Kylux is so funny because if they both just got over themselves for like 5 minutes and looked at what they each really wanted and worked together, they could be happy both individually and together, but they’re both too stupid and proud to even consider it

Hux didn't remember his birthplace. His home had always been this island and the waters around it. When Phasma released him into the ocean, the familiar waves welcomed him like a close friend.

He was home. And he was lonely. The seagull flew in to get the fish, but he didn't feed it. The seagull was no longer needed as a listener - after a year of inactivity, his speech had become completely unintelligible. And probably not necessary anymore.
