Pet Peeve: people saying underage when what they mean is under 18. Underage is a legal term which refers to the legal age of consent which differs from country to country and even sometimes state to state. It also differs over time.

So no it wasn't legal in 18th century England to have sex with underage girls it was however legal to have sex with girls who were under the age of 18 (and still is). 18th century England did have age of consent laws it's just that the age of consent was much lower than 18 (10 for girls 14 for boys).

It's important to remember that legality and morality are different things. When we talk about historical legal systems we need to distinguish between what was legal/illegal and what is moral/immoral.

Bizarre and random thoughts but: Fucking somebody on a grave probably counts as trespassing and desecration/vandalism, and if so, illegal, but could Astarion waive charges by pointing out that it's his grave? I mean, no, because the undead probably don't have rights, but there could be grey room in court!

like no it's not aphobic to state that an organisation that recruits literal infants banning them from entering into deep friendships/familial/romantic relationships is a bad policy

no one should be forced or pressured into any type of relationship, or thought lesser of for not having or desiring a romantic relationship

conversely, forcing people to not enter such relationships is not great either (remember gay people in homophobic societies?)

at the end of the day critiquing the lack of choice is not aphobic

some people need romantic relationships to feel personally fulfilled, some people don't, they may or may not be aromantic, and a blanket ban is never a good idea in an organisation people don't join as adults with fully informed consent (distinguishing it from say priesthood) & is difficult to leave
