Think it would be fun for there to be a ffxiv fic that starts seeming like a "reincarnation into your favorite game" story where the wol is so happy to be in their game as their created avatar but then they experience the events in reality and it's no longer the fun game there are tragedies happening and more to come so they begin trying to work around everything to minimize the death and suffering they know is coming but everything continues on its set path. Think it would be real fun if that wol is in Elpis, everything still going wrong but they desperately try to fix things before the ending they know comes (or worse) while they try to battle the conflicting senses of belonging and not. How fun if the twist is that it was never the typical reincarnation story but the soul was Venat's successor, the last Azem, and the wol is only a shard as the memories shattered.

Rhaenyra and Motherhood
Motherhood is an integral part to Rhaenyra's character, both in the show and the book. So many of her actions are based on her children and her legacy is carried by her sons Aegon III and Viserys II. However, her antis are obsessed with removing motherhood from her character or claiming that she was simply a bad mother.
Rhaenyra's motivations throughout the Dance were driven by her love for her children. From the loss of Visenya fueling her desire to reclaim her throne to Joffrey's death causing her to return to Dragonstone. Even before the Dance, Rhaenyra's desire to protect her children was part of her motivation for marrying Daemon so quickly.
Despite these facts, Rhaenyra's antis always want to portray Rhaenyra as a selfish woman who doesn't care about her children and only wants power and to get laid. They blatantly ignore how Rhaenyra loves her children so completely.
Tumblr media
Rhaenyra raised Jace to be someone even Mushroom agreed would be a great king. He was kind, intelligent, protective, a good military strategist even at fourteen, and a skilled fighter. Even though the show decided to give many of his attributes to Aemond, he's still a good man and much wiser than his older uncles. He was also respectful towards women and had a good relationship with Baela.
Tumblr media
Lucerys was greatly loved by Rhaenyra, in the show she calls him her sweet boy. She raised Luke to be a kind and brave boy, he was respectful to Rhaena and had a sweet relationship with her. He was protective of his siblings and just wanted to make his mother proud.
Tumblr media
Joffrey was a brave boy, perhaps too much for his own good. He wanted to defend what was left of his family, which led to his untimely death. But in life he was loved by his siblings and Rhaenyra and she was fiercely protective of him.
"Nor would she suffer to be parted from Prince Aegon, her last living son...day and night the boy remained by her side like a small pale shadow."
Even though the show hasn't yet given us any stills of Rhaenyra and Aegon the Younger, we know a lot about their relationship from the book. After the deaths of her other children, Rhaenyra held Aegon closer than ever. He grew to be a good king, despite his severe PTSD. He was firm with his advisors, stabilized the realm after the Dance, strove for peace, visited the sick, and tried to bring back dragons using magic. The only reason he isn't remembered fondly is because he wasn't happy or interested in kissing up to the lords.
Tumblr media
Due to Viserys' age at the time of the Dance and his subsequent separation from his family, we don't know much about his relationship with Rhaenyra. But we do know that his disappearance was greatly grieved by her and that he was very close to his brother Aegon. Regardless, Viserys was a good king and such a skilled politician he was compared to Jaehaerys himself.
Tumblr media
Visenya may have been stillborn, but she was greatly loved by Rhaenyra. Rhaenyra's only daughter, she was mourned greatly by her parents and it was her loss that helped spur Rhaenyra in her desire to reclaim her throne.
Tumblr media
Motherhood is one of the key aspects of Rhaenyra's character. Her trauma revolving around the tragic death of her mother makes her love for her children and happiness as a mother even more compelling. She was at her happiest when she was able to live with her beloved husband and children unbothered by the Greens. She deserved to reign with her children around her. Their loss destroyed her emotionally and removed any hope Aegon and Aemond had for mercy from her or her faction.
Even though the misogyny of Westeros prevented her from being remembered as a true queen, her children are still fondly remembered. It's through them her legacy and final victory over the Greens live on, and the Green stans hate that so they try to remove her connection to her children. But their efforts are as useless as their favs, as Rhaenyra's legacy is alive and well in ASOIAF through Daenerys and their beloved usurper and his bitch mother are only remembered as war mongers and power hungry thieves.

Insanely Radiant - By Ailee Paro (7.5/10)
Tumblr media
Godhood and madness. Becoming the only immortal, beloved concubine of a virginal sun God isn't as fun as it sounds. In this world humans and gods are fundamentally different, and the ruling gods kill with a snap of their fingers. How can one human woman hope to brighten the bloody sun palace?
Radiana is the result of an affair with a slave. She is a slave too. Luck does not elevate her.
She gets taken in by a family of divine flame priests. She doesn't know her owner is her sister, until the servants dye her hair one day.
Tumblr media
She looks just like Gratia.
Three human women are sacrificed every year, to the three Sun Brothers. The sons of the Sun King. The women must be of high quality. Gratia, a gorgeous and powerful flame user, was chosen. Radiana takes her place because of their similar blood.
Radiana screams as she burns. She rages.
She sees God and she calls him a Son of a Bitch.
Tumblr media
Oratio is pleased with her. She's different. He is half-mortal, and he is laden with curses. He can read minds, and he cannot turn off that power. His eyes tear the soul out of those who dare to look upon him, but Radiana remains sane even while she swears. When she's spitting on his face he's looking down in wonder.
By the way Radiana is delirious in agony. She doesn't even know she's insulting an actual God.
He decides to spare her. His servants heal her horrific burns.
He thinks about what he wants.
Tumblr media
Radiana waits in fear, but gifts start pouring in.
Holy food, and drink.
She even gets a nymph servant named Nikko.
Tumblr media
It has been decided.
Radiana will be Oratio's first ever bed partner. She will be his forever. He even offers her immortality. He likes to visit her and talk, because he can't hear her thoughts.
Human women are sacrificed to him because of a vague prophecy. It claims the strongest God will be born between Oratio and a human.
The Gods aren't really concerned with this divine message. Even Oratio isn't. He just likes being with Radiana, but he is also completely insane.
Radiana refuses to eat.
Tumblr media
He beheads a servant, and he says Nikko is next if she keeps refusing to care for her health. She must drink his essence to stay healthy up in heaven. There are rules she must follow, in order to stay by his side.
Tumblr media
Radiana tries to jump to her death, to escape her constant boredom and fear.
He catches her and he says he is God.
Death is meaningless to him.
He can always resurrect her.
There is no escape.
Tumblr media
Oratio starts to catch feelings. He tries to entertain Radiana. He notices that...yeah waiting in the temple is pretty boring.
Radiana becomes a blacksmith and she starts to make beautiful things, which he supports.
He must live with his miserable curses, but that doesn’t mean his wife has to be sad too.
Tumblr media
The character development is a bit too fast. Oratio will never be a good guy. He has killed an unfathomable amount of people and holy creatures. The Sun Empress keeps trying to marry him off too. He just wants to live in his palace with Radiana, but politics forces his hand.
Tumblr media
Radiana and Oratio finally become openly affectionate when they consummate their relationship. I don't think they're the worst couple of all time. Radiana and Oratio both have trust issues. Radiana became a sacrifice against her will, and Oratio suffers because of his human mother.
He's way worse than her, and he does torment her before the flirting starts.
The plot also starts to get predictable.

