thought about it for a while, instead of resubmitting my last take, I want to put out a call:

There are 10,000+ Awakening fics on ao3. Out of all of these, only 130 are about Inigo x Owain. (theres also only 58 Laslow x Odin fics in the Fates tag).

As such, I am humbly requesting the aid of this fandom's strongest yaoi warriors. With our might combined, we can fight back against the cruelty of rarepair hell, and give Inigo x Owain the attention (I think) they deserve after 13 years 🙏

For the kiss thing, I can 100% see Odin doing the overdramaitc tip kiss. Not entirely sure who with though, Selena and Leo might smack him upside the head for trying, Laslow would 100% scream and probably do the pose just to stop them going flat on their asses (it doesn't work) and Niles would probably do it just for the sheer madness of it all

Laslowdin is great bc looking at them u'd think Laslow is sunshine boyfriend and Odin is the big threat in a fight. But, despite Odin's fighting prowess, when you meet them.... Laslow "I've fought armies with a smile on my face" of Ferox and Odin "I changed the entire ending of my story to make my friend not sad anymore" from Ylisse.... -Sean

It's mostly hc related because I have a firm belief that O&L share sleeping spaces- whether it's a room, a tent, or the single packed sleeping bag. Or even just back to back, one taking watch and the other leaning against them.

((Also consider them switching outfits to see which one would be complimented more, only to b confronted w the fact no one but their moms knew they were dating, somehow))
