Ngày ấy tớ cứ thắc mắc mãi, rõ ràng cuộc sống ở đây rất tốt, rất ổn định, tại sao phải chuyển về thủ đô chứ? Chẳng phải ngày trước ở đây mỗi tháng vẫn có thể về quê hay sao? Tớ đã mang một tâm trạng đầy buồn rầu, khắc khoải, lưu luyến, nhớ mong đi về Hà Nội. Thời gian đầu tớ thật sự rất ngột ngạt vì môi trường xung quanh thay đổi quá nhiều, tớ cảm thấy quá lạ lẫm, khó thích nghi mà trong xóm tớ ở, tớ cảm thấy mình chẳng hợp chơi với ai cả. Ngày ngày tớ chỉ lủi thủi trong nhà mà thôi. Phải đến khi bước vào năm học mới, đến trường mới, tớ làm quen với vài người bạn, điều đó đã giúp tớ vơi đi phần nào nỗi cô đơn, trống vắng. Sang học kì 2, tớ đã chơi thân với 2 bạn, tớ cảm thấy vui nên cũng thích đến trường hơn, nhưng tớ làm sao có thể quên những mảnh kí ức cũ, những người bạn gần gũi ngày trước. Năm đầu ở Hà Nội, tuy vẫn còn nhiều bỡ ngỡ, lạ lùng nhưng không phải là không có những kỉ niệm đẹp, đặc biệt là về ngôi trường tiểu học của tớ, về cô giáo ở thủ đô đầu tiên tớ học, về những người bạn ở thủ đô đầu tiên tớ làm quen, về con đường ở thủ đô đầu tiên tớ bước đi.

Đến năm thứ hai ở đây, tớ lên cấp 2, có một biến cố, mâu thuẫn xảy ra giữa tớ và hai người bạn lớp 5 ấy, cũng vì còn non nớt, bồng bột, không giải quyết được vấn đề nên cuối cùng, bọn tớ không thể nói chuyện và là bạn của nhau nữa. Lúc đấy tớ có tiếc, có hối hận nhưng cũng chẳng biết hàn gắn thế nào, đành đánh mất hai người bạn đầu tiên. Khi những điều cũ chưa kịp làm quen thì điều mới lại xuất hiện và vì không còn bạn nữa mà hồi ấy, tớ cũng khá nhút nhát chẳng kết bạn với ai, chỉ chơi xã giao với những bạn cùng lớp 5 lên lớp 6, nên những tháng đầu cấp 2 của tớ rất ảm đạm, buồn chán, chỉ có đi học rồi về nhà, tựa như một vòng tuần hoàn chẳng có lấy một điểm kết thúc. Khi ấy, trong tớ càng khao khát trở về Thái Nguyên hơn bao giờ hết.

Và rồi, đại dịch Covid bùng phát mạnh mẽ vào khoảng thời gian tớ đang ở giữa kì 2 lớp 6. Để tránh đại dịch đang dần lớn mạnh ở thủ đô, nhà tớ như bao nhà khác, đã quyết định về quê sống. Phải nói rằng lúc ấy tớ rất vui, như được thoả nguyện mong ước bấy lâu nay.

Khác với ngày bé, kì nghỉ hè của tớ ở Thái Nguyên được đi đây, đi đó, dạo chơi phố phường cùng bạn bè, thì hè năm tớ chỉ có thể ở trong nhà cách ly. Nói vậy thôi chứ thực ra thi thoảng vẫn sang nhà bạn chơi, nếu ngày cưa có những trò hoạt động thể chất thì bây giờ chơi game với nhau, chỉ cần được gặp những người bạn thân thì như vậy cũng đủ rồi. Thời gian ấy vì chỉ giao tiếp với những người bạn thân ở quê nhà nên tớ dường như mất kết nối với những người bạn trên lớp, đối với họ, khi ấy tớ chỉ là một bóng hình mờ nhoà, thoáng qua trong lớp. Tớ cứ như vậy đến giữa kì hai năm lớp 7.

