Oh Pun Mind Appreciation And Incoming Future Pinecest Fics

Heya guys and girlies! I hope everyone is doing well, I just wanted to make an appreciation post for everyone who read my fic oh pun mind. Thanks to you guys ‘Keep an oh-pun mind’ is now one of the top 10% rated Pinecest fanfics on AO3! It has over 100 kudos and over 2300 hits! I literally cannot describe how grateful I am to everyone who read my fic and enjoyed it! When I started writing, I thought most people would dislike my work and that it would take a long time to even get one positive comment. But the love that the pinecest community has shown me in the last 4 months has been so awesome! Pinecest is the first ship ever seen that made me actually want to write out all these story ideas in my head. And when I did I figured I’d get very little traffic because I was writing for a long dead fandom for a niche ship. But you guys proved that pinecest isn’t dead. Far from it! So my thanks go out to everyone who has left a comment or a kudo, you guys have no idea how much they encourage me to write more and more and more! I just wanna highlight a couple of my favorite comments:

I’m honestly speechless that some people think my fic is worthy of an entire paragraph comment. I cannot describe how happy every comment I got made me and how much it means to me. 

So from here Iv’e got a couple routes to go from here. Oh Pun Mind Bonus chapter should be out by Sunday at the latest but hopefully sooner. Million Dollar Makeout Is going to be released over time as a shorter sweeter type of fic. I have 4 single chapter WIP’s I plan on releasing in the next couple of months. But the big thing i’m happy to announce is that i’ll be working on a 20-30+ thousand word fic with my Bestie Threequestionmarks as my beta! You probably won’t be seeing it for a while as I wanna finish the first several chapters before I start releasing them, but I just want you guys and gals to know what’s coming! I can’t wait to write more pinecest stories I have seriously fallen in love with writing fiction over the last few months

do you know what happened to shiningpines? i was looking for her blog but it says deactivated. i assume you're the one to ask on this topic since you were working on the archive with her (i love your art btw)

I'm not really sure what happened to her, but last I checked she was active around early november. If I did know I wouldn't go too deep into the details out of respect for her privacy. All I can do is hope she's doing well, and I'm guessing this is just temporary because of all the crap 2020 is putting all of us through. I do know her twitter is still up (not active), but me and other people are working on things for the archive to make it easier to browse. We still don't know when to release it publicly though.
