It’s cool that she got an award, but what is it for? I can’t find anything about it when I look up the actual award. Is it for her work on the stage?

Maybe it's an award to recognize people that come from this municipality, and became relevant/famous in their field of work? So "Culture and Leisure" would make sense for Johanne. 😊

So I’m at this big cultural night-event thing in where everything in Copenhagen is open and the synagogue is open as well and has just been restored/renovated so there’s a really long queue - and I’ve just heard someone call it “the Jewish church”.

Also, a family was loudly discussing what the queue could be for(?), and was sort of agreeing that it must be Rundetårn (which is, yeah, fine, whatever, a round tower, it’s not that great) and I just blurted out “no - why would the line for Rundetårn be that long? It’s the synagogue, they’ve just reopened” and they looked at me, slightly confused. I didn’t stay to explain, though.

okay så det er min søsters fødselsdag ikke. og min far skriver ordret “kommer du ikke forbi til aftensmad?”. så jeg tænker selvfølgelig at vi skal holde en hygge føds med søster + far + fars kæreste. totalt hygge. jeg kommer i det tøj jeg har haft på hele dagen. grå sweatshirt og løse jeans. ingen makeup. jeg ankommer. ser OTTE tallerkener på bordet. ren panik. min fætter og faster kommer og det var jeg bare ikke forberedt på. aftenen ender i diskussioner om hvorvidt transkønnede skal kunne deltage i elitesport og om kulturnatten mon er blevet for folkelig. tænk at det stadig er muligt at hade sin familie når man er københavnsk regnbuebarn. ubehageligt at tænke på hvordan alle andre har det