⊱ The Scars That Remain ⊰ || Boothill and Aventurine Angst Headcanons
╭─━━━━━━━━━━━━─╮        Character(s): Boothill and Aventurine (Separate, Honkai: Star Rail)        Warning(s): Spoilers for Boothill’s and Aventurine’s Backstories, Discussions of Survivor’s Guilt, Mentions of Suicide/Attempted Suicide/Suicidal Ideation, Implied Alcoholism, Religious Trauma, Overall Theme and Discussion of Death/Genocide.        Genre: Headcanons, Angst.        Word Count: ~1000 words        Author’s Note: I know that Boothill and Aventurine are fairly popular characters within the fandom, and one of the reasons why they’re so beloved is because of their backstories. Both of these characters are victims of war – victims of genocide and a massacre at the hands of the IPC on their respective home planets of Aeragan-Epharshel and Sigonia.
There is a genocide happening to Palestinians at this very moment, and thousands of people and families are being displaced and murdered simply because of the land in which they live. Please, if you are financially able, help this family. If you’re not able to contribute to their evacuation, spreading the word about this family may reach those who are able to donate. ⋆﹥━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━﹤⋆
Tumblr media
🌾: Sometimes Boothill wonders what his family would think of him now, wondering if his fathers and siblings would even recognize him after what he had become. He was no longer made of flesh and blood – he was no longer human. He tries not to dwell on the thought for too long. After all, there was no point in thinking about hypotheticals. He would never know what his loved ones would have thought because, if they were still here, he wouldn’t have taken the path that he did.
🌾: When Boothill hears the sound of children laughing and playing, or when he walks past small dresses decorated with beads and ribbons and lace, he can’t help but wonder if he would have been a good father if he had just been given a chance. He thinks about that little girl he had found and taken in as his fathers had with him on lonely nights. Nights when he absentmindedly strums the strings of a recently stolen guitar, remembering the one he had carved for her, the one she would slap with her small palm and giggle at the noise it made. Would she have grown up to play the guitar, or would she have picked up a different instrument? Those were more questions he would never get an answer to, and the memory of that high-pitched babbling laughter haunted him.
🌾: Boothill frequently wonders if his fathers knew how much he loved and appreciated them, the two men who had taken him in and raised him as if he were their own. He thinks about the times he could have done more for them, or his mind thinks about all the words he could have told them so they knew without a doubt how much they meant to him and how much he cared for them. Even though Boothill wasn’t the one who gave the order, sometimes he feels as though their blood is on his hands.
🌾: He suffers from immense guilt at the fact he was the only one from the farm who survived the bombing, wishing that he was either fast enough to have made it there in time to save them, or fast enough that he could have died there with them in his arms. He wishes he could have had the time to make graves for those he lost but, in the fiery blaze left in the attack’s wake, there wasn’t much he was able to do.
🌾: Once he enacts his revenge on Oswaldo Schneider, Boothill will most likely choose to end his own life, going back to his home planet and the farm that had been reduced to nothing but ash. He had already been dead for a long time, and he had a desire to reunite with the people he loved the most in the afterlife. So, he’d settle down on the ground that was once covered in tall, soft grass, and he’d think about the sound the babbling brook used to make as his systems finally shut down. For the first time in what seemed like an eternity, the rage in his heart subsidized as peace finally washed over him.
Tumblr media
🎲: It came easy to Aventurine, the ability to put his life on the line without any instance of hesitation. That was something he had done for a long time now, using his own life as another gambling chip on the table. It probably wasn’t normal for one to continuously try and end their own life in the dreamscape just to see if it would stay permanent, either, hoping that deep down they wouldn’t wake up in their room on Penacony. Here he was, though, sitting up in the dream pool as he tried to catch his breath after the latest little “test” to see if a true death truly didn’t exist in Penacony’s dreamscape.
🎲: Aventurine remembers vividly what it was like, floating in the cold water as his clothes stuck uncomfortably to his skin while he held his breath, trying not to move. He remembers the warmth of his sister’s hand in his, the water around them dyed a dark red as the scent of iron and rot filled the air. He couldn’t move because of the fear of being found, the fear of those hunting them like wild animals realizing they were indeed alive and not dead like the other bodies that floated around them in an eerie silence. He remembers the shrill cackles of the men who killed his mother that day, a sound that would never leave him.
🎲: He frequently suffers from nightmares, whether it be each and every event that has stained his hands in red, the death of his mother, or his older sister’s final goodbye to him on that rainy day. One dream Aventurine has quite frequently, however, is the “game” that lasted for two days – a game that resulted in him being the final victor while the bodies of the thirty-four others just like him lay lifeless around where he stood. He dreams of their screams, their hands reaching towards him as they shriek “Why? Why you?” He cannot answer them, though, for he doesn’t know why himself.
🎲: Sometimes, Aventurine’s neck burns and itches despite it being years since the mark was blistered into his flesh or since the cold, iron chains squeezed tightly around his throat. On nights when the feeling won’t go away, he drinks until the burning comes from the inside instead, an almost painful sting in his stomach and chest that makes him forget the way he can still recall how hot iron felt searing his skin.
🎲: Aventurine has mixed feelings regarding the “blessing” he was given by Gaiathra Triclops. He wonders why he was given this blessing, and what was the reason for being the only one of his people to survive – what was his purpose. Why was he made to suffer at the hands of a god that was supposed to love him? Why did she not save his family, his people, who all worshiped her until their dying breath? Aventurine feels immense guilt at the mere thought his faith no longer lies within the god of their clan and wonders what his family would think if he didn’t believe in the god who gave him his blessing of “luck.”

Its time to talk about Stargate SG1, which literally nobody cares about anymore.
The two episodes "Heroes" at the end of season 7 are incredible, a true tour de force. It plays with both expectations set after 7 prior seasons, and examines the SG:C in an new and incredible light.
The first episode starts like an archetypal "questioning the SG program from an outside perspective" as a TV crew is sent to film a documentary inside Cheyenne Mountain. The journalist, Bergman, is presented originally as a fool, bumbling and stumbling all the way. Nobody wants to talk to him, and it’s understandable because again and again episodes over prior seasons have reinforced the necessity of secrecy. Bergman is an outsider who questions too much, too fast, and endangers the program.
However even in this first episode, Bergman’s point are relatable. Yes, filming is important, people will eventually learn the truth and footage is needed. Over the episode he turns from a bumbling fool to an annoyance to the guy you hate but makes a good point. He compares the program to D-day and to the Apollo missions, all positive examples.
And at the beginning of the second episode his turn is complete. He gives a speech that in fact he HAS to film, to show, because the men and women of the SG:C are giving their lives for the whole of humanity. People are dying, a war is being fought, and it needs to be recorded. I think this is the first time the audience is truly asked to consider what would the SG program look like if it went public. Not from a geopolitical perspective, but a human one. And not as a threat, but an eventual necessity.
Now the second episode is in 3 simultaneous parts 1) an almost textbook war documentary of a battle where it is known early on a casualty happened, 2) Bergman trying to learn about this battle and casualty and trying to show these airmen as heroes, and 3) a investigation being led by an ally of bad politician senator Kinsey, shot as a parrallel to the first episode investigations, but with a much darker purpose - this is the archetypal interfering outsider we thought Bergman was in the first episode.
This breaks the two-sided approach of the conflict. Its not "against or with" the SG program, its about what to do about the sacrifice and the danger it faces : keep it in the dark and hope to keep operating, but risk it being killed in the dark by opposing factions of the US government, or show it, admit it, record for posterity and the truth.
Now the second episode is also quite controversial because it plays with the idea of having O’neill die in the fight, its implied several times, but by 3rd act its reveal the beloved Dr Frasier is the casualty. She actually never comes back after this episode, she was a staple of the show, the voice of reason in many episodes. The pain shown by the characters is very much felt by the audience as well, this is a gut wrenching reveal.
I’m personally very conflicted about the bait-and-switch aspect. It somewhat lessens the blow, as we’re relieved its not O’neill… I think I would have preferred the episode to be more straightforwardly about Frasier. But after rewatching it, I think its the point. The characters are all devastated, they suffer, they know, but we don’t and we’re left confused. In many ways, we have become Bergman and his documentary. This episode shows people deserve to know, not because the SG:C is somehow dangerous, but because of the sacrifices being made.
The two episodes Heroes are a true turning point in Stargate SG-1, in the way it approaches its own subject. It questions the fundamental nature of its story, and establishes or rather re-establishes both the humanity of its characters and the stakes involved. Its not just about a vague and fundamentally incomprehensible "all of humanity may die", but a very real "your friend may die".
Its an incredible launching point into the last few remaining episodes of Season 7, which end up launching into both Season 8 of SG:1, and starting Season 1 of Stargate Atlantis. To me, its one of the highest points reached by this show, the hype is at its maximum.

