You don't have to pretend you're ok anymore
When you live in your mind, you believe every story, mental image, assumption and thoughts it creates about yourself in order to protect your wellbeing. Each thing you do has a motivation from within, some motivations are in the light (you’re conscious of them) some are in the dark (you’re unconscious of them). The dark here is also referred to as the subconscious mind by therapists. When you’re…

Awakening the Kundalini
The term Kundalini which is much used by yogis and spiritual practitioners, is an extremely important concept for any person seeking spiritual enlightenment and illumination. Kundalini can be best explained as the sacred fire located near the base of the spine. The fiery serpent in Exodus, verses 7:9-12 and 21:6-8 is also a reference to the Kundalini.
Importance of Kundalini in Spiritual Practice
The Kundalini energy helps the brain cells to register spiritual or higher experiences and stimuli. The brain, the nervous system and the physical body is improved and upgraded. A person with a highly awakened Kundalini is a genius and has the potential to become a great spiritual leader. Kundalini energy is like a fertilizer. The positive and negative qualities in a person will be highly magnified when the Kundalini is awakened to a large degree. Thus inner purification is necessary when a person embarks on a spiritual journey.
Structure of the Kundalini
The Kundalini has 7 layers and each layer has 7 sub-layers and hence there are 49 degrees of awakening it. Even common people have awakened their Kundalini, but to a very small degree. Hence the question is not whether the Kundalini is awakened but the question is to what degree is the Kundalini awakened.
Awakening of the Kundalini Energy through the Twin Hearts Meditation
The Twin Hearts Meditation is a safe and effective way to awaken the Kundalini energy. In this form of meditation, the heart and the crown chakra are activated first. The spiritual energy then flows down in great quantities to the base of the spine. The Kundalini energy is thus awakened to a higher degree as well as regulated and brought up to the higher chakras in the human body and to the crown chakra or sahasrara chakra. There is a sensation of your head being pushed down during the meditation. This is the spiritual energy descending. The practitioner may experience energy going up the spine. This is the Kundalini rising up.
About Arhatic Kundalini Meditation This form of meditation is also known as Meditation on the Inner Breath. Practicing this meditation helps in awakening the sacred fire or Kundalini, energizes and balances the chakras, purifies the energy bodies and develops inner awareness and awakens the consciousness.
Practicing of Arhatic Kundalini Meditation is Extremely Beneficial for the Practitioner. Some of the Results of the Meditation are:
It helps in developing the will aspect of the soul.
Accelerates the evolution of the soul.
Arhatic Kundalini Meditation helps in cleansing the energy channels, the chakras and the aura.
Accelerates the evolution of the physical body. (The physical body also needs to evolve with the evolution of the soul.)
Why is it Essential that the Physical Body should Develop along with the Soul?
If the physical body’s evolution is not at par with the evolved soul, there will be a mismatch. The evolved soul will fail at impressing on the physical brain many of the inner experiences. The physical body should be able to withstand greater amounts of kundalini energy flowing through it. Caution A new Arhatic yogi should restrict the practice of this form of meditation to once or twice a week. Daily practice of this form of meditation can cause severe hypertension.
Hatha Yoga
The special practices of Hatha yoga can also help in awakening the Kundalini. It is not an advanced spiritual technique, but can be effective over a period of time. Hatha yoga should be done under the guidance of a trained teacher.
Awakening the Kundalini from Bottom Up
This form involves the awakening of the Kundalini through visualization and mantras. However this method is not suitable, keeping the present lifestyle in mind. This method may also excessively activate the lower nature, unless inner purification is done thoroughly.

