Summary- It's finally off-season, and alessia wants you to come on holiday with her. However, due to your job being demanding work, you're a bit hesitant about going. But alessia knows how to get what she wants, and all she needs is acrylics to turn you to putty.

"Please come with me the girls haven't seen you since the nations leauge and ive missed spending time with you" alessia begs you as you stand in the kitchen helping her cook "you know i would less but im not sure i can even get the time off because we are short Staffed" you replied.

Its not as if you were trying too avoid the holiday you would have jumped at the chance immediately however your job as a firefighter meant it was much harder to get time off works and your station was understaffed so leaving them one man shorter wasn't going to help your co workers or the community.

However, alessia knew how stubborn you were for the dedication you had to your job, but she knew exactly how to get her way. The next day, she went to go get her nails done as now she could have nails without the risk of them being ripped off or accidentally hurting another player when playing. Unlike normal, she got her nails a little bit longer as if you weren't gonna say yes to her holiday wide awake. She knew you would with a bit of bribery.

It was around 6pm when you came crashing into the house, dumping your bag by the door. "Hi love, how was work?" Alessia asked from the couch. "It was alright, but it's so busy with the amount of calls we've been getting, so im not in the mood to do anything tonight," you replied, walking in and pecking her on the lips. "Well, why don't you shower, and then we can cuddle on the couch, and I'll order us a takeaway?" she replied, smiling at you. "Yeah, that sounds good" you replied.

However, unlike normal, you just couldn't relax as tension radiated through your body due to being so overworked. Alessia knew you needed this break as much as she did, but she didn't want to push you.

She began by gently scratching your scalp and carding her fingers through your hair, and it was if a switch was flicked, your body began to relax into her touch, which is when she sprung the question on you "so love i was just wondering if you would come to ibiza with me.. it would only be for a week and it would be good for you" she started still massaging your scalp "mhm i dont know lessi i really want too but its whether they'll give me time off" you say eyes slowly dropping as sleep consumed you.

"Why dont you call them now and just ask if they say no, then it would save us trying to book later again if you could come," she suggested, knowing that you would. " Yeah, you're right. Pass me my phone" you said, sitting up from her lap. The conversation was quick with you being suprised how easy your boss was willing to let you have time off but said he understood that this was the time you and your girlfriend could go on holiday together. "He said i can so you can let your girls know im coming" you said to her and her face lit up knowing you wouldn't have done it if you weren't melting under her touch without even realising.

"So how about more head scratches, please?" You turned to her, and this time flopped right on top of the smaller blonde as her hand returned to your head. "Oo, and while you're at it, can you scratch my back as well?" you said, pushing your luck. "Im not your personal servant, you know, but you're cute, so I'll let you off," she responded, a light laugh leaving her lips. She continued until you fell asleep as your breaths tickled the crook of her neck where you had buried your head.

However, she wouldn't change it for the world as she knew at the end of the day you would have walked to the end of the earth for her, but now it was time for a relaxing holiday. Well, not so relaxing due to the constant partying, but that's the best part of the holiday, the moments where you forget your responsibilities, and it's just you and lessi, and that's it.

The days in São Paulo were hot, especially in the summertime. You were enjoying the sun with your sisters and aunts, whilst your dad and uncles got started on the BBQ. Ruben kept your cousins busy, chasing them around in the backyard, playing football.

"Here, put this on." Your auntie, passed you a bottle of sunscreen. You hesitated at first, considering that you've never had to put it on in England. During the English summers your melanin skin was enough to protect you, however the sun in Brazil had you cooking like a steak in a pan.

"Ruben!" You called him over to put some sunscreen on him as well. He ran towards you and your aunties, sweaty from the energetic game with your little cousin.

"Please go easy on them." You said, waiting for him to pull his shirt over his head so that you could massage some sunscreen onto his back.

"What do you mean?" He grinned.

You rolled your eyes. He was so competitive even with children. You watched him pass the ball between your cousins legs, triping their feet as if this was a real leauge game.

"Just go easy on them." You sighed.

