Me encantó ese one-shot, la verdad es que no me lo esperaba 😄💖.

Imagínate esto. Branch siendo un mega Idol súper famoso debido a su versatilidad musical, lo conocen por todas partes. Solamente hay un inconveniente, no recuerda su pasado a excepción por quién fue alguna vez su abuela debido a un fuerte golpe en la cabeza (se quedó atrás durante el gran escape y una pala lo saco volando del túnel mientras los bertenos buscaban a los trolls, no lo notaron por su color gris).

¿Cómo reaccionarian los Obsessive! BroZone? (PD: me gusta tu obsessive!JD)

I have a lot of questions about how that happens or how Branch would get to all the troll groups, but I like the sound of that.

so yes, it would probably be somewhat difficult for the brothers to get to Branch, since he is famous and many trolls have tried to pass themselves off as relatives to have access to Branch (depraved more than anything, since well Branch, despite being gray, is very cute and gentle, and no matter how difficult it may seem, he cannot say no to his fans, he lacks some character since he is somewhat complacent; and it is difficult for him to believe when someone claims to be his family since he has been through a lot that they are just fakes ) John Dory would be a stalker first, he would go to every concert (everyone, everywhere, when Branch is on tour Rhonda ends up wintering in the end), he has tons of merchandise and every album or record that Branch has released and everything signed (like those table where the idols meet fans and sign things, if JD had his goggles, a hat and a mask, Branch was still calm, since many fans dress like that, the poor guy ended up with a cramped hand from signing so much merchandise.

But if Floyd knows Branch from his solo career in Mount Rageous, he does not tell him that she is his brother, but they get along well and are best friends, Floyd also has a lot of merchandise.

They've also done duos, and Floyd has uncovered John Dory many times when he's in costume during signings and all that, and if they have a plan to get his baby brother back.

Bruce finds out from his kids (since kids are V&V fans, they're mega fans of Branch) and well Branch had a gig on Vacay Island once and Bruce recognized him and but John was there and explained why he couldn't come in and say they were brother, so he joined JD and Floyd's crazy plan; Of course, those two tasked him with finding Clay because they were busy (harassing his baby brother)

And Clay doesn't know anything because he's with the Putt-Putt Trolls; I don't know why, but I think Creek would be his manager, I don't know why

Ok so, this gives us information on what the three new different locations are like, I love how the Dreamworks is just feeding the fandom this way lol

-Vacay Island-

So we already know it’s fully populated by puppetry people, and it’s a vacation everyday (which is cool) and we see it’s just a whole beach island and there’s a giant sandcastle they all hang out at. Also there’s just sunset everyday, how does that work? I get it this is Trolls but how would it work? How would they know it’s night and day? Overall it looks cool!

-Hole n’ Fun-

We know it’s a abandon Bergen golf course and these golf ball trolls live there and it’s where Viva and Clay live, and there houses are the holes which is interesting and makes sense. So I’m really sure we’re gonna learn some lore when the movie comes out, like how it was established and abandoned them populated by the golf trolls. Perhaps the Bergens took some trolls there to use them as golf balls or some trolls they went threw the tunnels got lost and found the golf course and made it there home.

-Mount Rageous-

Ok, it’s all one big club/city, like Las Vegas and Hollywood at the same time but it’s all populated by teenagers and teenagers only. So now we know Velvet and Veneer are confirmed to be teenagers, so I got a few questions, where are the adults? Are there any children? So like, I’m thinking maybe the adults have there own side maybe, and possibly a side where family’s live, just like a normal city kind of way. Or maybe they all don’t age and are just teenagers forever. I would want to live there or at least visit cause it’s just for teens and I would have so much fun (even though I have social issues-)

Ok. Fellow Trolls fans, help me out here. Where did Velvet and Veneer being teens/minors get figured out from? And on top of that, the idea that at least the majority if not all the other Mount Rageons are teens too? When I was watching the movie in my local theater I immediately thought the twins were like 18 or 19 at the youngest. So basically adults. Mount Rageous literally has police. I don't think, even in the Trolls universe, a city that is literally just teens makes any sense.

My main reasons for thinking that V&V and really any other Mount Rageons are adults are that Mount Rageous has Las Vegas vibes, again there's a FREAKING POLICE FORCE, and that just in general Mount Rageous just seems like a city made for (saying this with love as this description fits me too) dumbass theater kids in their 20s.

MORE INFO FROM ANNECY

Via a Portuguese-language article that came out earlier today and that I was able to read with translation that describes the 20 minutes of footage of Trolls Band Together that was shown!

However, I will say that it IS a little spoiler-ish, so I’ll leave it up to you whether you want to read my paraphrasing under the cut :3

Okay! So, apparently, the film kicks off with a BroZone flashback (I knew there would be a prologue sequence!). BroZone – JD, Spruce, Clay, Floyd, and Baby Branch – are rehearsing for a show that they are going to do and throughout the sequence we see how each of them are different in personality/behaviors from each other. The argument from the trailer happens, and the event that they had been rehearsing for did not end well for them, which in turned caused them to get “out of sync” and break up.

