Gamzee is a dog that lives in the Crystal Dimension, though he doesn't care much about Dog superiority or anything like that. Despite the second Rainicorn-Dog war going on he just wants to make as many people laugh as possible.

That thing I said about Equius having a similar relationship with Gamzee here? Yeah Equius is the exact opposite of Lee, up to the point of believing that Dogs are the rightful rulers of The Crystal Dimension. As such he has the same infatuation with hierarchy that makes him so weird around Gamzee.

he doesnt really have any DEATH SPOTS, he has more of a weakness for soft, light tks that get him giggling like an idiot

as a lee, her worst spot is her waist. she doesnt laugh much, mostly small giggles like gamzee. she WILL squirm and flinch though, thats for sure.

Ironically part of the solution to your problem with davekat is that you needed more davekat. But not like end game davekat, you need more early-mid game davekat. You know the at each others throats into friendship part. And this isn't me just suggesting the honda odyssey again cause it would be funny, no. This is me factoring in why people like the other ships during act 1-5, and remembering that the time difference is ludicrous between the halves of HS. Cause 1-5 only lasts a day/a few days, where as 6 is three years repeated twice due to two timelines. Like yeah no shit some people are going to feel like buildup is sparse when spread so relatively thin.

But even then, there were a lot more problems going on than just each other in romance. Such as with Gamzee and Rose's alcoholism. Them ignoring those obvious issues on the meteor makes them seem like they are ignorant assholes. Dave is like Rose's brother, so why would she ignore his sister in trouble? Karkat has only Terezi and Kanaya around as the living trolls. Shouldn't he be more concerned of keeping them close eye after all the murder? Why did it have to be VRISKA to do all the work so Dave and Karkat can use Wayward Vagabond as a pet? Why didn't the webcomic let Wayward Vagabond be more active in the role when he got revived? Did Ghost Godtier Feferi's Life Powers made him retarded? Why was it shown as a Vriskagram for the Post Retcon? It's all fucking bullshit and people think this narrative writing is the greatest thing since Harper Lee.
