Thanks man.
Sincerely.
« tim
so hows the cargo hold going
still intact i assume?
J »
Mostly ya
« tim
pardon?
J »
Slight leakage. Nothing major
« tim
oh? are you a boatologist now?
i dont think you’re qualified to judge that?
J »
Moving right past “boatologist” out of the goodness of my heart.
Chill lol. If it was rly bad thered probably be some sort of alar
Hm.
« tim
did an alarm just start going off
J »

Also I just saw your messaages from
Ah. 👍
From earlier.
« tim
you mean from when you said “huh, this boat seems to be filling with water” and then disappeared? those messages?
J »
Those were not my exact words.
« tim
right. your exact words contained somehow even less information
J »
Shut up
I just wanted to
You know. Youre the only one who jokes about it
The only one in the family I mean
your family, I mean
The bats.
« tim
?
the only one who jokes about what
J »
Me being dead
« tim
oh.
ok. well
its not like. actually funny to me. i was just annoyed. sorry i guess
J »
No thats not
Tim. Shut up.
I dont mind. I like that one of you does.
Its better than people talking around it. Like its this big shameful thing I did.
One of many
If I mention it in front of dickhead he does the face
the :~{ face
« tim
wow its uncanny
uh. for the record.
i don’t think that’s the reason people talk around it
if im correct in thinking that by “people” you mean “one specific person whose name rhymes with Rat Can”
J »
Yeah well
I just
Christ never mind. Im sorry. You are not the person to be sayign this to.
Im gonna shut the fuck up I think.
Goodnight.
« tim
oh what, you can’t talk to me about being dead bc of that one time you tried to kill me?
and failed btw :/
J »
Tim
Not to be so unchill
But you know how me being dead isnt actaully funny to you
« tim
…got it. sorry
J »
No. don’t apologize to me
Ever
I’m serious
« tim
like for anything?
what if i killed breadie mercury
J »
You didnt. He is thriving
« tim
he is?
wait. really?
you can tell?
J »
[Image Attached]
Hes doubled in size since you fed him.
« tim
whoa
J »
Yup. Thanks again for thattoo.
*that too
Its stupid but hes kinda my son.
« tim
wouldn’t he technically be like, 10 billion sons
J »
He is my 10 billion sons.
« tim
lolol
wow. why am i so pleased hes thriving lol
J »
Right
« tim
jeez
i was so worried about the water temp
google said lukewarm is 98-105 so i did 98 to be safe
J »
You used a thermometer?
« tim
your instructions were vague!
i didnt want to kill your bacteria colony!
J »
Thanks Tim.
« tim
? you already said that lol
i gotta pass out btw
glad you didnt die: the sequel in a yacht
that would have been so cringe
night jason
J »
Night
*
J »
You up?
« tim
obviously
why
J »
Could use your eyes on something.
« tim
morse code but the dots and dashes are reversed and its spelling backwards in russian, ASTITP AYALEB AVD RTSIRP → PRISTR DVA BELAYA PTITSA → PIER TWO WHITE BIRD
J »
Bc it looks like morse but its not, its kind of scrambl
Ok jesus christ .
30 seconds? Seriously? Fuck me
Can I hire you? Jesus lol
« tim
that depends. do you pay more than batman?
J »
The fuck? Does he pay you guys now?
« tim
no.
J »
Then yes. I do pay more than batman.
« tim
how much more
J »
One coffee per codebreak?
« tim
:\
J »
Two coffees per codebreak
Two and a loaf of sourdough
« tim
sourdough from breadie mercury?
J »
Ya
« tim
done
J »
Damn. I feel like you should have higher standards
« tim
i mean i was already gonna do it for free
now i have successfully negotiated coffee & sustenance
im on a roll. nothing but Ws
J »
Ws?
« tim
its young people slang you wouldn’t get it ❤️
J »
I am barely 3 years older htan you.
It could be argued, considering certain events, that we’re basically the same age.
« tim
and yet you text like an old, old man
J »
I do not
Would you rather I texted like “idk brb lmao roflcopter”
« tim
ROFLCOPTER?
oh my god. ohhhhhh jason. oh my god
that is absolutely not what the kids are saying these days. oh my god
J »
Ok you know what. At least I know Mount Doom isnt a Star Wars thing
« tim
?
oh, is it star trek?
J »
I’m 99% sure youre antagonizing me on purpose
But have you seriously not read or watched Lord of the Rings
« tim
no i have not.
J »
Hm.
« tim
what
J »
Nothing.
« tim
……….what
*
« tim
did you NARC on me
to BRUCE
about LORD OF THE RINGS?????
J »
I don’t know what you’re talking about.
« tim
WHY DO I NOW HAVE 3 SEPARATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON “HOUSE MEETINGS” BLOCKED OFF IN MY CALENDAR, JASON?
WHY ARE THEY EACH 4 HOURS LONG?
WHY ARE THEY LABELED “CULTURAL EDUCATION (MANDATORY)”?
J »
I can’t pretend to know what goes on in B’s mind.
That said, I have reason to believe he and Alfred take lotr pretty seriously.
« tim
its a TWELVE HOUR MOVIE
about GOBLINS
J »
I’m not gonna respond to that bc I know youre just lashing out.
« tim
if youve sentenced me to 12 hours of a movie i hate i’m gonna hack everything you own.
im gonna mass text the entire cape wearers community the footage of that time condiment king kicked your ass so bad he felt guilty and offered to personally help you out of the mustard pool
J »
What the fuck
How do you fuckig know about ?????? that????????
Not that ithahpened
What hefuckk ??
« tim
ooooooooo you better hope i love these goblins!
J »
Why are you?? evil??
« tim
you should have killed me when you had the chance!!
sorry.
J »
Its ok. That one was pretty funny tbh.
Oh hm shouldnt have laughed just then. Bad timing on my part
Brb
« tim
uh
« tim
ok…….. getting reports of a “disturbance” at pier two……..
« tim
sorry were you texting me *mid-standoff* with the russian mafia
« tim
ugh.
*
« tim
you know tracking your location would be so much easier if i didn’t have to hack into your comm sys every time
luckily your encryption is garbage but still. its 2 minutes of my life i wont get back.
J »
Not sure I recall giving you permission to track my location?
« tim
oh i’m sorry. next time i will simply leave you to go down with a texas oil magnate’s incredibly tacky yacht, or get swiss cheesified by mobsters
J »
Hey I wrapped up the russians myself
« tim
yeah?
J »
…
Yeah….
« tim
so you thought the 12-minute universal signal jam was the act of a benevolent god?
