Russian national team manager dismisses Estonian photo scandal
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Valery Karpin said the incident had been inflated into a ‘political’ row after several Estonian players apologized for appearing in a picture with him
Russian men’s national team head coach Valery Karpin has dismissed a row surrounding a photo with several Estonian footballers as “pure politics.” The players were forced to apologize earlier this month after being pictured in a restaurant with Karpin. “The first reaction is misunderstanding,” Karpin told Russia’s Match TV when asked about the scandal. “A misunderstanding of what’s happening. I probably can’t say anything more than that. It was a misunderstanding of what’s happening now in our world.” Karpin, who was born in Narva and holds Estonian citizenship as well as Russian, was photographed at a restaurant in Tallinn at the end of December as part of a group which included several Estonian football stars, past and present. Among them was current national team captain Konstantin Vassiljev and his teammate Sergei Zenjov. Sharing a photo of the gathering on social media, former Estonian international defender Andrei Stepanov wrote: “One company, 10 friends, 100 memories, 1000 games. New Year party to remember.”

But the image prompted anger among some in Estonia, with claims that the players shouldn’t be fraternizing with a prominent Russian football figure amid the conflict in Ukraine. Estonian Culture Minister Piret Hartman also argued that Estonians should do “everything [they] can not to support the aggressor,” according to national media outlet ERR. The reaction prompted the Estonian football association to issue an apology on behalf of Vassiljev, Zenjov, and assistant coach Andres Oper to “everyone whose feelings were hurt by our dinner and the publication of a photo of that on social media.” The apology came despite Estonian FA president Aivar Pohlak previously being more understanding of the photo, telling local media that “at a human level, it is our duty not only to show compassion and help to those suffering, but also to think about not losing key human rights, including the right to be acquainted with differently-minded people and the right to meet them.” In his interview with Match TV published on Monday, Karpin said that despite the broader political tensions between the two nations – which have intensified this week with accusations by Moscow of Estonia pursuing a policy of “total Russophobia” – he felt comfortable in the Baltic state.

“I can probably reassure someone: having been in Estonia for a month, I’m ready to say with confidence that this is purely a political issue. Everything that concerned my stay, my family and Russians in Estonia in general, this isn’t reflected in any way at the everyday level, absolutely,” said Karpin. “I don’t speak Estonian, I spoke only Russian, and absolutely all the Estonians [I spoke with] switched to Russian and communicated. I didn’t feel a single sideways glance or anything else. Not to mention the fact that quite a lot of people came up to me there and wished me good luck. I felt great there and feel great. Everything that is inflated is pure politics.” Karpin’s Russia team played just three matches last year following a ban from all UEFA and FIFA competitions because of the Ukraine conflict. The Russian Football Union (RFU) has established a working group alongside UEFA in a bid to resolve the issue, and has said it is targeting five friendly matches for Karpin’s team in 2023, starting in March.

Kaci over Filler in St. Johann at the Euro-Tour
Tumblr media
In a thrilling and high class pool match, Eklent Kaci (ALB) took his next title at the Dynamic Billard St. Johann im Pongau Open 2019 by winning the final match over Joshua Filler (GER) with 9:6.
For the first time in a long time now, the #1 seeded player in a Euro-Tour event met the #2 seeded player in the final match. Today, Kaci (#1) and Filler (#2) made that clash come true so high class pool entertainment was guaranteed. And the final match kept the promise and fulfilled the high expectations. Both players played up to their limit, knowing that the winner of that encounter will be the #1 ranked player after this tournament. Players took racks in turn until the scoreboard displayed 5:5. Then, Kaci managed to get a 2-rack advantage over Filler, leading 7:5. Filler got to 7:6 when Kaci answered that and won the next rack himself. With Kaci being on the hill, Joshua Filler broke rack 15 but committed an illegal break. Kaci used that chance and ran the table to win the event and take his next title at the Euro-Tour.
Top Eight Finishers

As you can hear from the audio recording of my call to the FSB about the persecution, I said at the end of the conversation: "A neighbor from apartment number 57 said that his harassment towards me is his work for the FSB!"
When the neighbors were talking loudly, I could hear through the walls or the hood where the neighbor from the apartment at the address: Kaliningrad st. Aldanskaya 30 sq. 57 (Labov Nikita Sergeevich - the son of the mother-prosecutor) told his girlfriend that this was his work for the FSB.
Deliberate noise day and night, constant surveillance of me on hidden video cameras, remote access to the image from the screen of my computers, broadcasting hidden video recordings and screen images from my smartphone to other neighbors - this is his work for the FSB (this is how this guy explained his suspicious activity to his girlfriend ).
On October 18, 2022, I could not attend a personal appointment with the head of the FSB in the Kaliningrad region, as I was illegally in a madhouse.
I was also surprised by the phrase of the ambulance brigade, which illegally handcuffed me and drove me from the apartment in a car to a lunatic asylum. An employee of this brigade told me: "This is what happens to those who complain about the FSB! You know how to complain about the FSB!"
Also, the most adequate and reasonable nurse in my psychiatric department (male) was talking to a nurse about another former nurse. He said that in case of conflict situations, that former nurse constantly showed him that he had relations with the FSB and it was better not to conflict with him in a madhouse (I accidentally overheard this conversation when I was sitting on the sofa near the nurses' room).
The fact is that those people who are persecuting me, apparently, they have devices like "Van Eck phreaking" (devices for remotely intercepting images from monitors of other people's computer devices). This is a device for special services.
I attached an audio call to the FSB to this post.

ALEXANDER DUGIN CUMPLE 60 AÑOS
Tumblr media

The activity of any Russian prosecutor's office in the case of murky corrupt actions of MIA, FSB employees is reduced to the usual replies, regardless of the level of the prosecutor's office: the district prosecutor's office, the regional prosecutor's office, the district prosecutor's office, the prosecutor general's office.
When I previously lived at the address: Kaliningrad st. Kartashova 28 D apt. 8 and complained to prosecutors at various levels, no one helped me. They did not help because high-ranking MIA officials were involved in illegal activities there.
Now, when I live at the address: Kliningrad st. Aldanskaya house 30 ap. 54 and a neighbor from the regional prosecutor's office is acting against me, then the prosecutor's office, all the more, does not help.
The Russian prosecutor's office is a rather meaningless structure in terms of protecting its legal rights.
I attached one of the typical responses of the prosecutor's office to my questions to this post.