Self Aware Genshin Impact AU - Divine Guide who’s already Married Concept Intro
Because I somehow want the genshin cast to suffer in this specific way lmao and also inspired by some other users post but i cant rmb who hvrcecrnmfaetvu
This is a very specific AU for the sagau cult idea, whereby it is kind of the typical genshin player gets isekai’d into Teyvat and has a cult following thanks to their interference as a player, except the player wants to go back home and aren’t that reciprocal of their acolytes’ love and devotion…
…because they already have a spouse back in their og world, and rather be reunited with them than be alone worshipped at a pedestal they believe they dont really deserve.
Cue astonishment and outrage among the acolytes because how is it that their beloved deity is married and no one knows abt it??? (Turns out some characters suspected it due to a few of the player’s offhand comments during gameplay that hinted them being already attached to someone, except they were kinda in denial/not focused on that part…until the Divine Guide descends and later reveals that info. Oof)
Not to mention that these characters cant help but fall in love/obsession with the Divine Guide due to their kind and patient presence. The moment the acolytes know that the Divine Guide has made an appearance in Teyvat, they think that they had a chance to show their devotion to the Guide, and possibly prove their worth to be one of their potential lovers.
Unfortunately, the Divine Guide does not see the acolytes in that way, because they already have a lover that practically seems like their soulmate based on how the Guide wistfully reminisces and gleefully gushes abt their spouse from time to time.
Because of that theres a good amt of jealousy esp from the more devoted and obsessive acolytes. Like they are grateful to you, who is doing their best to remain impartial and equally appreciative of everyone.
Yet the acolytes just see the absolute love and affection you have whenever you mention your lover and they just…cant help but feel envious of your spouse and wish they could be in their place.
Of course, since its only the Divine Guide that came to Teyvat, the acolytes try to subtly push their deity to move on from their lover. Like yes it is such a shame your lover didnt cross over as well, but would you really prefer to keep mourning over what could have been when there is a new world with dedicated followers at your beck and call? What abt these people who want to thank and worship you for the kindness you have done for them? It would be better for you to look up and live in the present than dwell in the past or wishful thinking that amount to nothing, no?
Just to make this all the more spicier, at some point maybe a couple of months or even a year since the arrival of the Divine Guide aka the player in Teyvat, their spouse ends up getting isekai’d in as well.
Once the Guide aka the og player discovers them, they are ecstatic to have their lover with them, and whether the two decide to stay tgt in Teyvat or secretly figure out how to go back home is up to them, but oh boi the acolytes end up getting the shock of their lives (and oh boi the green gazes as they witness the reunion). Imagine the multitude of reactions from cast, esp when you decide to continue on your loving relationship and declare that your lover, now known as the Divine Consort, to be treated with the same respect as you.
Some are envious, and secretly despise your spouse because they feel that the Consort is unworthy of your love and affection. Some are dejected or upset, and are either willing to give them a chance or hesitant to because they are still unsure. Some are willing to worship the spouse along with their beloved deity, and find the Consort really cool in their own right. Some might end up liking the spouse to the point they wonder if both the Divine Guide and the Divine Consort would be open to having other lovers…

I HAS 25 ASK :}}}}}🍤
Tumblr media
@nihilityart Thank you! And,
Tumblr media Tumblr media
@cherrycreamfairy
I am now! Some kind of ice and fire guys? They look neat :}}
Tumblr media
For me clothed VS unclothed is the same as Civilized VS uncivilized. Or perhaps Intelligent VS unintelligent..? Captain Barnacles VS a salmon. The very humanoid Captain polar bear is gonna wear clothes and the lil fish guy just gonna swim around and be a fish XD
Tumblr media
@beryl-shade
I'm thinking that the Cupcake Factory and Mazercise were never built following Chica's decommission.. the only thing that remains of her is the small party stage her and Freddy used to preform on. :(
Tumblr media
Proud :}
Tumblr media
Well, my Jevil gains the power create mirrors and walk through them into other AUs and timelines. So maybe his power matches up?? I'm not familiar with that Kefka character <XD
Tumblr media
Glamrock Foxy still suffers from baby disease XD He may be bigger then Chica and Freddy, but they can still push him around fairly easily.
I also imagine becuase he's so light he can easily be picked up by the other Glamrocks. Poor Foxy can never catch a break XDD
Also Swap Foxy would never pick up OG Foxy. He couldn't do that to him man he knows the pain all too well <XD
Tumblr media
Freddy would be really sad seeing Bonnie like that. He doesn't even have to ask anyone what's up with him. He knows that Bonnie cant handle constant activity, noise and lights. He's just not programmed with that kind of processing power. After every performance back in the day, Freddy was the first one check on Bonnie and get him to his room if he was wiped out.
And he was always the last to speak with him after he emerged from his room. Waiting for Bonnie to talk to him first when he was ready.
Seeing him like this now.. so.. hollow. It just breaks his heart. He can tell just by looking at him that no one has treated Bonnie right or attended to his needs in any way. For years. He wouldn't take any of Bonnies rudeness or sarcasm personally. It would bounce right off him because he knows why Bonnie is saying those things and he means none of it.
If Glamrock Freddy was in the swap AU, he would completely leave Bonnie alone. He wouldn't talk to him or address him in anyway. Buuuut maybe he would hover nearby. To be there to give Bonnie an escape from any given situation or if he happens to need someone or something, Freddy would be there to help.
But still. Never talk to him or look at him. Bonnie doesn't need any more things to process.. :(
Tumblr media
Thanks for ask! Don't be shy to send more, I love getting them! :DD
As for the perfect sandwich? Oooo that's a good question. Uhhmmmm.... hmm.. Well, tbh I'm kind'a craving a cursed PB&J with cheetos in the middle ngl..
Oh! Or maybe a sandwich with toasted bread and some mayo, turkey, Ham and cheese?? Its kind'a basic but man does that sound good right about now XD
Tumblr media
@ocinstituterep
I imagine it works much like the show/real boy scouts. There's not really any major changes I can think of..
I mean, I guess in my AU Professor Natquik was probably the main polar scout leader- or maybe even the founder of the polar scouts?? Or at the very least he could have been a beloved polar scout leader for like.. 20-30 years or something before he dipped and went to the Antarctic. That's all I can think of <XD
Tumblr media
@youlikwjazz004
Thank you! I'm having a ton of fun drawing this Deltarune stuff so far! I'm doing a ton of world building on it and I have another set of drawings to post right after this ask post goes up! :}}
As for Jevil's lore, I made this post that talks about his lore thus far. But the post I'm going to make after this kind'a overwrites that so be on the look out XD
Tumblr media
They grew up on the Octopod yes. And I don't think its a thing of child labor XD I imagine that all the Octonauts can cook for themselves. The Vegimals are just very eager to help out and they love to cook! Its become their way of helping out around the ship because they want to help. But they can stop when ever- no one is forcing them to be their cooks or even live there. They can leave when ever they want! But they choose not to because they love the crew and they love to cook!
Tumblr media
Actually, google says that Barnacles is from Northern Canada. Something about a decorative banner he has labeled "MV Manitoba", which is a reference to the province of Manitoba..?
Which I guess if he is from Northern Canada, that banner and wheel is the only Canadian thing he brought to the Octopod.? XD
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Thank you so much!! :DDD
Tumblr media
@nervousdiplomatpalacehorse
YOOO I JUST WATCHED THE TEASER FOR IT!! THATS SO COOL??? I'M EXCITED NOW THAT I KNOW ABOUT IT XDD
And King Resh you say? Ooooo, I like that name :00 And yeah, boy his design sure is spooky <XDD
Tumblr media
@ariisonfire (Post in question)
SKKJDKJSFKJ SORRY! That probably didn't feel great-- <XD But don't worry I had no idea your character existed when I made blue Grillby so I'm not copying! XD
Tumblr media
@octonauts16
I've seen that floating around. I don't have much of an opinion on it myself. I just hope the fans are satisfied with it :0
Tumblr media
@shaziztrazh
I have actually! I watched Elvis the Alien review it on YouTube XDD
Tumblr media Tumblr media
WAAAA THANK YOU SO MUCH THATS SO SWEET WAAAA💖😭✨🍤💖 As for your questions!!-- XDD
1: In the partial swap with Gregory.. I imagine there was a moment like in the classic AU where Monty and Foxy sat down with Chica and told her that Freddy was gone. She probably got some old posters and pointed Freddy out to Gregory. Eventually communicating that she wanted to look for him. In which, they would find him all beat up..
In the true swap, with little Vanessa, I imagine its the same thing. Despite Bonnie taking the place of Freddy, its still Monty and Foxy that sit down and explain Freddy's disappearance. In which again, Chica points out Freddy in the posters to Vanessa and they go find him.
2: I believe in both the Partial and true swap, Freddy and Chica's decommissions happened the same way/for the same reasons as Foxy and Bonnie in the Classic AU.
3: Fazer blast doesn't actually exist in the partial or true swap. In the classic AU Freddy and Chica's attraction was just the main stage and party area. And Bonnie had the Bowling ally and Foxy had Pirates cove.
When the Glamrock era began, Bonnie bowl and Pirates cove were left untouched. Meanwhile Freddy and Chica's roles expanded and they were given Fazer Blast and Mazercise.
In the true and partial swap, that stage and party area are just kind'a.. left there. Maybe sometimes big party's happen and one of the bots come and preform on that old stage.? But mostly the giant stage is used and that old party stage is left to collect dust. Which is a blessing in disguise. I cant imagine the pain the bots would feel preforming on that stage where their friends once stood..
As for Bonnie bowl, yeah it was expanded big time. And is way more decked out than it was before. As for the Pizzaplex its name is still the same. But I imagine the logo looks a bit different :0
Tumblr media
@tisgoodthe1st
Tumblr media
Thank you so much!! :DDD
Tumblr media
@montygatorshusband
I mean, personally? I don't really like it but that's just because I don't ship Fronnie. But hey its not my artwork so its not really any of my business-
Tumblr media
@awoogic
Tumblr media
Huh? What about him? Looks like he's from tiktok.?
Tumblr media
Thank you! And that would be something that would shock the classic Glamrocks. Swap Freddy is in significantly worse shape than Classic Bonnie.. (which was intentional ;}})
Freddy would be rather disturbed seeing his old model so messed up. Considering how much he misses the past and his old body.. seeing an eye hanging out, his arm broken- his leg twisted in the wrong direction.. ehg, it would really freak him out. He'd have a hard time looking at himself..
Chica seeing her old self would disturb her, but also make her jealous somewhat.?? My Chica doesn't like being a Glamrock and misses her old body and role on stage. So seeing herself back in her pink dress and soft yellow feathers.. despite the removal of her beak and hands she'd be weirdly envious.
Monty and Roxy wouldn't have any unique or interesting reactions. They'd just be like "wow you guys look janked up I'm so sorry" XD
Tumblr media
This post I made a while back talks about that! :00
Tumblr media
(post in question)
XD Yeah. Eventually his fur grew out and he trimmed all the green back. But it sure was funny while it was there!

