Hey friends, more artwork! This is a competed art piece but a bit more simplified than my last one (kinda).

I want to dedicate this piece to all mothers out there, who, not matter what, will always love and cherish their children, body, mind, and soul. I think Aphmau’s character embodies that beautifully with all of her children throughout Minecraft diaries. I’ll be honest, I listened to the Tarzan soundtrack while writing this and cried a little, so I hope you all do the same while you look at it and listen too! Love to you all 🫶

IN MYSTERIOUS ARMOR HOLDING A GOLDEN LASSO BY YOUR BABY BOY. I dunno about you but that’s pretty scary

The golden lasso! The easiest relic to create if you have a basic understanding of magic and soul harvesting. The bull soul must be harvest ethically or the lasso or string will not work ( usually there’s a farm of bulls and they’re taken care of until the day they die) in order to lasso someone they must being consenting towards it or it just doesn’t work, as for baby’s it’s tricky and sadly it’s very easy to kidnap a kid like that which is why there’s the bell kids are taught a jingle when they’re young so they can alert someone that they’re trapped in a lasso, but as I said babies kinda are up for the napping SO WATCH THEM ‼️‼️ as for the golden string it doesn’t trap someone it binds the souls of the wearer ( usually wore in weddings)

Do you think when aphmau saw grown Levin for the first time all she could see was the man she had just lost?

It wasn’t even thirty minutes ago she saw the same blonde curls and blue eyes in the light underneath the tree canopy. Only then was Aphmau able to understand what Garroth had given up for her and Laurance. Only then did Aphmau understand what had been stolen from Garroth. The resemblance had always been there but she hadn’t known what Garroth looked like when he was a child. She wondered if in a few years would Levin’s brow crease in the same place as Garroth when he was stressed. Would Levin catch Garroth in age by the time they saw each other again? Or, would Aphmau be left with a constant reminder of what she could never have? Aphmau only then understood how young she is as she looked at her son take on the same pressure she nearly crumbled under.

Explanation:

Malachi does not remember his last name, nor does he want to, so he takes Aphmau’s; Shala��shaska.

Levin is Garroth’s son, and once Aphmau and Garroth find that out, they give him Garroth’s last name. Only issue… It’s not actually his last name. Instead of Levin Ro’meave, his name is Levin Meadows, as that was the name Garroth was using at the time.

Garnet, yes I removed Lilith from her name (sorry) is named Garnet Lycan, after her late adoptive father. Technically Aphmau is more like an aunt to Garnet, but she’s always just called her mom.

Alina is Laurance’s daughter, and Aphmau wanted to honor him whilst he was in the Nether (even though she was livid with him for leaving) so she named her Alina Zvahl.

So, ah yes, the Lady Aphmau and her children: Malachi Shala’shaksa, Levin Meadows, Netty Lycan, and Lina Zvahl.

Oh trust that there are plenty of rumors surrounding her and her children.

So ep 22 is when levin shows up. vylad dropped him off at her doorstep. but it was so long before hand that the old lord died.

HOW LONG DID HE TAKE CARE OF THAT BABY!? How may nights was vylad holding a crying baby, hushing him as he looked around worried gene would show again? where did he keep levin while he was doing all the things we saw him do?

Hey so y'all know how Garroth asks Aph if she's sure about taking in Levin? Because her duties as a lord might get in the way? Do you ever think about how he was raised? And how maybe he's looking at Levin and seeing another kid who might suffer bc his parent is too busy being important to love him, and he's afraid? Because he knows (or at least REALLY wants to believe) Aphmau wouldn't do it on purpose, but then again, part of him still wants to believe his father didn't either? And the way he IMMEDIATELY volunteers to be in Levin's life, IMMEDIATELY steps up at every occasion, gets Zoey involved, ACTIVELY SAYS THAT HE KNOWS LEVIN WILL BE SOMETHING GREAT SOMEDAY TO OTHER PEOPLE?? He's making DAMN sure that kid has people in his life, and that the kid has somebody who unapologetically is proud and enthusiastic about him. I think he's making sure no kid ever has to grow up anything like he did.

Aphtober Day 15: Dearly Departed

An unconventional take on “dearly departed”, because Aphmau doesn’t die in MCD, but I figured departed could be interpreted as simply “too far out of reach” after having departed for a trip.