"I am baby, don't worry." He leaned down to peck your lips before running back to the children, leaving his drenched t-shirt on your taning bed. You shook your head with a smile on your lips.

"Where do I get me one of those?" You aunt muttered, watching Ruben running away from you. Your sisters next to her nodded agreeingly.

The ladies fell back in laughter again. There was no point in fighting them. They lay half naked and dehydrated in the sun, as drunk as they come. You were just happy that all of your family members seemed to love Ruben, but not as much as you did.

It takes a while and a bit of bargaining, but Billy, with the help of Solomon, comes up with a way to reveal his identity to the Justice Leauge without Actually Doing So. After a meeting, instead of going back down immediately like he usually does, Billy sits down next to a window and stares down at the earth with a sad expression. This is something the other Leaugers have never seen on Cap. Sure they've seen him angry once or twice, they've seen him confused plenty of times, and certainly they have seen him laugh and smile. But never before have they seen him look so sad and unresponsive.

It's Hal who ends up shoved over to see what's wrong with The Captian and takes a seat next to him as he asks in a soft voice, "hey there Cap. You doing OK Big Buddy?" He is taken aback by the look Billy gives him, one of confusion and mourning. Hal is especially taken aback by the question Billy asks him.

"Am I a monster?"

While Hal, and the others who are listening from the door way, are stunned by the question, Hal tries to tell Billy he isn't a monster and asks why he would think that, if something happened. Billy shakes his head and says, "you don't understand. I did something bad. I... it's my duty to watch over the Rock of Eternity as the Warden for all the things that live there. I can't really... leave unless I'm directly summoned because I'm supposed to be good and *stay* there and *guard*. But... the Rock is so lonely and I was there for so, so, so long Hal. You don't, you *can't* understand how long I was there. Trapped with all the prisoners as an in house Warden. Seeing the sun every 20 or 30 years. So I may or may not have fudged a bit of paper work to make Fawkette City part of The Rock. So I could finally, *finally* know what freedom felt like. So I could finally grow. Cause you know. Saftey measure of I can't de power while I'm to close to The Rock or Actively Summoned and when I'm not de powered my true form doesn't age or change at all. I was just... I could stop every attack on the city, I could solve so many problems if I just put it back how it should be and lock myself back in there for another 50 or 60 years. But I just. I can't Hal. I tried and I know people get hurt because of it but I can't force myself to go back there. I'm a *monster*."

Hal tries to calm Cap, distract him by asking about his true form. It takes some calming and convincing but Billy changes back in the middle of the watch tower and oh God. Now there's a small child looking up at Hal with big watery eyes as Billy says, "I just don't want to go back in the dark. But I don't want to be a monster. But I want to age and play. But that gets people hurt. I don't know what to do."

The moment I read the word angst I was already buckled into the car. Also thanks for telling me happy birthday :D

I don't even know what could be added onto this. The idea is fantastic, the amount of emotion Billy could pour into this moment to make everything worth it and make sure he played it just right to where everyone was now there for him in his fight. Truly beautiful anon, I can't think of anything to pour into this

Jamie Lee "Winger" Williams :3(AKA check please oc!) At 18 years old, he was a first round, the number 1, draft pick of the NHL. He went to the provedince falconers, being paired with Jack as his rookie. Jamie is a very quiet indivual, who grew up in Quebec, learning french. He knows 3 launages, French and spanish, as that was spoken at his house, and then english because hockey. He played in the QHML (Quebec major junior hockey leauge), for 2 years before being draft elgible. He played with the saint john sea dogs, and then was traded in his last year Sherbrooke Phoneix. Jamie barely spoke (except on the ice, when he could be loud), to the team. If he did, it was quiet french to Jack, Or any of the other french speaking players. He is new and fresh to the leauge, and he is smashing records, yet the commentars call him a bust. So, he doesn't talk much. Focuses on his game. (Jack sees a lot of his younger self in him.) He starts opening up as the season goes on.

Jamie stands at 6'4, shoots left and plays left winger on the second line. He has two older sisters, and was raised by his dad and step mother Monteral.
