i hate being a young age. i hate being less than 18 (i am 17) and not being able to interact with the fandom of an adult show I shouldn't have even gotten invested in. its nobodys fault i know that these rules exist for a very good goddamn reason im just. salty at time. fuck it thats the title of this post

I didn't exactly decide to get invested in this show (hazbin). I went through a traumatic event at the same time as my undertale friends were posting alastor x reader fics on quotev, and having seen the pilot a while earlier (promising myself i wouldnt get invested until i was older :rolling_eyes:) i clicked on the fics. my enthusiasm with undertale was dying out, the fandom for it on quotev was waning and i was on the hunt for a new coping mechanism to latch myself to so that definitely didn't help. shouldn't have read the fics or even watched the pilot in the first place considering its very clearly an adult show, but what teenager whos been through shit actually listens to those warnings? i know, a lot of excuses, but at least its relatively conseequence-free...? its not like im using a fake id to get alcohol or anything lmao

anyways. there's Emotions in my brain right now. like, man! i was born too late to properly experience some of the best fandom shenanigans! and you can't just tell me that I'll experience those when im older, do you see how fast the internet is changing?? reading posts detailing shenanigans from the harry potter fandom or the minecraft fandom is like,, sure i can look back but. here let me use an example that might make more sense. it's the same feeling as turning on streetpass on my 3DS and knowing that the age of being able to actually pass anyone with a 3DS on the street is gone and over and dead. the dread of that future is the feeling I get when i see these cool fandom things happening in the Adult World (TM) and its like I'm so fuckin close to being the Age. I'm literally 17,, time go slower please. not because i dont want to be the age of 18 yet (i actually want to be 18 sooner for many reasons that are TMI and would require a paragraph of trigger warnings to even start to get into) but i'm more saying that i want *culture* to move slower. Don't leave me before I get the chance to experience you, I say! But it's literally too late for a lot of it, especially with videogames but also with TV shows. the undertale fandom is populated by a good amount of children and i was obviously one of them (still am!) but if i didn't lie about my age i wouldve never had as much fun as i did, even considering the very child-friendly content of the game itself. im never cosplaying as an adult online ever again because 1. too stressful and 2. im almost 18 anyways but I STILL FEEL EMOTIONS about the amount of time that i still have to wait eeeeeeee. zuck better hold his HORSES 4 fucks sake. the internets changing. eee.

TL;DR i shouldnt have gotten invested in hazbin, but i did, and now im remembering all the fandom things with nintendo that i brainlessly watched pass by me and now wish i couldve experienced. Although I'm almost 18, i compare the hazbin stuff to the nintendo stuff and its freaking me out irrationally.

Walker left the zone to arrest him too why? Because clearly he is neglecting the child king! Smh. 😔 Walker greatly respects the rules but now that King Phantom is in place he respects something more. So now hes back to his old ways of bending the rules to fit his whims. But this weird Bat Man person is deserving of a harsh punishment, that or a good thrashin’, for how hes done gone and treated their new King! Can’t the man tell the boy has a familial bond with ‘em? For cryin out loud the youngin already gave em core charm! No all the others can clearly see plain as day that hes apart of the boys family. (Danny made Batman an ice ward that helps protect from other ghosts… or so he thought oops it’s telling all the other ghosts that hes Danny fam)

Yet despite all this the man still is refusing to bring the kid into his fold. You don’t just go on and do that to a young one. Their King is only a baby and now this man has gone and ignored him like hes plans to go out to get some milk and never come back. Can’t he see how this is affecting his development? Walker wont have anyone doin that to his ghost King No Sir. Hes gonna education this man himself if he has to. Rehabilitation is something he can do. It’s within his jurisdiction after all.

SO. i was able to figure out the general structure of the script JLH leaked.

in order for all this to make sense, the first thing you need to know is that in north america all screenplays (scripts) are written in the same format

knowing this, we can deduce the general structure of the scene and even the length of some of the words

first we need to address the big question everyone's been asking:

are they talking about Bobby or Eddie?

screenplays are always typed in courier font, and in courier the capital letters B and E are identical at their left sides.

