the personas au archive is a project dedicated to archiving the original personas au* on tumblr from @/satellite-jeon, who has since deactivated, by reblogging (and sometimes recreating) as much content from the years when the personas au was active

*the personas au describes an alternate universe created, maintained, and moderated by @/satellite-jeon ("sajeon") with contributions from the jikook fandom in which the personalities of jungkook and jimin (from bts) were each split into three separate people, with heightened versions of the characteristics they took on. the six personas (aka the km6) consisted of ian, tattoo, and seagull (from jungkook) and baby g, christian, and diminie (from jimin) [for more information, see the original personas au primer]. the au was first created in late 2017 and it ran for around 4 years until late 2021 when there were few active submissions from the community. most personas au content fell into the categories of meta or short headcanons, followed by oneshots and twoshots, with several full fics mostly posted on ao3. while the personas au is generally considered a creation of sajeon's (and the community that sprung up around it), it has roots in the korean kookmin (top jk, bottom jm) fandom, though the six personas were not named as such and generally never made an appearance together. all of the persona names were taken from discarded stage names or nicknames mentioned by jungkook and jimin.

Christian

Christian wears a lot of his fears on his sleeves, and pushes his insecurities on to others’ as if it’s their fault he’s the way he is, probably to avoid responsibility for his own short-comings. He won’t back down from a fight, even if he knows he’s wrong. If you irritate him, he won’t hesitate to let you know, and his passive-aggressive game is strong. His biggest fear is being overlooked or forgotten in the hustle and bustle, so sometimes he acts out just to be noticed. Despite his abrasive personality, if you ever had a problem, he would probably give you the most sound advice. It may be harsh, and he won’t sugar-coat it, but it’ll be what you need to hear.

He hates to see those with everything take advantage of those with nothing – if you ever needed someone to have your back, Christian is the one you’d want batting for you. It takes a heck of a lot to gain his trust and a lot of reassurance to keep it too.

While Christian may be fearless when it comes to real world frights, he’s a total baby when it comes to the occult, supernatural, and creepy crawlies. He may have no qualms picking a fist fight with the too-buff Tattoo, but he’d burn down the house if there’s even a chance it’s haunted.

He’s got little filtering when it comes to acting on impulse and saying or doing weird things – and his sense of humor is very niche, but it’s coming from a good place. He just wants to make people happy and laugh. When it comes down to it, Seagull is a huge people pleaser, especially when it comes to those he cares about. Hi! I noticed that you're kind of a regular in the discussions for satellite-jeon's KM6. I was wondering which KM6 pairing is your favourite among them all. I know it's hard to choose one, but which one pulls your heartstrings the most.

A r-regular? Really? At the most I send in songs to satellite-jeon that remind me of KM6. I don’t quite get into deeper discussions quite like the true regulars. I definitely enjoy reading them and everything that has been born from this personas world that everybody has a hand in creating

Anyway, to answer your question: I know I’ve told @gigukmin and @shookyinorbit that I like Ian x Diminie but to be quite honest Ian x Christian pulls my heartstrings the most. There’s something inherently angsty about these two, hence why I had the most songs in my KM6 playlist for the longest time and most of them are of that genre/topic (i listen to a lot of angsty songs it seems, me @ me: who hurt u?). 

Maybe it’s the way they let their pride take over sometimes, they say things they don’t mean and let their own stubbornness get in the way finding happiness together. BUT having said that, I think that once they get over that hurdle, their love can be so sweet. They can remind each other of their temper, they’d understand each other too and they’ll become quite the power couple