My Second Belly Dance Teacher and Friend
I am compassionately twirling out of Germany on the train making my way back to Amsterdam to see my 2nd belly dance teacher. Yes I am blessed to have 2 teachers because each one teaches differently and I get to develop a more dynamic practice. I had homework to do on my side belly waves and shimmies 🧘🏿♀️🌊 and she will test me this evening. Germany is definitely not my country🤣🤣 but I love giving love and care, one of the prime roles of a lover archetype in practice. Being a lover isn’t just about dancing, playing, art, music, sex, nature, animals, or loving your way through this reality, it is a real care practice, as I see all of the above as ways we care for others. I do believe that an embodied belly dancer could dance and her sacred dance would bring back the eyesight of a blind person who gets to witness her, to feel her…in their heart. Feeling is always key. In my travels, I sense how she could journey around the world and heal ailments in the bodies of weaker or compromised people through her belly waves and breast rotations—that pure kundalini innocence. Because when a person sees/feels/perceives a beautiful, lighthearted, open-hearted woman (one who is holding pain/hurt in her heart/spirit) and interacts with her in the slightest way, their body naturally releases chemicals called “endorphins” that cause them really feel good and even healthier and more powerful or capable. These lost forbidden arts I hope to revive and reclaim in my lifetime and I see myself getting to that place in my heart one day. When people think of Oshun, they tend to omit two of her most important skills-her ability to care for the sick and her warrior aspects, but we must remember that it's either all of it or none of it. ☀️
I do believe that it’s important as you learn these medicinal arts that are not only medicine for others, but medicine for your own mind, body, and spirit—whether you learn on YouTube or with a teacher, you 'womb' yourself and don’t blast on social media right away. I see women do this as well when they start a new work out program. Embody your practice first then share or you may find that you dilute your progress and become stagnant because social media tends to take us away from our heart and its purity of passion to embark on a new skill or habit imperfectly, and drown us in our ego and its need for constant approval and addiction to comparing and contrasting. This was a big learning for me that the ancestral mothers whispered. Much of social media emanates a frequency of disembodiment —pretending to be embodied. Some of the most vibrant, brilliant, and embodied artists, dancers, writers, and singers I adore like Sade and Tracy Chapman don’t have a social media presence. They lead private lives and create in the dark, in mystery and silent ritual. They aren't under the constant bombardment of notifications, distractions, or stress nor operate with the common "text-neck" which malnourishes the female body and blocks the lymphatic pathways from detoxifying the face, upper back, and shoulders, the death-grip to more wrinkles (however beautiful, merely sharing for Aunties who buy toxic anti-aging cremes), and neck, shoulder, and back inflammation/pain. More than the fact that these women are aging backwards as a result of their private lifestyles and the accompanying incontrovertible power, there is benevolent advanced intelligence in the quiet, whether you are creating books or music or dilating your hips in a new dance practice or abductor workout regiment. While in the learning curve or creative process, discretion and care are needed.
Having an audience occasionally cheer on your progress can be a nice feeling due to the quick dopamine hit but it can easily become like a drug and it matters more that you see yourself and believe in you. “Giving birth” is multidimensional, multidisciplinary, and not something that everyone should be privy to seeing. Eventually you openheartedly share your gift, but not in the early or mid-developmental stages. And yes feeling stronger in your body from the discipline (and sometimes discomfort of) working out is also a gift that you give to this world.
This life is so temporary and we all asked to be here so be here fully grounded in your feet, legs, and hips and overflowing in your gifts. Embody the art. Midwife the dancer. Share the baby when it’s time. Mm, One loveliness 🫀🫀🫀🫀

Hey charm,
Hope you are having a wonderful day.
Yesterday I read a post about void state
https://www.tumblr.com/goddardsprodigy/714059123117916160/voidthe-last-pushtxt
It opened my eyes. I was at ease. My day went wonderful and I thought I would just meditate enter void . Nothing more my day went by. And I saw a reel about kundali activation. It’s considered really dangerous and you need a guru for that. But I have been doing yoga and meditation since kid. I am Indian and Hindu. So I am not afraid of doing kundalini activation. I was fearful yesterday. I am afraid of darkness. But than I realized today that why should I be afraid . What I am afraid of ?? Ghost ?? But I am like god is with me . I am gonna do it today. And I read the comments on that video. People were floating in a few minutes. I am doing it tonight . You could feel after hearing it for few minutes. Itself changes you spiritually. That’s what I want. I don’t want any fear. I want abundance. I want peace of mind. I want my desired lifestyle. I am done spiraling fear . Being paranoid. Being desperate. I have faith in me . I have faith in my god . Have a incredible night ✨.
What a beautiful read, I’m excited for you love. Have an incredible night too, I’m ready for your success story 💗

Introductions!
Namaste wonderful souls, families, nature lovers, and dear readers. My name is Somaly. I am from Cambodia. I live in Australia. I value education, personal aspirations, and self-developments. I have enjoyed learning different aspects in my life.
I love to share my experiences, memories, and learning new ways to be creative. I have been working in the education sector almost 15 years. I love growing plants, lifestyle to be self-sustainable and the simple life. I love flowers and animals especially wild birds. Yoga, crystals, and spiritual things also mean to me.
Icie teaches me English, music, art, beauty.
Now, I work on building my own personal brand and expend my passions on creativities. I love to create more flexible and freedom lifestyle in future. You can find me on Facebook Page: (So&Jo better lifestyle, So&Jo Fairy Garden, and So&Jo Khmer-Australia life), YouTube (So&Jo better lifestyle, So&Jo Fairy Garden, and So&Jo Khmer-Australia life), and Blog(So&Jo Khmer-Australia life, and Yin and Yang lifestyle). If you would like to get to know about me, here is my personal blog address: soandjostories.blogspot.com
Kumusta friends! I’m Icie, originally from the Philippines but moved to Australia a long time ago. I value my love of anything that can be done indoors, education (particularly self-studying) and self-development.
I love to share and talk about the things that I love: anime, games (video, board, card, word), binge watching, movies food, art, events, music, languages, fashion, reading, writing stories and trying out new things. I am they/them, atheist (but maybe I love paganism) and have ADD. Plants and animals tether me especially cats, so does Kundalini Yoga.
Now, I am working on staying still at my current job because I have been so many things and I haven’t settled down: call-centre agent, copy writer, professional artisan baker, librarian and now kindy teacher. I don’t have a brand, but I want to help Somaly expand hers.
Somaly teaches me about gardening, mindfulness, sustainability and getting out of my house.
We created Yin and Yang lifestyle in 2024 because it benefits our lives. It’s about enjoying everything around you, be it geared towards feminine things or masculine things. Mindfulness is our main focus and we would like to share our journey to people who are willing to stop, look, and listen. And if you like our journey, we hope it benefits you.
This is our logo because we talk about the yin and yang philosophy. We are (technically) both women and this logo represents our personalities: sometimes, one of us is more feminine than the other and the other one is more masculine and that’s ok. Yin and Yang is in everyone and we spend time together despite our differences. This made us better people as we work together, always aspiring towards the same goal.
Thank you for being part of our community. Thanks for the likes, comments, share, reblog, and follows!

