Changes ><

Hiiii! It's been a bit, hope everyone is doing well! I need to rant, if you're not interested, then you may continue on with your day^^

Now then, does anyone else find changes to things so difficult?? It's the absolute worse!

So today, I had finally processed that routine for yesterday's plans were thrown WAY off and it made me really upset. Trying to stim to self soothe, helped a bit though. But yeah! It just made me feel so frustrated. Ugh!

I'm not sure if this is a tic; however, I keep doing this sound with my throat and once I start, it's hard for me to stop

It feels like a hiccup and idk what really triggers it; it just happens. As I'm writing this now, I can feel it coming on just bringing it up. I'm not panicking or assuming it's a tic, as I've never had tics or a tic disorder; however I can't tell whether it's a stim or a tic

I need answers please🥺

To all the lovely, beautiful, handsome and valid NDs out there, I have a question, does anyone else hide and try to avoid hearing happy birthday songs and presents on their birthday? I have always done this and I'm not sure why? I think it's because it's overwhelming and I get anxious and actually don't like hearing it be mentioned even days before or the day of. Once it's all over, I'm finally at peace. I just see my birthday as a normal day to be honest.😅

Hii! I was meant to post about this a while ago, but work has been tiring me so much ><

I had gotten a Sunflower lanyard with the Hidden Disabilities Card and I wear it everyday whenever I go out including to go out on a walk ^^ I know this is more so used in the UK, but since I live in America, I wanted to start having it be seen here too 😌 I highly recommend getting one ^^ they're very helpful ofc and brings awareness, recognition and are very pretty as well 😁🌻
