For further clarification about Azarath: he came alongside Koromaru, See, before he joined SEES he used to be a bird that would hang around Koromaru’s shrine a lot and him and Koromaru became close acquaintances however as Koromaru became more focused on waiting for his owner he ignored Azarath/Azzy and on the night when the shrine was attacked Azarath awakened to his Persona Huginn& Munnin to try and protect Koromaru

Azarath kinda comes with Koromaru, Azarath wears a evoker collar around his neck similar to Koromaru but Azarath’s evoker collar is red colored to contrast Koromaru’s blue evoker collar and the red color even shows up on his initial persona Huggin&Munnin

Needless to say Junpei is scared of Azarath but at least Koromaru now has someone to keep him company when the others are at school
