i wonder if Leah knows she's not actually Ste's biological daughter. was that ever brought up?? I would actually like that to be Leah's next big storyline if she doesnt already know. I can see Ela-May and Kieron SMASHING that.

Sometimes I like to check in on Ste and John Paul and I see kid characters like Tom, who now has a wife, and Leah now’s got boobs and storylines independent of her dad.

… and then I also remember that I watched Hollyoaks regularly 12 years ago and I ugly cry

i do kind of appreciate that this is all rather silly lol. like they’ve done earnest and dramatic first times before, and now they have lucas neurotically repeating how they’re going to have sex and instead of running a mile dillon is like hell yeah we are and it’s all just like funny LOL

It's amazing how much Leah looks like Amy and Lucas looks like Ste.

And Leah acts a lot like teen Amy, while Lucas acts a lot like teen Ste.

The casting department did a good job, especially as Ela-May has been on the show since she was a little kid. She's been on the show since 2011.

I'M SO UNBELIEVABLY EXCITED FOR THIS OMG, I LOVE IT WHEN STE REMEMBERS BRENDAN. i always wanted him to talk to james about brendan but i guess this is good enough.

i just hope the kids do remember brendan. leah mentioned him when she found out about ryan and ste's affair, so it's just a question of whether lucas remembers him.

it’s the fact that Lucas has got back from blackpool but looks like he has got a bit of a tan because i’m sure it’s around the time that Oscar had gone abroad