Another collection of thoughts about mcyt characters as celestial bodies but with c!benchtrio this time instead of life series winners.
Tommy - Earth: The Earth is full of harsh and biting creatures and conditions, but if you look closer you’ll see the things sweet and beautiful hidden underneath. He has a great appreciation for all nature, even the misunderstood parts. Many of the ones who have claimed to love him have hurt him; whether it be intentionally through obsessive hatred or accidentally through ignorance, it hurts all the same. Despite experiencing death and suffering over and over again, the Earth remains resilient and still chooses to love and to live.
Ranboo - Moon: The Moon is split in two, a balance of half light and half dark. While the Sun and Earth are familiar with their brighter side, no one's really explored the Moon’s more mysterious side. They often forget themself as they wane into their unknown half where people know they’re there but can’t fully see them until they wax back to their full self. Though these two sides might seem to be at war with each other, neither side can live without the other, and they’re ultimately both still a part of the Moon.
Tubbo - Sun: The Sun burns brightly, even in a void of nothing. He leads the universe as its greatest source of energy, bringing light to a whole world of creativity and innovation. While it may seem like the Sun is a constant, a simple indestructible law of nature, the truth is the Sun does struggle. He’s weighed down with a responsibility he never asked for but carries out nonetheless, and he too will burn out one day. After all, the Sun is just another star. But it’s the proximity that makes the bond between the Sun, the Earth, and the Moon so special.
Their bond: The Sun shines on the Earth and the Moon, bringing them together despite everything else. Though each body could not imagine existing without the others, there was a point when the Earth disliked the Moon. How could he not when they eclipsed his beloved Sun from him? The Earth can’t live without the Sun! But as the Earth watched the Moon pull the tides of his oceans and dimly light up his night sky, the Earth did what he does best and came to see the beauty in the Moon too.