20+ years later, in present time, the wedding sequence occurs, in which Poppy, Branch, and all the Troll Kingdom prepare for the wedding of Bridget and King Gristle. The opening melody happens and they start the matrimony, only for it to be interrupted by you-know-who (JD).

There are snippets of scenes shown at the panel from here, mostly where the brothers live as adults and what they are like in the present. Spruce does live on Vacay Island (and apparently he has a family??) Clay dropped his funny-guy personality and switched it out for a more serious type guy who wears a cardigan sweater and lives in a place (probably the Putting minigolf place) run by Viva. Viva herself is very excitable, according to director Tim Heitz “Poppy 100x.”

Then, there is a scene shown where they have to save Clay and they end up inside the psychedelic world (something separate from the Hustle button maybe??) Another place they end up in is described as a large colorful city for fans of influencers live (Mount Rageous?) and intended to be the Trolls version of Las Vegas and Hollywood. And finally, there is a scene in which the brothers have reunited and a young Troll who is a fan of BroZone is practicing dance moves with them (cute!).

Also, the character Crimp appears to be describes as a "nervous assistant" though I am not sure if she is a Troll or a Bergen, nor who's assistant she is.

Okay guys, listen up!

Got some insight to the Annecy Film Festival and some of the news it revealed! The info I found was from a posting on the YouTube channel "jstar" (if you're on Tumblr, I'd love to know 😀) from a screenshot presumably found from somewhere on social media ( A friend I speak to on Wattpad brought this channel and its postings to my attention). Here's what exactly was said:

"To be factual: after the furious madness of the second Trolls, whose psychedelic energy had something orgasmic about it, exit hard rock and welcome to the glorious era of boy bands. A retrospective choice (still) logical given the astounding popularity of Kpop today. He's Justin Timberlake's character, Branche, who was actually in a boy band with his brothers when he was little (watch out for the puns in the movie on Nsync, One Direction and the like) before being cowardly abandoned, becoming th grumpy, melancholy troll he is today. The goal of the film will be to reassemble the band to save one of them, captured by idols without talents who sniff him to become good singers. By breaking a crystal that imprisons him with the power of perfect harmony."

So I guess the brothers have to sing the 'Family Harmony' (which sounds like a special song of some sort) to save Floyd who is trapped in a crystal that Velvet and Veneer placed him in after they smell him to obtain his talent?

Um... what? XD

So I guess it kinda makes sense in a way - Bergens ate Trolls to obtain their happiness, so perhaps sniffling them means that they can get their singing abilities?? Perhaps that's why they have to keep him - maybe inhaling his talent is only temporary? Maybe each time they do it continues to turn his hair the white that we saw in the first poster? And what's the deal with the Family Harmony? How will that play out? Are their voices going to combine like a magical force and break the crystal Floyd’s trapped in? If this is all true, I've certainly got a lot of questions lol

Other postings that were made on social media stated that the first 20 MINUTES of the movie were shown.

Here is a posting regarding Broppy:

"Branch definitely has a bigger emotional hurdle to jump through in this movie and Poppy really helps him with that, kind of like in the first movie, but it's a much different issue, even though Poppy feels like it's the same kind of situation to solve."

I had a feeling that this movie would remind me of the first :) This next one is about my boyz:

"We explore the world of boy bands in the world of 90s music! We celebrate them, but with a certain irony, having a little fun with them. They are more expressive and maybe they also have problems on their side. It was fun exploring these different personalities, feeling a likeness and family connection to them. But also for each of the four brothers to find their own personality, their own voice and their own part of the family."

This last quoting is about the music:

"The composer remains Ted Shapiro and we are working with a great musical team at the moment. Justin is still the executive producer of the original music and was involved in its development early on. There are five original songs that he spearheads, as well as more jukebox songs, classic and familiar happy tunes and he calls on other producers he wants to work with to create the best song for this moment in the film."

Still don't have word on the original songs, but we do know from previous info that some of the involved songs are We Are Family, Staying Alive, Everybody (Backstreet's Back), The Hustle, You Got the Right Stuff, Sailing, Sweet Dreams Are Made Of This, and I Want You Back. I also have my own ideas for what songs I think could work for the movie, but I'll save it for another post :)

FYI - Ghost is no longer scheduled to perform at Las Rageous. (Which sucks, but makes sense with the timetable as it looks now - tour not starting til mid May, no release date on the album, no single yet, etc.)

I can say I’ve had a lot of highs and some real lows lately but this here is exactly what I needed.

As a musician, I’ve always had a dream to play more than a bar or floor show and engage with a crowd that’s there exclusively to have a good time to my type of music. This past weekend I finally got to do that and it was the happiest I’ve been in a minute even if it was only 15 minutes of fame.

Artists of any kind may be more prone to wearing their emotions on good and bad days but ultimately that art is what turns some days great with enough passion. Stick with it and create something amazing.
