Le mani di porcellana di Mikoto si allungano, afferrano lievi le sue. Kushina nota, per la prima volta, che Mikoto ha la pelle simile alla seta. Forse la detonazione che Kushina sente nel petto non è nient'altro che il vigore della primavera, il sangue le circola meglio in ogni cellula, con forza. Il cattivo umore è ormai bandito dal mondo, per sempre. I tempi bui sono passati per non tornare mai più.

Ok but has anyone here ever thought Fugaku×Minato or am I the only one shipping them

Hmm I do lowkey ship KushinaxMikoto. So the husbands could work as an afterthought if you want to count it 🙃 But I also think Minato would easily get on Fugaku's nerves and they would be constantly argueing in the hokage office 🤣

So something I dont talk about often but really love the idea of is MinatoxFugaku and KushinaxMikoto

Like the husbands still love their wives obviously, but they're also open to each other loving another person.

Fugaku keeps Minato grounded. Minato helps Fugaku remember to smile. Kushina is a wild tempest and Mikoto is a quiet iron wall of strength. They balance each other in a really beautiful way.

Fugaku changes after Minato and Kushina's death. He puts himself forward as candadit for hokage not because of wanting to advance the clan, but because he wants to avenge Minato and wants to get to the bottom of why he was shut out, who kept him and Mikoto from being there to save Minato and Kushina. And that's also why the council makes sure he gets shut down. Hard.

Mikoto offers to take in Naruto and raise him along side her own sons. She knows it's what Kushina would have wanted. But the council says no, tells Mikoto if she takes him she'll be labeled a traitor to the village (maybe in an AU she does take him and Fugaku, Mikoto, Naruto, Itachi and Sasuke all leave the village?)

Fugaku spirals into anger and resentment because he blames the council for Minato's death. That's the real reason for the coup and for pushing Itachi into the Anbu.

Mikoto secretly tries to watch out for Naruto. She drops off groceries, or sends Itachi to drop them off. That's why naruto in the first arc doesnt seem to know how to keep food, because he never had to do it himself and now Mikoto and Itachi are gone.

Have you heard of KushinaxMikoto? XD i'm not sure whether this is a crackship or a rareship honestly, i think it's neat but i like them more as friends. And it would've been nice if naruto and sasuke actually grew up as sorta brothers because their moms are best friends and always made them play with each other since they were babies

oh i have definitly heard of that ship and i quite like it. I mean, I'm not the biggest fan of Minato or Fugaku for different reasons, so I'm here for Mikoto and Kushina having each other XD

But i do also love their friendship. they care deeply about each other in that little amount of time we see them together. Seeing Naruto and Sasuke growing up together would have been so cool though. the friendship that they could have had T.T