6. “Not to be dramatic, but I’m back from the dead. Hope y’all missed me.” With Virgil and Remus?
Title: On a Stormy Sea of Emotion
Word-Count: 1.7k
Summary:
"Not to be dramatic, but I'm back from the dead. Surprise!" Remus shoots a pair of finger guns, droplets of blood spraying out from his finger tips, "Hope y'all missed me."
The cloaked figure, the target of his finger guns, does not move. Their facemask, elegantly carved to mimic a raven, stares Remus down apathetically.
Remus laughs, clasping his hands behind his neck as he leans against a building that makes up the alleyway of their standoff, "C'mon, old man. I clawed myself out of the grave and this is how you treat your 'beloved son, departed from the earth too soon?'"
OR: a Superhero AU featuring Jason Todd coded-Remus.
Pairing: parental dukexity
Warnings: Superhero AU, Death mentions, blood mention, vomit mention, implied self harm, pstd flashback, morally grey characters, angst with ambiguous ending
Thank you for the prompt! This infected my brain all last night and today, hope you enjoy <3
-
Killing isn't that hard of an action, really. There is a million ways to kill someone. Guns, knives, poison or the way Remus liked it--using your bare hands. It wasn't always the most effective, but when your target knocks your knife out of your hands--well, then you gotta go for the jugular.
Remus hums as he picks up his knife, examining it. The blood dripping from its blade landed on his gloves, coating it with a metallic stench. One time as a kid, he received a paper cut and out of curiosity, he stuck his finger inside his mouth to taste his own blood.
It just had a copper tangy taste, not very appetizing. But well, he's never tried someone else's blood, what if it had a different taste? Would a greedy drug lord's blood taste too greasy? Tainted by their lack of remorse and regard for the suffering and lives destroyed in their avaricious pursuit of wealth?
He is almost halfway to enacting on such an impulse, when something shifts behind him. He turns around swiftly, his knife meeting nothing but air. But there is something there, or rather someone.
Remus cackles, his eyes darting around his surroundings. There, in the shadows of the nearby dumpster. He lowers his knife, putting it away for now.
His heart clangs loudly against his ribcage as his ears began to clamor with a loud ringing noise. This moment has always been inevitable since the second he decided to remain in this hellish city.
Remus is many things, but he is not a fool nor is he a coward. He is exhilarated this moment has come at last. Not terrified.
"Hello daddy dearest," He calls out, "it's been a while."
His words are enough to draw out the cloaked figure from out of the shadows.
He already knows the truth; maybe there was a time this man had regarded him as a beloved son. Back when Remus had been a quiet, subdued child, perfectly manageable and obedient. But that time had long passed.
"I know I probably should've stayed dead but you know me! I'm not great at following rules."
Virgil Storm, or in this case, "The Raven" still doesn't do anything. It is a little unnerving, actually. Remus had expected there to be harsh words thrown his way, or perhaps even be pinned into a chokehold by this point in the interaction.
The Raven doesn't kill. During his first bout at the whole being alive thing, that been a contentious point between the two. Yet, would an abomination like Remus count as a living being?
"And," Remus says abruptly, shifting his weight against the wall, "you can't kill me. You can try, but like. It won't work. I jumped off like a twenty story building--went splat! Like a bug, it was really messy, but I didn't die. Um, you can take a DNA sample to prove it's me--"
"Remus?" The Raven speaks at last, his voice garbled and gravelly from the voice modifier of the mask.
"Yeah, it's me. I mean, we both know Prince Boring doesn't have the guts to pull off a prank like this," Remus smirks, "I'm sure he's happy that I haven't been around to play screamo when I have the aux or fill his backpack with severed Barbie doll heads."
The Raven's cloaked figure starts staggering towards him. Remus moves to stand upright once more, his body tensing. He can take the punch, it'll hurt but it won't leave any bruises. Remus has done enough experimenting to know he can't be physically harmed anymore. At least not permanently in any way that matters.
But rather a punch thrown his way, the Raven's arms seize hold of him. Not around his neck, but around his body, as the Raven leans around him, his cloak wrapping around Remus like a blanket. He is...hugging Remus? What the fuck?
A cold pricking sensation hits Remus, spreading out through every inch of his body. But he does not move to resist the Raven's embrace.
"I'm sorry," His adoptive father murmurs, "I made so many mistakes, I was afraid but I shouldn't have allowed my fear to control me in the way that I did--"
"Aren't you paranoid?" Remus whispers, "What if I'm not actually Remus? What if I'm just a shapeshifter pretending to be him? Or--or something else?"
"But I know you're you. Do you really think I wouldn't have investigated the assumed grave robbery of my son's corpse?" The Raven counters, "I already have a DNA sample I collected from your confrontation with the Dragon Witch analyzed."
Of course, of course Virgil already had a DNA sample. To any sane person, this might've been a horrifying realization. But for Remus, who spent ten years under the man's roof, this was perfectly normal behavior of a man obsessive enough to run around as a nonpowered cloaked vigilante.
"Remus, you have every reason to hate me or even Roman," The voice modifier pitched upwards in an odd high tone, "but would you'd be willing to come home for at least Janus's sake?"
Remus forgets how to breathe for a moment. There are many reasons why he hasn't sought out his family. He isn't sure if he is willing to accept Virgil's apology, much less risk seeing Roman's face again. But Janus is different. He has always understood Remus in the ways the others never did.
Despite Janus being Virgil's "man in the chair" as it were, he has never operated with the same morals. Remus will never forget the time some henchmen broke into their secret hideout while Virgil and Roman had been away on a mission. Janus had not hesitated to put lead directly into their foreheads.
"I'm afraid I don't indulge in the same mercy as your father," Janus had said, tidying up the mess they'd left behind, "It is my duty to preserve the safety of those I've been sworn to protect, even if comes at the lives of others."
The Raven is a vigilante that is shrouded in mystery. There are rumors that circulate the streets that the Raven is inhuman, a being that moves swiftly and strikes without warning. Some even dare to whisper about the unfortunate ends that some of the Raven's victims have met. What they don't know is that last bit is all of Janus's doing.
It's why Remus has never understood Virgil's hypocrisy. He'll turn a blind eye to Janus's actions but Remus, roughing up a thug a little too harshly? Oh no, no, no, that was the most heinous thing Remus could ever do.
(He wonders what his adoptive father thinks of his actions not only tonight, but the past few months. Isn't this everything his father feared and more? Putting aside the whole "not being dead" thing, isn't this enough to make him irredeemable in the Raven's eyes?)
"Janus?" Remus hesitates, "would he be willing to make his tea?"
"For you, I am sure he is willing to prepare a full spread of pastries along with a pot of tea. He has...missed you a lot, Remus."
Remus's stomach rumbles. He hasn't eaten in weeks--not since he realized his body technically doesn't need food to survive. But he does need Janus's pastries. Those pastries are never a want, but a necessity.
"Okay, I'll go." Remus says, craning his neck to meet the Raven's gaze, "but only because I'm hungry."
Somehow, this causes a snort from his adoptive father. The closest thing resembling a laugh that the Raven will ever do. When he is not the Raven, and is simply Virgil--sometimes the man will actually laugh. Even so, that snort is the closest thing to a laugh that Remus has heard from the man in close to a year before his death.
Remus's legs buckle beneath him, almost bringing the Raven down with him. But it's not from the shock of the old man laughing. No, it's more likely his body protesting his week long streak of not sleeping.
It seems even though he doesn't require as much sleep as before, he still requires a certain amount of it. Or at least, that is what makes the most sense in his hazy racing thoughts.
"I've got you," Virgil whispers, his words unfettered by the voice modifier, "you're safe now."
Arms gather underneath him, as a long Kevlar cloak is draped around his wiry figure. An unwanted memory drifts to the surface; a time where his kid self demanded to be carried home and the Raven obliged without complaint. Roman had trailed after them, begging to be carried as well.
Janus had taken one look at their return (Roman clinging to Virgil's back like a baby koala while Remus was cradled in his arms) and simply raised an eyebrow. But it was clear through his stifled breathing that he found the entire thing comical.
Remus doesn't want to fall unconscious. He'll deny it, protest it with a wide grin and a cackle, that death doesn't scare him. But he is terrified of pitch black darkness.
He fears a confined undetermined space that is meant to seal him away deep in the ground. He fears wood splinters underneath his fingernails as he chokes on dirt as he continues to dig upwards, driven by an urge to survive--to break out of the ground to blessed, fresh air. He fears staring at a gravestone and just laughing until he started vomiting clods of dirt.
What if Virgil is lying about Janus? What if he decides to bury Remus again, this time in a coffin made out of titanium or reinforced concrete--dooming him to a living death?
"No," He mumbles, attempting to grasp tightly to Virgil's cloak, "I don't--"
But his eyes flutter shut against his volition, and he can only hope that they truly did miss him enough; that the words carved on his gravestone were genuine and sincere.

The long-awaited (by me) “Underground Blossom” was released today. I played, enjoyed it and want to write down some of my thoughts regarding everything shown there.
Tumblr media
🔴 If it’s not already obvious, achtung: there are spoilers everywhere, so continue to read at our own risk! 🔴
🦜It seems that Harvey actually remained enlightened for much longer than people in fandom previously assumed. UB doesn’t shy away from metaphors, but the fact that Harvey actually replaced Laura’s parent and somehow successfully handled responsibilities of caring for a human child, as well as the fact that other, non-important children also saw the parrot precisely as an anthropomorphic bird in a suit, quite directly illustrates that this guy all this time, throughout the girl’s growing up, really was like that, and not just a normal pet parrot. I believe in this version of a story: Harvey the Hotel worker, Harvey the confidant of Mr. Owl, Harvey the Eilander family killer did not die and was not reborn, descending along the wheel of Samsara to the level of an animal. Enlightened ones simply know how to temporarily change their form to an animal-like one, and this is precisely what he did, perhaps in order to hide from the same embittered escaped corrupt souls or for some other reason. Mr Crow did something similar in “Cube Escape: Paradox,” if my memory serves me right, turning into the more familiar for us form of a crow. This would explain why Vanderboom depicted our anthropomorphic protagonist in one of her drawings as a pet parrot in a cage. And also the fact that he retains his completely human mind in animal form (demonstrated when solving puzzles in “Harvey’s box”) can be explained this way.
💧I still adhere to the idea, that Rose in this game was not really eager to resurrect Albert. This idea is rather based on my personal preferences, because Rose, who renounced her father, appeals to me as a character much more, so here I ask you not to treat this exact point as a full-fledged theory regarding canon events. Let's discard my old partially-hypothesis-partially-AU about “The past within” and “Underground blossom” being different timelines (like something similar that has already been shown before - in the Bob’s fate, where in some games he dies or commits suicide, and in “The White Door” forgets Laura and begins to live a normal life). It is clearly not the case; now it is more than clear that one game is directly connected to the other. However, here's what could happen: Miss Vanderboom receives a letter from recently deceased Albert, along with a mission to bring him back to life. Initially, she is interested in this and actively works on the task, but at some point something clicks in her and the understanding comes that it is better to leave a possibly dangerous person where he cannot harm anyone. Perhaps getting closer to her cousins had an impact. So, Rose no longer wants to carry out this ritual, and this automatically calls everything into question, because even though she in the Past may have completed her part of the work, now, without her desire in the Present, she from the Future may not complete hers. A paradox. Albert's soul, of course, did not appreciate the joke and wants to make sure that his daughter does what she should, whether she wants it or not. When Harvey begins to visit to her, she already understands perfectly well that her father will not give up so easily. She understands that he will most likely try to harm her or her daughter. She understands that she may have to make very serious sacrifices so that Laura, the most precious thing she has left, does not suffer at the hands of her grandfather - and disappears from her life. Afterall, She will be better off with Harvey.
🌳 I'm still sticking to my Naraka theory. Rose somehow managed to preserve her humanity even in this form, and she thanks her old friend for all the help, and by giving her beloved daughter a piece of her soul - the petals - she helps her start living from scratch, now not suffering from psychological problems so much. I don’t know how literally the final level should be taken and how much the girl’s return to life depended on the mother (after all, in “Seasons” everything was presented kind of differently), but I think you can perceive it as you like.
To sum it up, I just want to say that “Undergroung Blossom” left me feeling incredibly warm and.. cozy? An impression that I honestly never expected from a game in this series, full of darkness, suffering and all sorts of devilry. Despite the fact that there are such things too, the theme of family and sincere care for someone dear to you runs like a red thread throughout the entire story. And all this is consolidated with such a bright ending, after which even Rose’s terrible posthumous fate is ultimately not viewed as critically as before, which... I can’t. It’s wholesome. As wholesome as Rusty lake game can be.