J »
:-|
« tim
im just saying it would be significantly more efficient if you agreed to a tracker
just one little tracker. you wouldn’t even notice it’s there.
think of all the time and energy you’d save me
J »
I feel the need to point out that you don’t have to repeatedly hack my comms system.
« tim
i mean it’s that or monitor sightings on the gocitizen app
i have an algo that texts relevant pings to me, which is super helpful for when i want an inbox full of random people talking about how hot you are. less helpful for literally every other circumstance
J »
Uh
What
« tim
how hot *red hood is. to clarify
in their opinion
the people’s opinion
J »
?
« tim
the people of gotham city
J »
The people of Gotham city do not think Red Hood is hot lol
« tim
wait
i cant tell if you’re being serious
J »
Uh? Yeah Im being serious? Lol tf
Why would they think hes hot
They dont think Batman is hot
« tim
o…kay…
huh.
how to… hmm
J »
Like nightwing sure
And the girls. Bc of objectification of women
« tim
oh wow
J »
Red Robin. If i had to guess
But when people see Hood its definitely not… that kind of response lol
« tim
what kind of response, exactly
J »
You know like saying “Hey Hood youre hot”
« tim
oh, wow.
okay. ummm
hmm. one sec.
J »
?
« tim
check your email
J »
Ok…?
J »
Oh my fucking god.
« tim
yeah
J »
Oh my god?
« tim
yeah
J »
This document is fucking 45 pages long?
« tim
its everything from the past 30 days yeah
J »
The past
Whaht the fuck
Ok some of these people definitely got hit by Poison Ivy.
This is . Tim wtf. I havent even heard of some of this stuff.
« tim
oof are you on page 14
J »
Im on page 3???
« tim
oh my god
J »
What the fuck
Please please tell me its not like this for Batman too
Tim
« tim
its not like this for batman :)
J »
Ok. Jesus. I would genuinely have to move cities.
« tim
its worse :)
J »
Oh what the fuck
Oh my fucking god page 14.
You get this shit TEXTED to you?????
Ohm ygod. You read this?????
« tim
i mean
no
i glance at it
for security purposes.
i dont like, read it read it
anyway did you seriously not know? haha
J »
No??? Again its not like people tell me
« tim
yeah but
like
theres a certain level of objectivity involved, here
yknow
sorry im trying to find a non awkward way to be like “have you looked in a mirror lately”
« tim
sorry
that was in fact awkward!
nvm
just let me know if you’d be ok with the tracker. its fine if not
i was mostly joking about the hacking
J (From Work) »
No you weren’t.
« tim
no i wasnt
i dont mind though. its like a brain teaser
anyway im going dark for patrol, later

oh my god
you know i can tell you searched “red robin hot” right
J (From Work) »
Figured it was only fair
[Screenshot Attached]
This persons got some mad zoom lens skills
I’d think it was you, if it wasnt, yknow, you
« tim
wow. that is certainly a photo of my ass
…a stellar photo of my ass. wow.
do you have a direct link? i gotta send this to steph
J (From Work) »
goctz.app/user/3824973/post/29348230df3
Haha
I kinda thought you and blondie broke up
back on again?
« tim
no lol we are very much just friends
she has a thing going with someone who shall remain nameless but suffice to say it’s Going
anyway we just send each other gocitizen vigilante ass shots
its a whole genre
they’re like trading cards
J (From Work) »
Guess everyone’s got a hobby?
« tim
the only rule is no nightwing
J (From Work) »
Do I want to know why
« tim
he accounts for a frankly overwhelming percentage of vigilante ass shots
so its too easy
you’d THINK we’d have a no-batman rule, because ew, but due to the cape and his sixth sense for cameras pointed at him, a qualifying shot is actually extremely rare.
← only guy who ever managed to take quality photos of batman
anyway, we put it to a vote. i lost.
J (From Work) »
A vote between you and Steph?
You lost a 50/50 vote?
« tim
i dont wanna talk about it.
J (From Work) »
Right.
So what I’m getting from this is you have Red Hood ass shots in your phone.
« tim
no
J (From Work) »
No?
« tim
well
J (From Work) »
Yeah?
« tim
we don’t like, save them
that would be weird
we just notify each other. professionally, as colleagues
and keep an ongoing points tally
thats all
so i do not currently have photos of your ass in my phone. thank you
J (From Work) »
How many points is my ass worth
« tim
i hate everything about this conversation
J (From Work) »
Its 100% your own fault, answer the question
« tim
if you must know.
points are awarded based on a series of objective scoring criteria.
J (From Work) »
Uh huh. Like what
« tim
technical excellence
composition. lighting and color balance.
dynamism
J (From Work) »
Dynamism…
« tim
creativity
umm
emotional impact
and
subject matter
J (From Work) »
I see.
« tim
ok i know it sounds bad
J (From Work) »
It sounds fucking hysterical Im near tears
« tim
but if you think abou
oh
okay, well, great
J (From Work) »
I’ll let you know if I stumble on any more.
Or is that cheating
« tim
its totally cheating
please do
J (From Work) »
You got it red. 👍

the principal's office could really use an interior designer, you think. or just a whole renovation at this point. the ceiling is showing signs of leakage, there is paint peeling off the walls behind the desk. and the desk itself, jeez, principal higgs should have gotten rid of it ages ago, you keep telling him!
“how many visits will that be for the week?” he doesn’t even look up from whatever he was writing as he says this. you shift on your seat and look to your left where jay is tapping his fingers on the armrest of the uncomfortable chair and heeseung next to him is just staring at the principal’s receding hairline. meanwhile sunghoon to your right is silently plotting your death.
since none of the boys speak up, you clear your throat.
“the fourth, sir,” you say with a smile you think is charming but it actually isn’t. principal higgs sighs and puts his pen down as well as his glasses, massaging the bridge of his nose.
“thank you, miss y/l/n,” he replies, “and how many more times are you planning to sit in these horribly uncomfortable chairs this week?”
“none, sir,” you continue, the smile still playing on your lips. the older man behind the desk closes his eyes for a second.
“you say that every time and yet here we are again. so, what did you do this time? did you accidentally fall and hit mr. park in the face again?” he looks at jay, who rolls his eyes at the reminder, “well, he doesn’t look like he got a black eye. so, what is it?”
when even you don’t respond, avoiding the principals eyes as he opens them again and the boys are all hopeless cases anyways, mr. higgs takes a deep breath and puts his glasses back on.
“fine. let’s see,” he pulls on the stack of papers he has gotten from his secretary and looks at it with his lips pursed. all four of you shift on your seats now.
“alright then. mr. lee, as it seems you… put several worms in mr. sim’s locker?” higgs eyebrow pierces up and heeseung coughs.