Music and spirituality are deeply interconnected. Spirituality often initiates the inspiration for the creation of music.
Music has a very strong transcendent property, throughout history, music has been used in various spiritual ceremonies and rituals in the form of singing, chants, drums, and prayers.
Listening to devotional music such as mantras and prayers music regularly can bring about more positivity, balance, and healing when the soul and karma are ready to receive it.
It can elevate mood, foster relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase self-esteem. In some cases can even speed up the recovery time from illness or injury.
When you start paying closer attention to how music conditions our daily lives, and feelings, you can use music as a tool to help your spiritual process in this chaotic, frantic, modern living.

Factors to Consider when Determining the Duration for Holding Yoga Poses
When practicing yoga, numerous things must be considered when deciding the time of holding yoga positions. These considerations include your degree of yoga expertise, physical condition, position needs, and breath control.
The length of time you ought to maintain a position depends on your degree of yoga practice. As their strength and flexibility increase, novices may require shorter durations to maintain postures, whereas more seasoned practitioners are capable of maintaining poses for extended periods of time.

We all are made up of energy !
If you would like to experience an energy orgasm yourself, it is necessary to actually realize that you are more than just a gross, physical body.
Beyond your material body and physical manifestation, you are an energetic being comprising highly sophisticated centers of energy, a super-network of energetic channels, and a substratum of subtle bodies. Whether you are aware of it or not, energy is continuously channeling through you and governing your thoughts, desires, emotions, sexuality, and actions.
For most people this flow of energy is unconscious and dictated by several factors such as lifestyle, the condition of a person’s mind, one’s astrological sign and makeup, plus much more.
However, according to the great Yoga and Tantra systems, we don’t have to be victims of circumstance. In other words, we can learn to master energy. And not just the energy that pervades our being, but all the energy that permeates the entire universe.
Sounds like a superhuman power, right? In reality, controlling energy is a skill that can be learned.
Steps to Mastering Energy
There are several aspects that one needs to look into to become skilled with controlling energy. Once this ability of control has been acquired, you can choose to use this skill with the sexual energy, or pretty much with any other type of energy as well (Kundalini energy, pranic energy, etc).
Tantra is a spiritual science of energy.
1. Building up the ability to concentrate and focus the mind fully. Authentic yogic techniques are the best tools here. The average person’s ability to truly be focused is unfortunately rather poor. The mind is constantly jumping around and is very distracted. However, in energy work your mind is your main tool and it needs to be sharp like a razor.
The yogis say that “where the mind goes, energy flows”. This means, if your mind is constantly distracted and full of random thoughts, then doing anything wise with the energy will be close to impossible. Tantric meditation and Yoga practices are the best tools to train the mind.
2. Purifying the body, and therefore also the mind, with yogic purification techniques and Hatha Yoga. Energy does not move harmoniously in a system which is clogged and impure. Therefore, yogis made it their business to regularly purify their physical, emotional and mental bodies. There is a whole system of yogic purification called Shatkarma Kriya, which addresses exactly this. These teachings are included in our Tantra Yoga.
3. Understanding the principles of sexual energy and how it works. All energy, including the sexual energy, follows certain rules of how it operates. It is almost like an exact science. The tantrics were very clear on these rules and knowing them gave them the ability to use that energy to for high purposes. The same way we understand and use electricity, radio waves or mobile networks (all types of energy), we can also harness and use sexual energy.

Tips To Stay Motivated in Yoga practice
For a yoga practice to be continuous and rewarding, motivation for yoga is essential. Regardless of your level of expertise, it might be difficult to remain motivated while practicing yoga. This section will discuss the value of inspiration in yoga and look at some methods to maintain your excitement on as well as off the mat.
Yoga is a comprehensive discipline that treats mind, body, and spirit; it is not simply about physical postures. It calls for self-control, commitment, and tenacity. Even the most committed practitioners, nevertheless, might sometimes find themselves lacking in drive.