Till the End of the Moon, ep 40
I had an idea of the ending based on some posts. But honest to god I don’t even know where to start. They rendered the whole story pointless.
Tantnai Jin as some sort of xianxia Jesus dying for the world’s sins (or to protect the word) except Jesus never suffered like Tantai Jin and didn’t make his beloved kill him and Tantai Jin doesn’t get to resurrect.
I’ve seen some posts about Tantai Jin always wanting to die and that is simply not true. Maybe in the beginning he didn’t care if he lived or died but once he met Susu that all changed. It wasn’t always healthy, but Susu was his reason for living. His light and love. When she was gone, he had no will to live. When they reunited, even if they always had to stay by the lake, as long as they were together he was happy and it made everything worth living. He literally said this. Plus he had his master and sect. He was no longer alone.
All his pain and suffering, every way he grew and changed as a person, how HARD he fought not to be the destined Devil God was for nothing. What was the point?
And Susu lost her agency and just got pulled along for the ride at the end.
DON’T THINK I MISSED YE BINGCHANG SAVING JIWU. You’re telling me that Bingchang, who in one life sacrificed a tribe (twice!), in another life killed her grandmother, tried to kill Tantai Jin and Susu and stole love threads, and then was a demon potentially has a happy ending? With Jiwu? I remain firm that while Tantai Jin did some questionable things as Emperor it was never against innocent people and he was a good ruler. HE DID NOT DESERVE THIS ENDING.
But in the end all we get is Susu with their daughter and Tantai Jin stuck in a shell. Or his spirit. Who seems to be aware he has a daughter? It’s stupid, and he deserves better. So does Susu.
I’m so mad because while this drama had issues, it was a really good drama. Tantai Jin was a great character. I love Tantai Jin and Li Susu. Luo Yunxi and Bai Lu were amazing throughout, with whatever they were given to work with. The costumes were fantastic and it was really pretty to look at. I tried with these last 5 episodes, I really did.
If I get any more asks about starting this drama my answer will be:
If you watch, know that the drama is good but uneven at times. Watch until ep 35. Then skip to ep 39 and watch from 42:06-44:06 for some sexy times. FIN. You will have some loose plot threads but that is where the drama should end.

😇🪽🪽-Subterkamytale History:🪽🪽😇
The story of: Subterkamytale takes place on the Earth...where the Reapertale characters...I mean gods reign over humans and monsters and where the gods, monsters and humans live peacefully in the Earth.
In Subterkamytale the monsters are new monsters that have similarities with the monsters in Undertale.
However, the peace that exists on Earth is threatened when a radical group of humans began to spread hatred towards the gods and fear towards monsters, triggering a devastating war between humans and monsters.
The devastating war ended with the overwhelming victory of the humans, the monsters were expelled and exiled in the underground, where they were locked by a magical barrier imposed by the humans.
The story continues with the original gods, that is, the gods of Reapertale, since...the gods, witnessing how the population of humans and monsters began to spread, the balance of life was being broken since there were too many mortals living on Earth...and that in addition to that, humans and monsters had destroyed the peace on Earth, they decided to do something to regain balance and to recover the peace, they decided to create a God with the power to kill: Sans and Papyrus.
The gods, after creating their God with the power to kill, decided to send their two: Emissaries and semi-goddesses of mercy: Lyra and Frisk to the Earth.
Frisk in this Au is in charge of teaching mercy to humans and she will do everything possible to recover the peace that was on Earth.
Lyra in this Au is in charge of restoring the hope that the monsters lost and she will look for a way to free them from the underground.

🪽🪽😇Subterkamytale characters:🪽🪽😇
(Before starting with the characters of this Au, tell you that All the gods of this Au including the demigoddesses: Frisk and Lyra...and finally including Chara are divine/spiritual beings.
Therefore they do not have a physical or established form, they can take on multiple forms (one of those forms is their human form with which they can go to earth without mortals discovering their identity as gods), and "Death/Sans and Papyrus" takes on multiple faces/appearances, and the "Sans" we know in this Au is one of them).
-Emissaries and semi-goddesses of mercy:
Frisk and Lyra.
In Subterkamytale Frisk keeps the six human souls that are emissaries of the same character but corrupted by darkness and hatred.
-Beloved acolyte of faith/The Corrupt former Goddess that corrupts souls/former Goddess of Hope alongside Asriel and princess of the gods:
Chara.
She slowly became an outcast, as humanity grew with the hatred of gods and fear of monsters, she remained firmly well.
Over time, Chara had also suffered harassment and abuse from the humans who began to hate gods and fear monsters, which would have caused Chara to steadily begin to or she new eternal mission is: corrupt the souls of humans even more.
Deep down, she never wanted to disappoint the gods she loved so much...especially Toriel, Chara sought solace in her love for the gods more and more so she forged a friendship with his brother Asriel, Chara and Asriel became inseparable.
Chara once managed to steal Sans's scythe which she uses to take Toriel's life or so she thought... since Lyra before being sent to Earth saves Toriel from being killed.
She dislikes Sans quite a bit but without actually hating him.
She has a great hatred for humanity, yet she appreciates without loving monsters.
She appreciates the humans who use the hatred that Chara uses to further corrupt they souls.
Chara also she dislikes Lyra a little but without hating her for save Toriel.
-Goddess of life and queen of the gods: Toriel.
She brought life to the world and created humans and monsters, all of them are her creation and her children, she learned that Asgore, Gerson and Gaster propose the creation of death.
Toriel, disgusted by this decision, fled the divine sphere and hid in isolation on Earth, where if it had not been for Lyra saving her, she would have been killed by Chara when she lowered her Guard before Chara.
-Gods of death: Sans and Papyrus.
Subterkamytale Papyrus and Sans' appearance and clothing are the same as Reapertale Sans and Reapertale Papyrus.
Papyrus is the kind and compassionate side of death while Sans is the not kind or compassionate side of death.
The two take care of souls truly corrupted and completely contaminated by hatred.
The two also take care of all the souls of the Earth, both human and monsters, obviously.
Sans and Papyrus can manipulate a Soul, that means they can harvest souls, that is, take the souls of mortals.
Everything Sans and Papyrus touch dies instantly.
Sans has two clocks with sand of souls where in one of those clocks he observes the life of each living or mortal being, that is, human and monster, and in the other clock he observes how much time they have left to live. His watches are black and the souls inside are the same color as the 6 human souls but the souls inside the watches are not the 6 human souls.
His brother Papyrus also has a single clock that allows him to observe the lives of mortals and when they will appear where he wait them.
Papyrus also carries most of the burden as he takes responsibility for organizing events and maintenance on Earth while Sans takes the role as judge of souls.
Finding Chara's corrupted soul, Sans tries to end her suffering but she is more cunning and steals one of his scythes.
Sans has a big addiction to coffee.
Sans and his brother Papyrus have black wings.
Sans uses his black scythe as a weapon, Chara stole a another scythe from him.
Papyrus uses a smaller black scythe than Sans.
Every time Sans kills or takes some healthy and pure soul, Sans becomes very weak and his soul decreases a little.
Sans can fight other gods without receiving serious damage, also in this Au the gods cannot kill each other.
-Goddess of fortune: Muffet.
-God of the home: Grillby.
-Goddess of knowledge: Alphys.
Alphys is quite shy and saved Mettaton's soul with her magic.
-Goddess of war: Undyne.
She mistakes Frisk for Chara so she attempts to destroy her corrupted soul but she is stopped by Sans clarifying that she is not the one she is looking for.
-God of the heaven and king of the gods: Asgore.
Asgore was aware of the imbalance that Toriel's love generated and he made a decision that had to be made but no one blames Toriel and that is simply because he decided that way.
Asgore realized that due to the imbalance, human beings are taking advantage of life and therefore are victims of darkness and apathy, death was necessary to take advantage of life and he understands that what Toriel did was with love but In the end Asgore made a difficult decision but he did so with humility and sadness.
He is a kind and gentle god and king...but he does what is necessary.
-God of hope/now demi-god of hope and prince of the gods: Asriel.
He and his sister Chara were the gods of hope but Chara stopped being the goddess of hope.
Asriel is the eldest son of the gods: Toriel and Asgore and Chara's brother, he wanted to protect Chara since she believed in him.
When Asriel died, his soul was corrupted and divided into two parts:
-One part created a being that possessed the capricious magic, faith and broken hope and broken dreams of Asriel called: Flowey.
In this Au Flowey is the embodiment of despair and bitterness.
Flowey became Chara's partner and Flowey and Chara are not friends.
-The other part unfortunately began to break but thanks to the determination of Lyra and Frisk since they knew that Asriel died...that part did not break and Asriel returned to life.
Now Asriel is a demi-god just like Lyra and Frisk.
-Mettaton:
He is a human who, upon losing his life due to being killed by a human after protecting several monsters and humans from the attack of the human that killed him, his soul was used to turn him into a crystal golem.
-God of wisdom: Gerson.
He has a great indifference towards human beings and has an admiration towards monsters.
-God of magic: Gaster.
Gaster was in charge of creating and ending death in its entirety, giving them magic, however due to the fact that Gaster had never created anything before there were unpredictable consequences and two gods of death were created instead of one, Sans and Papyrus...both with the title of God of death as two sides of the same coin.
Both...I mean Sans and Papyrus are made of a mixture of magic, wisdom and darkness.