“and mr. park, jay, you… sabotaged mr. sim’s chair so that he fell on to his backside and then told him to “go suck it”?” jay snorts, still tapping against the armchair and not looking at the principal. higgs takes a deep breath.
“mr. park, sunghoon,… you held out your leg for mr. sim to fall over… almost twenty-three times in one day.”
sunghoon has to concentrate not to look too proud of himself.
“and finally, miss y/l/n. you yelled at mr. sim in front of your whole class, saying, and i quote “you’re a stupid asshat anyways, i hope you trip and break your butt, you ugly little worm”.”
you smile innocently.

Alone
Lena scoured through the supply cabinet, desperate for anything to aid her current predicament. She floated horizontally in the confines of quadrant C-2, a rope around her waist and attached to the hook on the wall. She'd learned the hard way that unless she secured herself, the slow roll of the space station kept disrupting her search, sending her slowly spinning away from where she wanted to be.
It had been a week stranded here with an increasingly dangerous station. Her food supplies were low, and she still couldn't find any useful chemical in which to derive fuel for her thrusters, to hopefully reach the Chinese station once its orbit aligned.
Tremors and fires have slowly eaten its way through the communication sector, and it was only matter of time before it reached the reactor. Then survival would be near impossible.
Lena pushed aside vials and ignored the whisper of grief that haunted her since Jack's death. Part of her feared she would soon join him in death.
And what of Kara Danvers? Her girlfriend, or maybe no longer girlfriend, since their fight burned in the backdrop of Lena's thoughts. She'd signed up for this repair mission to avoid the situation, and now here she was.
All it had taken was one near-miss of a small asteroid, which set off a chain reaction, destroying their shuttle, Quadrant B-1 of the station, and cutting Lena off from the communication sector in Quadrant A-2.
Their fight felt ridiculous now, and she wished more than anything to see Kara again. To not be trapped here alone.
A few days ago, she'd managed to rig a HAM radio. Starting with NASA's frequency, she'd sent the message, "Commander Lena Kieran Luthor requesting aid. I am trapped on the space station in a decaying orbit." There'd been no response. Her next try started in the amateur radio bands. She tried for the eighty meters band, a higher frequency one, in hopes it would nab a contact. A lot of amateur's reported preferring this band, but she couldn't be certain how far it'd propagate, especially if there was ionization in the atmosphere to muck the signal. Again she repeated her message and again had no response.
Next she tried the forty meters high frequency band. She closed her eyes, one hand pressed against the side of her headphones, and listened first.
Someone was speaking on this band, but she didn't recognize the language. She decided to attempt anyway and repeated her message in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. The most likely languages for anyone listening in ITU region two.
The response had been excitement and a slew of words she still couldn't understand.
"I'm sorry," she said, frustrated, "I don't know your language. Please, if you understand me, can you alert someone I need rescuing? I'm trapped on a decaying orbit on the US and European Consortium Space Station D."
The reply baffled her as the person had switched to a different language. One that sounded similar to Spanish, but she still couldn't make out most of the words. She'd given up at that point.
So who knew if that person understood her and relayed the message. Most bands got her no other interactions, but she'd broadcasted on them just in case.
She kept the HAM radio running, but to no avail.
With her supplies dwindling, she scavenged what she could in her space suit from the ruined quadrants. Most of it was sheets of metal she welded to block off ruined sectors and to fix the air leakage.
Other materials helped her construct her radio, and still others gave her a way to rebuild suit thrusters. Her suit sat only a few feet away, clipped to the wall, and the pack on its back had started to look like some sort of Frankenstein monstrosity.
If her calculations were correct, the space station had dropped in its orbit. The closer it came to earth, the more likely she'd burn up with it as it crashed down.
Also per her calculations, the Chinese space station hung in a slightly higher orbit and would soon pass close enough for her to bridge the gap. Whether anyone still lived on it, she had no idea. But it likely had salvageable escape pods.
If she could find enough fuel for her suit's thrusters.
She wiped away sweat from the increasingly warm quarters. The cabinet held an assortment of chemicals. Most useless for her needs, but near the back, she found formic acid.
"Yes," she grinned, "finally!"
One of the few facilities still functioning on this dying station was the chemical equipment, and it should stock some platinum. Exposure to platinum breaks formic acid into hydrogen and carbon dioxide. It's the hydrogen she needs for fuel.
Lena tucked the acid into a protective pouch in her suit. She unhooked herself, slid into her suit, and tied her helmet to her belt.
With a push, she floated through the corridor. She increased her momentum with a gentle push off various protrusions, some of them made specifically for traversal, but others broken pipes or an analyzer station. Most of the computers in the station failed to work, the power grid close to failing with two solar wings lost to the chain reaction.
She had only one solar panel wing left and a prototype reactor, but how long would that last? The reactor already showed signs of failure and radiation leakage.
An intersection loomed ahead, and she shifted her angle to take a tight turn to the right. A tremor shook the station, and another warning light glared red along the corridor. She was far too close to the damaged sections, but she had no other choice.
She needed to break down the formic acid, otherwise she'd never make the leap to the Chinese station.
The corridor opened into a large module, where half a dozen chemistry stations hugged the walls. The cold atom lab control panel was still functional, but although useful for crafting Bose-Einstein condensates for gyroscopes, it was useless for her current task. Next to it sat a larger set-up, specifically for breaking down materials.
She slid off her suit gloves, clipped them to her belt, and flipped open its lid. She set the acid in the middle, clamped it in place, and fit the tubes. Shutting the lid, she slid her hands into the enclosure's gloves.
Another tremor shook the station, but Lena ignored the increasingly loud warning alerts. Each movement calculated and careful, she extracted the hydrogen she needed and filled the empty fuel cell.
An explosion rocked the station further down the corridor, and a safety door slammed down at the end of the hallway.
"Shit." Lena slid her hands free and extracted the fuel cell. She had less time than she thought.
It took two minutes to install the cell and re-don her gloves and helmet.
Three minutes to push her momentum toward the nearest airlock. Fire bloomed behind her, and smoke filled corridor. Another safety door attempted to drop, but it stuck halfway due to a set of broken pipes.
The next explosion knocked her hard against the wall. Pain blossomed in her side.
"Fuck!" A pipe had cut into her side. She dug into her belt supplies and slapped on a patch to seal the leak. Nothing she could do for her injury. Not until she got off this drowning ship.
The airlock C-4 loomed at the end of the corridor. A jet of flame from a nearby module set off the safety door.
Which would cut her off from freedom. Fuck. She pushed with all her might, her momentum increasingly dangerously. The door shuddered and slid slowly, its mechanics damaged.
