it was time for my annual wildfire rewatch and of course I needed to commemorate it with a video. these two were one of my first otps and they still hold up even after all this time. I LOVE THEM SM.

also, each time I rewatch the show I take away something different. like this time, wow it was so obvious how toxic matt was as a character. like season 3 is BRUTAL to get through ha.

Everytime see two certain scenes in the first two episodes of Wildfire aways make me remember why I prefer Kris and Junior over Kris and Matt. The two scenes I am referring to when Junior and Matt founds out about Kris being at a Prison camp and their reactions are different. When Matt founds out from Kris that she was at a prison you can hear him laugh a little bit before he said and no one can convince me that it was out of shock because he clearly was uncomfortable with the fact she was ex con. When Junior founds out that Kris had been at a prison on the news there was no laugh and he went into his comment about which showed that he didn't care about her being an ex con and he even defended her when his sister tried to get her in trouble with the law and he defended Kris against his dad. I probably cannot count how times Junior had probably was either accepted Kris despite her past or how time he defended Kris. My mind about Kris and Junior being perfect for each other will never change nor will my mind about why Kris and Matt will never be perfect for each other.

Day 55 of drawing Junior Secret Squad until Chapter 3

Chicago has not been taking the Soul choosing him as a vessel that well. I mean, what puppetiod monster with an existential fear of puppets wouldn't freak out at loosing all bodily autonomy?

I'm rewatching wildfire on netflix and I haven't watched since the show ended but I forgot how much i liked the show and i forgot how much i shipped kris/junior they were everything, the chemistry god!! I'm so happy they were endgame I wouldn't of been able to stand it if they weren't but like it was pretty obvious they would be lol I don't dislike matt but matt/kris had no chemistry and didn't belong together and I did like them at first until kris/junior stole my heart and soul!!!! I know nobody really knows this show but lol

But apparently, it's a typical thing for junior teams to do on their playoff runs. Most guys can't grow playoff beards, so instead, teams opt to get playoff haircuts.

I've seen teams all get mohawks as well.

Rewatching Wildfire for the first time since it originally aired and it is amazing how endgame Kris and Junior are even from the beginning. They love each other through the whole series, even when trying to stay away from each other and be with other people. They just naturally always come back together.