Protagonist-centric readers will do anything but admit that their MCs did lie and impact other characters' decisions. It's not the side-characters fault that they did not know the whole truth because *drum roll* they weren't told anything and/or was deliberately lied to.
LQQ being hated bc he impaled XL in a coffin for a long time but like... XL admitted to killing the King of Yong'an and committing the bloody massacre so what was LQQ supposed to do? Sit down and ask his Guoshi for the truth when we know damn well XL will just continue to admit to it? XL didn't want to tell LQQ the truth to protect LQQ and the two groups of people, and that's completely admirable, but what LQQ saw was his Guoshi stabbing a sword through his father's chest and admitting to everything so him reacting the way he did was completely valid. The single act of killing the king was treason 100x already, and as the son of the king, LQQ's reaction was not out of the ordinary. we don't want XL to suffer and be even more traumatized, but XL already knew that the consequences wouldn't be pretty and lied anyway. idk why fans can't grasp that.
Or for JC's case, HE IS LITERALLY THE ONE PERSON ALIVE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD WHO ACTUALLY DESERVES SOME KIND OF EXPLANATION FROM WWX HIMSELF, THE MAN WHO ACCIDENTALLY CAUSED WN TO KILL JXZ AND INDIRECTLY KILLED JYL DESPITE CLAIMING THAT HE HAD EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL. These two aren't strangers to JC at all; they're his sister and his brother-in-law, or more importantly, his sister's beloved husband and father of his nephew. He deserves to be angry and bitter at the one person who did all that, and there is no time limit for how long he should remain bitter and angry about it. The GCT was a whole mess and they both made HUGE sacrifices out of love but the only one whose sacrifice is made invalid is JC because one, it was short-lived and two, they already didn't like JC so no matter what he does for WWX, it will be seen as something negative.
I don't even want to get into the hell-hole regarding LXC but... damn...
the revelations after a character found out the truth should be "oh man, so that's what really happened" not "this character was a dick because they didn't know about the major sacrifice the MC made for them that would only be revealed many years later, and it's not even voluntary because someone else told the truth, not the MC themself"
I'm not the first nor am I the last person to say this but a protagonist is just a character we see, mainly, from their POV or the character that we follow the story through. That's all there is to it. I feel like a lot of danmei readers have yet to read a variety of stories about an MC that's completely shit but serves to tell a story just as important and interesting.
okay, first of all-- people hate LQQ?? The sweetest, most violent himbo of all????????????? even Xie Lian doesn't hate him for what he did??????
i have nothing to say to such people
i'll be honest, it is really only relatively recently that i've fully come to realise how completely Jiang Cheng deserves an explanation or even just acknowledgement of any kind from Wei Wuxian, and how cowardly and selfish it is that Wei Wuxian refuses to give it. and I say this with a heart full of love for WWX-- he is dealing with Some Trauma (tm) but that doesn't mean his refusal to even speak to JC isn't hurtful and unfair, even if it's what he needs... but man everyone in fandom and fanworks is focused on WWX taking what he needs in this situation and not even remotely considering that just maybe he also justifiably owes something to someone he harmed and who he supposedly (formerly?) cared about (i think he still cares)
the lan xichen thing is literally inexplicable to me and i will never understand it

This looks like a fun idea, so here goes! :
Tumblr media
What do you think of this guy🙃?
Oh wow! Good character you chose there ahahaha! Roselle Gustav aka Huang Tao!
First impression
Honestly, I was floating in confusion at the start a bit, considering it was my first Chinese webnovel, so I had a period of readjustment to the writing style (or the translation ig?), so I didn't immediately connect the dots that Roselle was a transmigrator or that he's... kinda "dead" lol
Buuuut, once the dots connected, I did find him quite amusing! Bro's self-confidence gave me second-hand embarrassment, but not That bad. But also, Klein was bashing on him so hard, it was kinda hilarious.
I don't fully remember what impression I had of him, since I was reading pretty slow in the beginning and some ideas were lost, but overall, fun guy lmao
Impression now
Hilarious guy, a meme, a legend.
Yet...
Quite unfortunate that his end was just endless suffering (which will hopefully not be endless haha...). Bro made small mistakes in the beginning when he didn't know Anything, when he was transported to a world he didn't know anything about, forced to adapt and live a new life. I don't know, I find him tragic, just like Klein.
At least he had some good times along the road (especially with a demoness heh). The funny stories were nice to read.
Favorite moment
Basic, but his first talk with Klein. I mean, him meeting a fellow transmigrater and quickly having faith in him was sweet. I really wish to see more of them :>
If we're talking about the diary entries, I'd probably choose when... uhhh the corruption thing. Roselle going to the moon. And when he gazed into the Abyss. I remember how the diary entry abruptly cut off after dumping a lot of info and both Klein and I were Flabbergasted. What did it MEAN-!!
(I have a feeling I'm mixing up the moments, but the feelings remain. The confusion, the anticipation and the wonder from some diary entries were Amazing)
OH, and the last diary entry of course. It was so chill-inducing! It was one of those moments that answered a lot of questions while also bringing even MORE questions. It was just- the atmosphere full of fear and uncertainty, putting into question what that fellow transmigrator went through, wowie~
Idea for a story
Well, let me shuffle in the corner of my brain...
I've always been a fan of Time Travel AUs. So the idea of Klein (at a higher sequence but not Saint Level, maybe? Idk, a lot of possibilities here) travelling to Roselle’s time period and the two of them becoming best buddies (Roselle’s words, not Klein's. Klein's facepalming in the background at Roselle’s shenanigans).
Maybe! It could be a young god Mr Fool using his domain over Space and Time and having a misplaced adventure during Roselle’s time.
(We're pretending the Outer Gods and CW isn't as dauting of a problem as they are in canon, aye?)
Anyway, doesn't matter which version of Klein or during what time he's visiting, it's mandatory that he facepalms at least once :))
Unpopular opinion
Well, I don't know the popular opinions, so I'll guess I'll just go with an opinion.
I mean, he totally could've treated his wife better. I can understand feeling a disconnect with this world and humanity in general, but at least don't bring shame to her name by being a known womanizer, mm? At least divorce or smth, man. You overthrew the government, you could definitely do that.
Unless he actually did divorce her and we just don't know. But otherwise, yeah. Kinda dick move there, Emperor.
Favorite relationship
(Platonic, right?)
Again, basic but. Roselle and Bernadette.
The fact that Bernadette spent so much time searching for a father she was on dubious terms with and how much faith she had that he persevered against all odds.
The fact that Roselle’s one and only tie with this new world was his daughter, his beloved child that he loved with all his might. A child he shared a piece of his old world with. A child he remodeled this entire world's structure for. Absolutely heart-warming.
Favorite headcannon
Hmm let's see...
Huang Tao, as a young individual who surfs the internet, would know a lot of memes or jokes. After becoming Roselle Gustav, those memes aren't easily forgotten.
I mean, is it canon, actually? Maybe he made several Chinese meme references and I missed them lmao. That would be funny
Bonus: imagine Huang Tao and Zhou Mingrui bumped into each other one day, unaware that the next time they'll meet each other, it will be after more than 10 000 years, give or take. ...what's the timeline here?