She soared under it as it snapped shut with only inches to spare. Smoke filled this module, but she dodged the fires and hit the airlock's controls far too hard. It knocked the breath out of her.
Her vision splintered and the pain in her side burned.
The electronic controls failed to respond to her codes. So she grabbed the crank and turned with all her strength. More alerts blared and a red light flashed above her. Another tug and the crank clicked it open.
Air rushed into the chamber. She pushed inside and tried to shut the door, but it stuck against a shattered pipe. Fire licked the air and another shudder threw her against the wall.
Nothing for it. She'd have to risk it all.
She cranked the outer door until it flung open. Air screamed into the void. The earth glared up at her, far too close, and the beautiful sight of its blue, green, and yellow incited a desperation.
Lena wanted to go home. She wanted to stand on the ground again. To drink of the water, to sift through the soil.
And more than anything else, she wanted to find Kara.
To apologize for their fight. To not run again, but repair what they had once.
Tears blurred her vision as she pushed away from the broken station. More explosions shattered yet more of it, and a piece tore away to hurtle toward the earth.
She hit the thrusters and flew toward the trajectory of the Chinese station. Below her, the fires and debris of broken modules ripped into other quadrants, the station's own parts shredding its other sections. The chain reaction sent several spiraling in other orbits, some far too close to her own.
Still she sailed upward, toward her one chance at survival.
Ahead of her, the Chinese station loomed with its six modules, four solar panel wings, and hopefully an escape pod. She was so close. So damn close.
Several debris hurtled past the Chinese station, one ricocheting off a solar panel wing, tearing half of it away. The momentum sent both hurtling into a lower orbit.
Lena dodged the debris, but the finer particulate matter rained onto her suit. Her armor began to degrade, the finer particles ripped into each layer. Her thrusters sputtered.
Her momentum was too fast. She'd bounce right off the damn station if she didn't slow down.
"Puncture in left leg," her suit's systems alerted her. A hiss of air roared in her ears. The oxygen began to drop.
Fear curdled through her. She had no time to seal the break.
"Come on," she whispered. She adjusted her thrusters and attempted to slow her momentum. The station's outer armor held numerous protrusions, but her first attempt had her bouncing off and away.
She hit the thrusters to stop her tumble. Gritting her teeth, she aimed for a ladder and readied her rope hook.
She hit hard, but the hook slipped into space and she tumbled to stop. Her oxygen dropped lower, and she began to feel lightheaded. She pulled herself along the rope. Her glove gripped the rung. Black edged on her periphery of her vision. She pulled herself forward, closer to an airlock.
She flipped on her radio. Her vision faded toward grey. Low oxygen alert beeped. "Commander Lena Kieran Luthor requesting entrance." She struggled to speak it in Chinese, but her thoughts tumbled toward oblivion, her grip on reality slipping.
Her hand touched the crank, but her strength waned. She couldn't turn it. She gasped, the oxygen dropping dangerously. Her vision greyed, her mind blanked, and she struggled to take a breath, to suck in oxygen.
In that moment, she wanted only Kara. Just to see her again before the end.
Darkness overcame her just as a voice popped up in her radio.
"Commander?"
<<...>>
Lena slowly regained awareness. An oxygen mask hugged her face, and she lay, strapped to a bed. Voices spoke a language she knew, but couldn't seem to recall. Her head ached.
A person floated closer. "Lena?"
She blinked and noted the clear blue eyes. Golden hair falls in soft curls around her face. "Kara?" she whispered.
"Yeah, yeah, it's me." Tears stung Kara's eyes. She pressed a hand to Lena's left cheek. "Gosh, Lena, I thought you died."
Lena managed a faint smile. "Too stubborn." Tears blurred her vision The room she's in didn't look like anything from a station. She weakly removed the oxygen mask. "Where am I?"
"Hospital. You're on Earth." Kara settled onto a stool next to her and grasped her hand. "I'm so glad you're alive."
Lena reached up to gently touch Kara's cheek. "I'm sorry," she whispered. "I've missed you."
Kara leaned into her touch and smiled. "I'm sorry too. Let's focus on your recovery, then we can go home together."
Lena smiled, relief and hope flooding her sore and pain-filled body. "I'd like that."

If Yeji wants it, she'll have it.
Yeji x Lia, Yeji x Ryujin, Yeji x Chaeryeong, Yeji x Yuna
Length: 855 words
Tags: g!p Yeji, dom Yeji, futa, free-use, CNC, food sex, phone sex, somnophilia, watersports (golden shower), cock warming
Summary: All the other Itzy members are free-use sex toys for Yeji's horny desires.
AO3
A/N: This is basically a bunch of different kinks condensed into short stories for each Yeji pairing (because when it comes to writing long pieces I lose focus and rarely end up finishing them). If you read through all those tags and decide to continue reading because you're into all of that then congrats, you are one kinky individual.
--------------------------------------
If Yeji wants it, she'll have it. Lia in the kitchen cooking? Better hope nothing's currently on the stove cause the older girl will bend her over the counter, grinding her dick into Lia's still clothed mound. At first Lia will complain about how its unsanitary and say ridiculous things like "the kitchen is where you prepare things that go in your mouth, not your other holes", but Yeji knows its all talk when she can feel the wetness seeping through her roommates panties.
After a few minutes of fucking her into the kitchen counter, Yeji notices the array of vegetables yet to be prepared. "Pick up that cucumber and fuck your mouth with it, I know you like having both your holes filled at the same time". Lia does as she's told. With one hand holding herself up, she uses the other to suck off the green rod, timing it so that Yeji's hard thrusts matches when she shoves it down her mouth. This continues until Yeji has her fill, finishing inside Lia's creamy pussy. She's not completely inconsiderate, making sure to pull the girl's panties and leggings back up to help prevent leakage whilst she finishes cooking.
Ryujin's in the middle of a phone call? Yeji uses the girl's free hand to palm her own cock through her shorts, letting Ryu know what she wants. With a devilish grin, the younger girl looks up to her leader, feeling her bulge grow as she rubs the outline. Yeji pauses these ministrations to pull her pants off, her cock springing free. "Stroke it for me" she mouths silently, as if Ryujin didn't plan on doing that already.
Ryu distractedly continues with her conversation. Who was she even on the phone with? Honestly it didn't matter to Yeji. All she cared about was the feeling of Ryujin's hand wrapped around her cock, pumping up and down at a rapid pace. Both girls helped contribute spit to the handjob. Ryujin when she was on the listening end of her phone call, and Yeji when she felt it could be a little sloppier. When Ryujin notices the older girls balls tighten and sees her eyelids start to flutter, she directs her cock towards her own chest, letting Yeji nut all over her tits. Satisfied, Yeji then walks away leaving Ryujin sitting there like a used sex toy. She hurriedly finds an excuse to end the phone call, and runs to the bathroom to use Yeji's cum as lube to stroke herself off.