Biến cố nào rồi cũng sẽ đi qua, đại dịch cũng vậy, nó cũng dần được khắc phục và không còn ảnh hưởng quá sâu sắc đến đời sống xã hội nữa, mọi thứ bắt đầu trở về cuộc sống bình thường, ta được gặp mặt trực tiếp chứ không còn là trực tuyến nữa. Tớ phải trở về trường, về lớp của mình, điều đó đồng nghĩa với việc tớ lại một lần nữa chia xa quê hương. Thực lòng tớ rất buồn, tớ không thích điều đó nhưng bây giờ phải biết làm sao?

Bước ngoặt đã xảy ra là khi đi học, tớ gặp mặt trực tiếp với nàng, Xuân Nguyệt. Sự xuất hiện của nàng chính là ánh sáng chiếu rọi những ngày tháng đầy âm u của tớ ở nơi đây (Cuộc tình đơn phương này thật sự rất đẹp với tớ nên hãy để tớ kể trong những post sau nhé).

Tớ nhận ra rằng việc đi học trực tiếp thế này cũng phải là điều gì đáng sợ quá.

Sang năm lớp 8, vài biến cố, nhỏ thôi, đã xảy ra, ban đầu có hậu quả để lại nhưng chính những điều tưởng chừng như là sai lầm ấy đã trở thành bước đệm cho tớ có được một nhóm bạn thân cùng lớp vô cùng đáng yêu (Câu chuyện này thật sự rất thú vị nên hẹn khi khác sẽ kể chi tiết hớn nhé). Đâu dừng lại ở đó, nhờ việc tự tin ghi danh mình vào đội tuyển văn, tớ đã có cơ hội được kết bạn với hai bạn có cùng niềm đam mê văn học như tớ. Cũng chính nhờ đội tuyển văn mà tớ gần hơn với cô Yến, tớ từ ghét đến có thiện cảm và rồi là quý trọng cô (Nói đến việc ghét cô, cái này cũng hay ho không kém, phải dành một post riêng mới được, quá nhiều sự hứa hẹn trong đây). Hà Nội còn là một thành phố yên ả, thanh bình như đúng cái tên “Thành phố vì Hoà Bình” khi ẩn chứa rất nhiều con người gần gũi, thân thiện, và chính nơi tớ ở, một quận ngoại ô cũng tiềm tàng đầy vẻ bình yên, nhẹ nhàng của nắng len qua tán cây xanh, của hoa khẽ rung rinh trước gió, của trời nhiều đỏ rực cuối trời, của những người thư thái cảm nhận vẻ thanh tịnh ấy. Nhưng Hà Nội với tớ còn là một thành phố sôi động, náo nhiệt, nhiều lúc là xô bồ, bon chen, thành phố lung linh, hào nhoáng của ánh điện nhưng đâu biết rằng, vẫn có những người phải chen chúc, vội vàng trở về nhà sau một ngày đi học, đi làm giữa những cung đường mà tắc nghẹt. Tớ cảm nhận trạng thái ấy của Hà Nội khi tớ lên cấp 3, mỗi hôm trở về nhà không chỉ tắc ở ngoài đường mà còn đông ở trên xe bus… Có hôm tớ mệt lắm, nhưng đâu biết than khóc với ai, đành giấu nhẹm trong lòng mà quên đi thôi…

Tons and tons of worldbuilding to build up neglected characters and plot points from the ground up (e.g. Annerose, Earth Cult) and reworking the golden haired brat in a new environment.

Lucky Child (1.1M words) by Star Charter, updated recently! YYH with a transmigrated Keiko; lovingly gives attention to minor side characters and fucks very hard with mythology. Rereading to catch up.

Mortal Gods (200k words) by kivaember, SMTV but allowed to breathe. It's about the worldbuilding! And the demons! Understood Koshimizu so viscerally even before Atlus did. Also rereading.