I played human Tav/Durge and realized that there are so much angst opportunities there. Probably mostly angst 😭. Like most of the companion in our camp will outlive us (except Gale and perhap Wyll but Gale is a powerful wizard so he probably figure something for us both).
I romanced Minthara, she’s a drow—will outlive her human lover for several century if not thousands
Even in my Tav campaign, I romanced Lae’zel who also will outlive us due to astral sea and what not
What a painful reality for nonhumans who date humans

Gale and Wyll would have the same lifespan as human Tav
Shadowheart is 40 when we meet her, which leaves 140 years. I mean it feels kinda similar enough to a human life span, yeah we'd be dead before she hits 100 but still.
Githyanki are basically healthy humans so i think we are set here. Karlach can be squeezed in the same category too but with her heart engine it depends if where the two of you will live.
Jaheira would probably pass away before us because she is above her 100 years now.
Astarion is a vampire, so he is basically immortal. Unless you get turned too, then probably yeah, full-on angst.
Halsin and Minthara are full elves and while Minthara seems much older, I don't think they're even halfway through their lifespans yet.
There are so many ways to alter your life span. If your character is durge or any god chosen / harbinger, then the said god can wave off death. It's what Mystra has been doing for Volo, so really we rescued him from the goblin camp for nothing.
I think it would be harder for them than us, at least we will die happily and loved in their arms while they'd suffer watching their human beloved die. Not to mention the years of mourning that come after.
It would hit Minthara the hardest, i think. Halsin has experienced love, actual love, many times before. But we are Minthara's first romantic lover.
Shadowheart will just mourn us in the remaining 40 years of her life, praying to seluna at our grave and bringing us flowers.
Karlach would visit the grave daily to tell us about her day, about how sometimes the urge to just go to the surface and let her engine send her to us is too much at times. But she knows we wouldn't approve of it, that we would've wanted for her to live. Even if hell is so much more unbearable for her without us by her side.
In different au's you could also argue that Gale ascending to godhood and making you his chosen would result in the both of you bypassing human mortality and becoming immortal.

Sabine Wren: The Crossroads
Tumblr media
I'm trying very hard not to hyper-fixate on a show that won't be airing for a few more months. But, damn, did this trailer awaken something in me.
I am, like most of you, super excited for this show; I'm excited for Ahsoka, excited for Thrawn (loved him since the OG Timothy Zahn trilogy all those years ago), excited for these new 'Dark Jedi' -
And, most importantly, excited for the return of Sabine Wren.
Actually, I'm the most excited for her and for what the actress, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, will bring to this older incarnation of the beloved Star Wars Rebels character.
Because this is not the Rebels Sabine Wren. This is someone new. And I am very interested in meeting this new Sabine.
Someone who is informed by the history of what happened in Rebels, yes, but who also experienced an entire Galactic Civil War and the repercussions of fighting said war while being so very, very young.
And she lost her family. Kanan, Ezra, and later on, the Purge of Mandalore. It's hard to say if the remaining Ghost Crew stayed together during the events of the OG Trilogy.
So many questions: what was she doing in the past ten or so years? How long has she been on Lothal? Did she ever return to Mandalore and try to save her family, her people? Did her family survive the Purge?
Someone pointed out that it's interesting that Sabine chose to stay on Lothal instead of returning to Mandalore - that she chose the homeplace of someone who was like an adopted sibling to her, rather than her own real flesh and blood home.
I suppose that speaks to the bond between her and Ezra. That she found more comfort returning to his home, rather than hers.
The official trailer released for the Ahsoka show is intriguing in what it shows of Sabine - and, most notably, how static she is. The Sabine Wren I remember from Rebels was dynamic, spunky, and a fighter.
This Sabine Wren is notably less so - we see shots of her basically living at Ezra's watchtower, garbed in his style of clothing, and just . . . waiting, it seems. Waiting for Ezra to come home.
(I'm aware that the extended Ahsoka trailer featured Sabine more in action, with her wielding Ezra's lightsaber against the female Dark Jedi, partaking in a speeder chase, and, later on, putting on her iconic armor. But, even then, I could argue that she's being reactive in most of those scenes as opposed to proactive.)
Rebels takes place shortly before the Galactic Civil War broke out in earnest. Sabine had just suffered two back to back intense personal losses - Kanan and then Ezra - and, despite the victory of dispatching Thrawn into the Unknown Regions for the foreseeable future, she still had a whole WAR to fight.
I can't imagine what it was like to do all that, while so young, and already having sacrificed and lost so much. Not having Ezra by her side throughout the entire war must have hurt unbearably - and the pain of his absence was probably magnified during the peacetime that emerged after the Victory at Endor. Because there wasn't a war to fight anymore, there was peace. Sabine didn't have that to distract her from his absence any longer.
And he wasn't there to enjoy seeing Lothal rise and prosper. Only she was.
Watching Sabine stare at the hologram of Ezra during the Ahsoka trailer hurt. Her expression is simultaneously haunted, sad, and . . . perhaps something more, that we'll hopefully see play out in the show. You know, immediately, that watching that hologram of Ezra is a daily ritual for her.
The actress for Sabine said that she's "wrestling with her demons" during the Ahsoka series. And if that one haunting scene of her staring at Ezra's hologram with a galaxy's worth of pain and longing in her eyes is anything to go by, then I am so ready for all the hurt and feels ready to be thrown our way.
There's a lot to be excited for in the Ahsoka show. But, for me, the success of such a grand epic that they're aiming for rides on how well they handle the Sabine x Ezra relationship. Because for Sabine, yes, the fight against a returned Thrawn is important.
But, there has to be personal stakes for our heroes. And having Ezra's fate intertwined so closely with Thrawn's was a master stroke on Filoni's part.
If Thrawn returns, then Ezra is back with him. And Sabine wants to find Ezra and bring him home. That's what she promised in the Rebels epilogue. I think that is what will matter the most to her.
Maybe that's how Ahsoka persuades her to get back in the fight - that finding Thrawn will mean finding Ezra. And if the Grand Admiral gets in her way . . . well, good luck to him (not really). It's obvious how much Sabine has missed Ezra - and, as we all know, Mandalorians don't take it kindly when someone harms their family.