Chareyeong asleep in the middle of the night? Well Yeji's having a hard time falling asleep after seeing Chae's ass imprint through the blanket. Two layers get peeled to the side: firstly the blanket, secondly the sleeping girl's cute panties. Yeji groans at the sight of Chaeryeong's juicy peach, straddling it from on top. Growing impatient, she lines up her cock and pushes deep. The poor girl abruptly wakes up to the feeling of getting her cheeks clapped. Moaning into her pillow, she takes it like a good little slut.
Yeji continues giving her backshots, railing Chae's pussy until the pleasure surges over. Without slowing down, she pumps the younger girl full of cum, feeling those walls tightening around her cock simultaenously. Still sheathed inside, Yeji rolls the girl over so that they're both laying on their sides. "I'm not gonna pull out okay? Keep my cock warm while we sleep" she says as she pulls Chaeryeong in to cuddle her closer.
Yuna trying to take a leak? Yeji will barge in, lock the door behind them and stand next to poor Yuna sitting on the toilet. "Can't it wait Unnie? I really have to go...". Yeji pulls her dick out and slaps Yuna in the face with it. "I'm not stopping you from going, so go" she says, before shoving it in Yuna's hot mouth. Desperate to empty her bladder, Yuna does as she's told and starts pissing, the warm stream splashing out of her pussy as her leader fucks her in the mouth.
Long after Yuna finishes pissing, Yeji finishes in a different way, pulling out of that wet mouth and jerking herself off over Yuna's entire body, making sure spurts of cum land on Yuna's face (who sticks her tongue out like a good girl), her perky tits, and her belly. "Don't move, I've needed to go this whole time too" and with that, Yeji takes a step back and starts pissing on her maknae. Aiming at her face, she splashes Yuna with her warmth, making her way down to her tits and eventually to her clit. All of Yeji's cum and piss runs down the length of Yuna's body, trailing off her pussy down into the toilet below.
Lucky the shower is just a few feet away... Yeji instructs the girl (dripping with her fluids) to hop in the shower with her to clean up. Hot water runs, steam fills the room, and as expected, seeing Yuna's soapy lithe body makes the leader hard again. You already know what happens next. She's Hwang Yeji, and if she wants it, she'll have it.
A/N:Btw this is the first smut that I've ever posted, it's sloppy (heh) but I have a lot partially finished (both short-form stuff like this but also more cohesive actual pieces) in the backrooms aka my notepad so if I'm feeling productive in a degenerate kind of way then those works will eventually see the light of day.

lrt the key thing to remember about covid is that it isn't magic. It has to get in you first before it can infect you, and you have to have a certain amount of viral load before it can take over (it doesn't take much anymore, but it still has to reach that threshold).
The key to being able to do fun, indoor things is to find an n95 or higher respirator, test to make sure it fits you without leakage, and then do not take off your mask. ever.
This is where it gets people. I hear tons of stories from people who caught Covid even though they masked, and it almost always turns out they took it off for one reason or another.
"Hungry or thirsty?" Eat and hydrate beforehand or plan to stay until you get hungry. If you have a medical condition where you have to eat or take meds while you're out, find a place outside and bring multiple masks so you can put on a fresh one when you're done. For thirst, they actually make something for this. Do not take off the mask.
"What if we wanna take a selfie?" Take them beforehand or keep the masks on. Do not take off the mask.
"What about air breaks?" No air breaks. If you can't tolerate being in a mask for long periods, you cannot safely go to long events. Do not take off the mask.
Respirators have a seal. When you break the seal by taking it off, they do not work as effectively. The seal can also break after a certain amount of use, which changes depending on how many other people are masking around you. I used to have a diagram showing how long each masks last in different situations, but I sadly cannot find it so I won't say a specific time since I can't confirm it, but this is essentially why if I'm going to attempt something riskier, I wear a p100 because those are good for 8hrs before you have to change the filter, and anything that I go to indoors won't be more than 3hrs (simply because I'm old and I ain't staying out longer than that lol)
I really appreciate that op made a psa, because the point of that post I think a lot of people are missing is that we need to be in full pandemic mode specifically because of the wave. But the problem with writing Covid things in a sensational kind of way is that it makes mitigation seem like an impossible task that requires monk like sacrifice, and that makes people immediately shut down. It's not, even in a huge wave like this. Will you have to change your routine and behaviors, and some of those changes might be inconvenient? Absolutely. But they will never be impossible. It's important to remember that adaptation isn't sacrifice. You're not "giving up" anything. You're still gonna be able to have your social needs met, you'll just be doing it in a different way for awhile.
If you want to hang out with a small group of friends at their/your house, and it's too cold to be outside or you just don't want to, the safest way to do it is universal masking, full vaccinations, testing multiple times beforehand, and using at least one air purifier that filters up to 0.1-0.5 µm in the room you'll be gathering in. This can be done diy with a Corsi-Rosenthal box if you need something cheaper! Air filters suck in viruses faster than people can breathe them in, so the risk of getting covid would be incredibly low in this situation (but never zero). If you want to share a meal, know that taking off the masks will increase the risk, but at least let the purifer run at the highest setting tolerable for an hour before doing so
If you can't afford to stop reusing your N95s, I recommend either locating a mask bloc near you and ask for some mask donations, or buy an elastomeric n95 like this one. There are many to choose from and while they are more expensive, they're reusable, with the filter only needing to be changed after 8 hours (or sooner if in a big crowd)
Some people are currently inventing portable air-purifiers you can pair with masks, and you can 3-D print them!
You're at work/the dentist/some other situation where you absolutely can't go outside in a non-crowded space, and you need to take down your mask? Nasal sprays like this one can be a good extra layer of protection for these situations. You can always, like with most viruses, rinse out your nose after being in public and rinse your mouth with CPC mouthwash for even more extra layers of protection.
One of the frustrations I have with the current Covid advocacy is that it's still largely focused on near-total abstinence, which has never been and never will be an effective education tool. I prefer taking a cue from AIDS advocacy and focus on education and providing resources. Of course, staying home is the only way to stay 100% safe, and you should choose contactless options whenever you can as long as the pandemic is still going. But isolation is becoming less and less realistic for most people and I want to still show them that you can stay safe even if you can't stay home.
