hey so i wanted to ask what could be an indication of blockage of like manifesting in like solar return? like being unmotivated?

The 12th house also rules the subconscious. The majority of our daily actions are done subconsciously due to habits and having Jupiter over this house comes in handy for these individuals. They are also mentally strong.

whoever drew up the original chart likely put it around 22:00 november 7, 1760 in order to get a leo rising with a scorpio moon. what truly baffles me about this chart is that lestat is such a leo rising, of course he is. never mind that his physical appearance (for amc iwtv anyway) evokes the kind of ferocity and beauty of a lion, one of the symbols associated with leo. (his... last name...) he's also someone who is a performer. he's dramatic. he's a storyteller. he loves to be seen. and the ruler of leo is the sun: the ego. lestat's appeal for validation comes through pretty heavily... aiming to soothe his ego... getting the applause from those crowds, his lovers... from his family... hmm...
