Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome is a genetic disorder that causes collagen to be produced wrong, which can affect the body as a whole in many different ways. Hi squishy, how are you

Heyyy, I'm doing alright. On one hand, I'm actually enjoying studying for once, On the other hand, I'm breaking out, worrying about money, cursing PayPal for not working in my area, wondering whether my friends like me or not, resisting the urge to not open my sketchbook and draw for hours, also thinking whether I should buy this Kuratake Gansai Tambi watercolours or not.

I drew inspiration for this piece from a recent NASA picture from the Hubble space telescope. I was painting while listening to Bishop Barron’s talk to Google. I can’t tell you how many times I had to put down my brush and sit there for a second and just take in all the fire His Excellency was putting down. He’s an incredible gift to our Church. I’ve been battling a deep stint of depression and anxiety lately. I moved houses. I’m looking for a new car. Through all of this, finding inspiration to paint something was impossible. But here I am. I’m keeping on keeping on. (Loosely) Based on a dream I had a few nights ago. I dreamt that I had a copy of my consciousness transferred into a robot and had to fight an alien I'd raised as a kid, now grown and destroying the world and eating people.

It was weird. Dreams are like that, I suppose. :P

Ah, this was also the piece where I used a Pentel pocket brush pen and Kuratake watercolors! I like the watercolors (I did have a set laying around the house), I love the brush pen! So handy and cool to draw with!!