Covid is not an impossible task. It's not magic. You do not need to catch that wave. These are imperative facts we as a collective have to internalize if we want out of this pandemic. You are not helpless. We've had airborne viruses for years and years, and we've known how to protect ourselves from them as well. We've known how to protect from Covid, specifically, for years. The only reason it's gotten this bad and is still a pandemic is because our governments benefit more from the masses being sick and needing resources, full stop. Like climate change, we have the tools to beat this virus back at any point. Because of this, even in this huge wave, there is no reason you have to only exist online. There are ways you can see your friends safely.
All people like OP are saying is that, at least until this wave improves, you should do that without going to the bars, clubs, restaurants, concert venues, etc. Because it's not only extremely unsafe for you, but it's putting other people in danger too.

𝐸𝓂𝒷𝑜𝒹𝓎𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒮𝑜𝓁𝒶𝓇 𝐸𝓃𝑒𝓇𝑔𝓎 𝒾𝓃 𝒩𝑜𝒹𝒶𝓁 𝓉𝒾𝓂𝑒𝓈 🌼🌞✨🍯
In the world of Vedic astrologers, there is a lot of remark about how in the age of the internet, rapid technological advancements, idols, overstimulation, 'fake news', and trend cycles as fast as lightning, we are living in times very influenced by nodal energy. Or at least, nodal (particularly Rahuvian) aspects of reality are increasingly 'in your face', accessible... If we take the concept of trends to be a very nodal phenomena for instance: throughout most of history, trends were not something you could observe so blatantly the way we do now.
A 'trend' was more likely to last an entire generation, and without the constant access to the past, present and future of the entire world that the internet now provides, you wouldn't even realise it's a trend. One would simply consider it 'normal'. People were not as aware of what the 'elites' are up to, what happens in other countries, mass information leakage etc. you are busy carrying your own burdens, and reaping your own joys, in your own bubble.
In older times, it's as simple as- the life you're born into is the life you focus on & work on UNLESS you are in a position of power (Solar energy) & therefore dealing more with the people at large & distant lands. Even still, your main focus is on your own kingdom/village/tribe. The average person is not going to really know what's going on in faraway places the way we now do. Sure, this nodal, constant consumption element of reality still existed, but it was less 'in your face'.
These days we have our 'black mirrors' (phones, laptops, etc) and they exist as a portal into- anywhere we desire. Lives & realities that don't even necessarily relate to our own. The need to be consciously aware of this is crucial in order to find the balance necessary.
Currently, everything is moving so fast, and there are constant forms of stimulation, movement, illusions and streams of consciousness to get lost in. So many rabbit holes to fall down without you even realising it that will drain & alienate you from your Solar energy.
Getting lost in trends and the lives of other people that in the physical realm, do not directly touch your own life, can be extremely draining to us. In an abstract way, this gives us insight into why it is that so many people feel depressed- lost, like the world is grey... there is constant fog, smoke & mirrors attempting to block our internal Sun, our personal unique destiny & divinity.
Ironically, I tend to think that the reason we're collectively so divided & lonely lately (there's many reasons, but in the way of esoteric takes), is the lack of Solar energy. People talk about how this society is missing the honouring of feminine (Lunar) energy, which is true- but only because of the lack of healthy Solar energy to support it.
I mean, a material manifestation of this is the.. beyond concerning (and somehow, rarely talked about?) statistics on the sperm count dropping. According to various scientific studies, we're looking at roughly a 50% decrease over 50 years... that's just- wow.
Another of many material manifestations of the way true Solar energy is becoming rarer/obscured: lately, the average suburban city is removing structures (Solar) & facilities people usually go to socialise and have fun- bars, clubs, cinemas, skate parks, venues hosting of events & festivals. Yes, the actual social aspect is more of a Lunar energy, but the Solar aspects (ie. the structures, the organised events, the provided food, etc) are the container for that Lunar energy to fall upon. For socialisation, intimacy, raw emotion & connection to exist healthily, we need some kind of structure, some Solar goodness to go off of so we're not just- floating entities in space talking to other floating entities in space about nothing in particular.
Yes, Solar energy speaks of individuality, paving your own path, ego, sense of self- but here's the thing. If we lack sense of self, how can we connect with people? How can we feel unity if there's no 'self' in the first place? How can we connect and share with people if we feel we have nothing to offer and we're all regurgitating the same stuff- there's no reason to talk or connect if everybody seems to be just.. lacking substance, robotic, or a void
Solar energy is our ego, our happiness, our light. It represents that substance. Someone speaking from a place of Solar light is tapping into a place of authenticity & experience, whereas when we are lost in nodal energies; we are moreso becoming a conduit for other people's ideas and thoughts we've heard about, forgetting our own footing in reality.
I feel like- no, I've seen- time and time again how this current society can delude us into believing that the way to leave your mark on the world & make the world a better place, is to get lost in others. To always be in the know, informed and on trend when it comes to everything outside of yourself. It feels like we are being taught that if we aren't carrying the weight of the whooole world on our shoulders, we are selfish or living under a rock.
On the one hand, it is definitely important that we have some sort of a spiritual awareness of what's going on in the lives of others (be it friends, relatives, or people in other countries) but on the other hand, this constant focus on other people takes away from you having the chance to make a true difference and BE a beacon of light.
Sometimes I see something dark on the news, very dark.. I'm in tears, I'm anxious, I'm asking the heavens why these things happen... how is it fair? I'm praying, I'm sucked in and can't look away from what I'm seeing because it feels like I have a duty to at least witness the suffering if others have to go through it. There have been times it's just debilitated me; until I realised something-
I am worth more to the world, the people suffering included, by focusing on fostering beauty, joy & goodness in my own life. I'm not helping the world by crying in my bed unable to feed or take care of myself because I'm distraught about something I saw on my phone. It's only impairing my ability to remain in a high vibrational state that I can create & share with the world from. People who truly make a difference are often the ones who either innately embody or have cultivated a very Solar nature- 'water off a ducks back'. It shouldn't be about ignoring or suppressing emotions, so much as using emotion wisely.
This doesn't mean it is best to completely ignore the world or be cold or 'heartless', but moreso that you need to be holding a torch for yourself in order to even begin to light the way for others. Those who are suffering generally do not want others to suffer for them (especially if they can't physically do anything to help)- that only creates... more suffering. I know in times of my own suffering, not once did I think 'damn, I wish someone was as sad and destitute as me' lol
I thought 'man, I really would love to be around people & circumstances that are positive, uplifting & nourishing so that I can feel that warmth again'.
If every single person in the world was utterly debilitated and absorbed in other realities, other people's lives, neglecting their own 'karma' & their own blessings, who would be there for people to look to for hope? Who would be the blueprint for what happiness actually looks like? In a world without strong, solar entities, who can those who are suffering look up to to imagine a better life?
