We had to move larger specimens in our zoology collection, so we used rolling wedges (also called tri-dollies) that are typically used for moving furniture and appliances. We inserted pieces of wood into the bases and fixed the extremities to the wedges. This was enough to easily move the large and heavy specimens.

But now, KAWS has conquered a UNESCO World Heritage Site with his installation at Indonesia's Prambanan Temple.

Maybe not so seasonal lol, but I put up my dandelion for yule. It's a bit too large and prone to gathering dust to keep out all the time but I thought it could bring a bit of joy and memory of sunshine to the solstice.

Striding with her left foot forward and both forearms extended, a pomegranate in her left hand, a fragmentary flower in her right hand, and wearing boots with central tab, chiton with wavy pleats, and long close-fitting himation draped over the right shoulder and falling down the lower back, the neck of the chiton and hem of the himation with cross-hatched decoration, her hair radiating from the crown and bound and rolled up in a twisted fillet, the details finely engraved. Height without tenons 21.4 cm.