so while i enjoy people trying to figure out if the blurry letter in line 24 is a B or an E, the answer is it could honestly be either

where we really need to look is line one. the screengrab is blurry so i've outlined the word "going" and circled the area we should pay attention to

at first, the last letter of the prior word looks like an undistinguishable blob, but there is actually one key thing we can discern from it: the letter can't be y, it doesn't hang low enough

there is a chance that the word is not a name and is "he" which would not rule out Bobby or Eddie. however, that would mean the conversation goes on for at least 14 lines without mentioning "him" by name which is (heavily) frowned against in screenwriting. so chances are they're talking about Eddie

also, with what we know about the characters it's most likely Eddie. can you really see Bobby not talking to Buck because of... well, anything? and we already know that Eddie has a difficult time communicating. so i've decided to go with him for this script but haven't 100 per cent ruled Bobby out

moving on to the actual script itself, anything not highlighted in red is something i'm confident is either the exact wording or something similar. the red sections are the parts that i'm less confident in or know are incorrect somehow

Maddie's first dialogue block is the part i had the most trouble with. with context from the following conversation i figured that she probably asked something along the lines of when [Eddie] will be back at work. the main issue with this section is that the top line is actually six letters shorter than what i have written. this also means that the word that follows "going" has to be at least eight letters long. i tried messing around with the dialogue a bit but couldn't come up with something that would fit the appropriate letter count so for now i just wrote a line similar to what i think the actual line probably is

line six has to be either 12 or 13 spaces long and the first word has to be at least four letters long so i used "really soon" as a place holder, but i'm not completely confident in it

for line eight i initially had "Oh, that's good." but the line was one space short so i changed the "Oh" to "Hey" instead. i don't feel too poorly about this one but it still doesn't feel right to me. if the actual script says "Hey" i wouldn't be surprised if JLH changes it to something else or forgoes the exclamation completely

the final line is just a rough guess of what it could be. i'm not sure how formal the 911 writers are with action lines so i just took a random guess. some writers are extremely formal with action lines while others are more comedic with it (Neil Gaiman is a great example of this). i'm guessing the 911 writers are more the former but i honestly have no clue

bare essentials (what makes clover... well, clover):

• big lad (6'3ft/190cm) • 31 y/o • rank: sergeant? (he's been PMC for a while) • clover has this choppy mullet situation because he hates short hair, but needs the sides trimmed for his headset to sit snuggly. u won't see his forehead often lol • piercings that def need to be taken off for an op - 3 on his right ear - 5 on his left ear - a labret piercing (lip) - and many more! (😏) • a neck tattoo of a stag skull and a wreath of laurels surrounding it • his lucky coin (that he bets other's lives on) • a freggie charm (a weird frog thing he adores) • an ambiguous accent (sounds like he's from london, but he definitely isn't)

the story so far or whatever:

Clover was a medic for a task force specializing in interrogations and intel gathering, but was thrown to the wayside after a traumatic back injury that temporarily takes him out of the field. Retirement isn't an option for guys like him, so he's made a medic on a uk base with his own little office. he hates paperwork, but what can u do, ykno. his bedside manners are horrible and his superior Fish isn't too happy about that, but he's too good at what he does to let him go (and even has clover trained for a position as head medic to replace him lmao). he settles into the routine of a sterile environment and possibly says goodbye to getting back out into the field. but here arrives fledge, in for a patch up. and another. and another. clover becomes a lil obsessed with him (read: falls in love with him) to the point of training to get back into a task force fledge's on as their combat medic. the captain likes him, so he's inducted in without any problems. or smth. LMAO. the rest is clvrfldg history.

what the bastard is like:

clover doesn't care for regulations. its obvious in the way he looks. he's one step away from being kicked to the curb and dishonorably discharged from medical malpractice. (i.e: coin tossing if u live or die or if he should give you anesthetic lmao) but he's damn good at his job, so they don't want to lose a great asset like him. all smiles that don't reach the eyes, and eyes that never shine, he's unreadable. you won't get a lick about his past or anything about himself. its like pulling teeth because he'll redirect a conversation back to you. very observant (and a bit of a sadist lol). uses it to his advantage as a medic, its what keeps him sharp (and a bit mean). will notice the little details and patterns and use what he can to turn things in his favor. manipulate mansplain manwhore or whatever lmao

~7,000 years ago: The Omnipotent comes to the world from another dimension (via lunarian interference?).  The Omnipotent takes the remaining uncorrupted land and lifts it into the sky, and seals the surface under a barrier, forming the Crimson Horizon and the Skyrealm.  The laws of physics change, with Wardant excluded from the Skyrealm.  Shalem and Shahar are created. The ancient people officially become Otherworlders.  The moon begins its war against an unspecified threat (the Crimson Horizon?).  True dragons probably start existing.