Fill your own cup first!
Sometimes the best thing you can do for the world, is to manifest your own beautiful, magical, pure life- whatever that means for YOU. Build your own foundation so that you can be an inspiration & comfort for those who need it, while being stable and strong within your own being.
A lighthouse doesn't go out to sea and get into the storm with the ships. It doesn't go chasing the ships down to save them. It simply stays where it is, strong, radiating light and indiscriminate- unconcerned with who 'gets' the light. Trusting that the universe is working its magic and the right people are benefiting from your radiance. That is what staying true to yourself & your own unique destiny looks like.
I see too many people (myself included, but working on it..) with bleeding hearts. Completely lost and overwhelmed by the struggles, thoughts, opinions, beliefs & chaos of others, feeling as though they can't just sit and watch, they have to do something about it. Or if they can't do something about it, they have to at least feel it, delve into all that emotion. Instead of being the lighthouse and realising that nurturing yourself = raising the vibration of the world, which = one more person living in truth & happiness for others to look up to- they are missing that opportunity and becoming drained/psychologically in pain.
Do what makes you happy. It's so simple, yet so.. not! It's a skill, and it takes discipline & sometimes what feels like active rebellion in order to refrain from abandoning yourself and getting lost in something or someone else; whether that thing is positive or negative... 🌸
Very long story short - the most helpful gift you can give to the world, is your joy & faith in your own destiny.
To anyone who read all this, have a beautiful day and if you can, go do something fun lol, or create something ♡
note: I just want to make sure it's clear that I'm not saying nodes = bad & Sun = good or anything like that! Every planet, every celestial force plays an important role in life on Earth and the nodes have their own magic too. This post is just talking about the importance of staying in touch with your Solar light rather than getting completely and utterly lost in the pull of the nodes. I also want to add that of course sometimes there are unique occasions, where plunging into the darkness with somebody else is exactly what you need to do- but if that's the case, that'll be a part of your 'destiny', so even still you will be embodying your light if that makes sense. Never abandon your light.

Hi Tom, this one's for you. After a few months without any ejaculation, have you ever noticed that, when you're aroused, sometimes it feels like you're leaking cum but you're actually not? I've been denied for a few months currently and I've noticed this a few times now. It seems to continue for maybe 20 or 30 min. It feels like a slow, steady stream leaking but there's absolutely nothing coming out. Thanks in advance for your thoughts on this.
🔏 I think I know what you're asking about. Over the years I've had feelings of leakage with nothing showing up, evidence of leakage but without having felt anything, spasms, and other strange sensations.
My understanding is this: your body has a lot of tubes, wires, pumps, and circuitry that all works in conjunction during "normal" sex.
After functioning this way for years you have now thrown a spanner in the works. You get aroused, quite often and/or for long periods with no release. Those tubes and pumps are still functioning - in fact, they want to function - but instead of working in conjunction with each other, they fire off randomly. Fluids to lube the tubes flow at odd times. Muscles get tired of holding the tension, so they release. Pumps experience some leakage around the seals, or decide to let off the pressure by opening up.
I get body spasms that are like the beginnings of an orgasm when @mrs--edge and I fool around. If I have gone months with no orgasm, I often leak at off times. Sometimes my prostate just feels full. Other times I experience "blue balls" like a teenager.
It's all part of the fun! 🔏

This is a bird from my breeding project. He laid eggs the first year of his life but now he has decided to try life as a rooster. He doesn't mount hens and hasn't been able to fertilize eggs but he sure can holler.
I think he is really beautiful but he looks very strange compared to my other breeding project birds. The feathers look a bit like hen feathering but not quite and he also has way less autosomal red leakage then what's typical for my roosters in my line currently.
Looking back they do look a bit like a cockerel but they squated and acted like a pullet (their owner also saw them lay eggs) when he was younger. I'm betting he is possibly an intersex bird rather than his ovary got damaged. I imagine he will eventually molt into feathering that is more similar to Nugget's (his father) and he might start mounting hens but maybe not. Pretty bird either way (also the largest bird I ever produced he is huge)

Dissociative Amnesia with BASK
I would love to hear more about systems without amnesia. I’ve been thinking, lately that emotional amnesia is really similar to any other form except maybe full.
I mean that as in memories being stored by type of information; if it’s BASK style, alters can have barriers between any letter or combination of letters.
BASK
Behavior: what the fronter did/had the urge to do
Affect: what the fronter felt/expressed emotionally
Sensation: what the fronter felt/noticed physically
Knowledge: what the fronter was aware/informed of
I would define ‘full blackouts’ as sharing none of the letters, which is unusual for the systems we know/have read about. Even systems we currently describe as having blackouts tend to start with some leakage.
I’d say the most common leaks are Affective and Sensory; bursts of unexplainable emotion or feelings you can tell aren’t yours and unexplainable pain or flashes of perceptions respectively.
I’ve heard of people, particularly front-facing people, experiencing these without co-consciousness. They aren’t accompanied by ‘the facts’ of what happened, and can leave the receiving alters confused or frightened.
A full sharing of either information might be considered another flashback unless intentional, but only a Sensory barrier is labeled amnesia as it stands.
The other leaks we currently refer to as blackouts is Behavior; either as ‘passive influence’ or as co-fronting and co-consciousness.
Some systems have to work on barriers to get Behavioral transmission, which might be as simple as acknowledging the alters as behind them. Others have it as part of the standard function, or see fluctuations without any particular reason.
‘Grayouts’ are barriers that allow Knowledge through; instead of any experience, alters get descriptions of events. It can be compared to being told about memories, like a book or news report.
Systems tend to encourage the permanent sharing of Sensation and Knowledge when decreasing amnesia, Behavior when attempting co-consciousness, and Affect only when fusing.
A fully assembled memory is taken into long term storage, where they usually go when there is no trauma. I don’t know if endogenic or healed traumagenic systems have that complete lack of barriers or if they learn to dissociate non-traumatic memories for individuality.
So I guess I’d like to hear from systems with no barriers, systems with Affective/emotional barriers, and systems that dissociate memories for non-trauma reasons. The whole system or between some members would also work.
What is it like to experience? How do you perceive the sharing, either in internal worlds or as a construct? What does it mean for system dynamics when the alters to share what they do?
You can answer without those guidelines, if you’d prefer. I’m more just curious about the existence of others unlike us than looking for specific datasets.

Currently thinking of: Nanami being your neighbor
You're in a need of a fix in your apartment, little thing that you're almost desperate to repair yourself because no handy man is available to come that day and Nanami overhears your struggle.
