aspect, and your fingers settle in her hair and begin to lightly, gently scratch her scalp.

Binah blinks, once. her eyes settle on you with the whisper of a question, but it fades as they close and she indulges herself to lean against your palm. there's a faint smile on her face and one on yours to match, carefully running your hands through her hair. Binah hums softly, and an adoring glimmer shines in her eyes when she turns to look at you again.