Being the gentleman that he is, he offers you his help with the leakage underneath your sink.
It's for the greater good. It wouldn't be fun if your little sink flooded the entire floor, right? So he gets down to business, deals with the sink in a flash but thing is, your sink is not the only thing that's leaking.

Arvind Narayanan, a computer science professor at Princeton University, is best known for calling out the hype surrounding artificial intelligence in his Substack, AI Snake Oil, written with PhD candidate Sayash Kapoor. The two authors recently released a book based on their popular newsletter about AI’s shortcomings.
But don’t get it twisted—they aren’t against using new technology. “It's easy to misconstrue our message as saying that all of AI is harmful or dubious,” Narayanan says. He makes clear, during a conversation with WIRED, that his rebuke is not aimed at the software per say, but rather the culprits who continue to spread misleading claims about artificial intelligence.
In AI Snake Oil, those guilty of perpetuating the current hype cycle are divided into three core groups: the companies selling AI, researchers studying AI, and journalists covering AI.
Hype Super-Spreaders
Companies claiming to predict the future using algorithms are positioned as potentially the most fraudulent. “When predictive AI systems are deployed, the first people they harm are often minorities and those already in poverty,” Narayanan and Kapoor write in the book. For example, an algorithm previously used in the Netherlands by a local government to predict who may commit welfare fraud wrongly targeted women and immigrants who didn’t speak Dutch.
The authors turn a skeptical eye as well toward companies mainly focused on existential risks, like artificial general intelligence, the concept of a super-powerful algorithm better than humans at performing labor. Though, they don’t scoff at the idea of AGI. “When I decided to become a computer scientist, the ability to contribute to AGI was a big part of my own identity and motivation,” says Narayanan. The misalignment comes from companies prioritizing long-term risk factors above the impact AI tools have on people right now, a common refrain I’ve heard from researchers.
Much of the hype and misunderstandings can also be blamed on shoddy, non-reproducible research, the authors claim. “We found that in a large number of fields, the issue of data leakage leads to overoptimistic claims about how well AI works,” says Kapoor. Data leakage is essentially when AI is tested using part of the model’s training data—similar to handing out the answers to students before conducting an exam.
While academics are portrayed in AI Snake Oil as making “textbook errors,” journalists are more maliciously motivated and knowingly in the wrong, according to the Princeton researchers: “Many articles are just reworded press releases laundered as news.” Reporters who sidestep honest reporting in favor of maintaining their relationships with big tech companies and protecting their access to the companies’ executives are noted as especially toxic.
I think the criticisms about access journalism are fair. In retrospect, I could have asked tougher or more savvy questions during some interviews with the stakeholders at the most important companies in AI. But the authors might be oversimplifying the matter here. The fact that big AI companies let me in the door doesn’t prevent me from writing skeptical articles about their technology, or working on investigative pieces I know will piss them off. (Yes, even if they make business deals, like OpenAI did, with the parent company of WIRED.)
And sensational news stories can be misleading about AI’s true capabilities. Narayanan and Kapoor highlight New York Times columnist Kevin Roose’s 2023 chatbot transcript interacting with Microsoft's tool headlined “Bing’s A.I. Chat: ‘I Want to Be Alive. 😈’” as an example of journalists sowing public confusion about sentient algorithms. “Roose was one of the people who wrote these articles,” says Kapoor. “But I think when you see headline after headline that's talking about chatbots wanting to come to life, it can be pretty impactful on the public psyche.” Kapoor mentions the ELIZA chatbot from the 1960s, whose users quickly anthropomorphized a crude AI tool, as a prime example of the lasting urge to project human qualities onto mere algorithms.
Roose declined to comment when reached via email and instead pointed me to a passage from his related column, published separately from the extensive chatbot transcript, where he explicitly states that he knows the AI is not sentient. The introduction to his chatbot transcript focuses on “its secret desire to be human” as well as “thoughts about its creators,” and the comment section is strewn with readers anxious about the chatbot’s power.
Images accompanying news articles are also called into question in AI Snake Oil. Publications often use clichéd visual metaphors, like photos of robots, at the top of a story to represent artificial intelligence features. Another common trope, an illustration of an altered human brain brimming with computer circuitry used to represent the AI’s neural network, irritates the authors. “We're not huge fans of circuit brain,” says Narayanan. “I think that metaphor is so problematic. It just comes out of this idea that intelligence is all about computation.” He suggests images of AI chips or graphics processing units should be used to visually represent reported pieces about artificial intelligence.
Education Is All You Need
The adamant admonishment of the AI hype cycle comes from the authors’ belief that large language models will actually continue to have a significant influence on society and should be discussed with more accuracy. “It's hard to overstate the impact LLMs might have in the next few decades,” says Kapoor. Even if an AI bubble does eventually pop, I agree that aspects of generative tools will be sticky enough to stay around in some form. And the proliferation of generative AI tools, which developers are currently pushing out to the public through smartphone apps and even formatting devices around it, just heightens the necessity for better education on what AI even is and its limitations.
The first step to understanding AI better is coming to terms with the vagueness of the term, which flattens an array of tools and areas of research, like natural language processing, into a tidy, marketable package. AI Snake Oil divides artificial intelligence into two subcategories: predictive AI, which uses data to assess future outcomes; and generative AI, which crafts probable answers to prompts based on past data.
It’s worth it for anyone who encounters AI tools, willingly or not, to spend at least a little time trying to better grasp key concepts, like machine learning and neural networks, to further demystify the technology and inoculate themselves from the bombardment of AI hype.
During my time covering AI for the past two years, I’ve learned that even if readers grasp a few of the limitations of generative tools, like inaccurate outputs or biased answers, many people are still hazy about all of its weaknesses. For example, in the upcoming season of AI Unlocked, my newsletter designed to help readers experiment with AI and understand it better, we included a whole lesson dedicated to examining whether ChatGPT can be trusted to dispense medical advice based on questions submitted by readers. (And whether it will keep your prompts about that weird toenail fungus private.)
A user may approach the AI’s outputs with more skepticism when they have a better understanding of where the model’s training data came from—often the depths of the internet or Reddit threads—and it may hamper their misplaced trust in the software.
Narayanan believes so strongly in the importance of quality education that he began teaching his children about the benefits and downsides of AI at a very young age. “I think it should start from elementary school,” he says. “As a parent, but also based on my understanding of the research, my approach to this is very tech-forward.”
Generative AI may now be able to write half-decent emails and help you communicate sometimes, but only well-informed humans have the power to correct breakdowns in understanding around this technology and craft a more accurate narrative moving forward.
