Can you put your Shamy fanficomic (About the events we didn't see on the Opening night excitation, S9E11) on here, censored, please?
Hey! I have pending to do that! So sorry for my delay.
The comic is done, 27 pages. I forgot how many pages I posted here and instagram. Of course on Patreon is full and uncensored already, but I want to share it here too!! I need to prepare the posts (and censor some minimal stuff, itâs not that visual but more emotional).
Why I stopped posting? You might think. Hereâs an update:
- on March, when I had only 4 pages left to do, I moved to a new flat (moving is never easy, imagine with an almost 3 year old tolddler đ„)
- the renovations we did on the flat were unfinished and nobody was able to inform about this situation until we were about to move. We moved with lots of problems, no kitchen, they had to change our boiler because it broke and when we finally thought we could shower we had a gas leak. Boxes, workers, my daughter around, not even a table to work. things started to calm down but we still have a lot of issues. We have been without hot water this week and today saturday they have to come so they might be able to fix it. All our radiators leaked water, woodfloor got bad⊠should I stop here complaining đ€Ș
- with the moving, my daughter stooped going to daycare so Iâm the one taking care of her most of the day and I can only work when I have family help. And I used to work at night but lately she goes to sleep so late and Iâm so exhausted that most of the days Iâm unable to. She is VERY energetic, she doesnât take naps and she is very smart, needs lots of stimulation and play. Motherhood is hard dears. Iâm exhausted!
- And I got a client who commissioned me a childrenâs book and I accepted thinking that ANY of the mentioned above would happen, so now Iâm fully trying to finish this work, that is very important for me, so I can continue with my comics and other.
I might have overexplained sorry, but the summary is that I need time to go to my computer and edit the comic to post and I barely have that time. Seems ridiculous, but itâs the truth.
But I will do it. It might take long, I might do a couple of pages and then stop for a while until I have a momentâŠ.Thanks for staying with me and the patience.
I also have more comics in the making, Iâm not done with fanart, and I want to draw more Shamy.
Thanks everyone for supporting my work. And to my patrons for making it possible.
Hugs to everyone!
(Post sponsored for my husband who played with my daughter while I wrote đ€Ł)

would you consider doing a taylor!regina cadina smau? yours are always so good!
Yes! I am kind of running out of usable ReneĂ©/Angourie pictures. Taylor has a habit of deleting old posts and to be honest I havenât really looked at her social media since she pivoted to kitchen renovation content but I can do some Erika/Taylor Cadina posts.

I made a new house! (100 Babies)
Now that Reginaâs moved out, and we have like $35000, I thought it was time for a renovation.
And it⊠looks like a shoebox. I did my best.
Iâm not a good builder. đ
We have a porch in the back. Cause I donât like yards. Weâve been doing school projects out here
We got some nice space here. Finally two bathrooms. We have a teen room AND a kid room. Nyas our only teen right now, and we have three kids, being our twins Carrie & Cheri, and Hosni.
Then upstrairs is Simoneâs personal space. And thereâs a room for infants and toddlers. The infant room is empty because saving money & we donât have an infant right now. May & Peter are asleep in the toddler room right now. You probably wonder why the toddler room is upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs, seemingly inefficient for food. I realized that, but it was late at night and I was lazy, so I just put a fridge in the toddler room. Because as we all know, the refrigerators in the sims are magic transporters. This house is⊠eh. But thatâs me being a bad builder. Once we get more money I might fix it all. And once Simone is done being a sleepyhead đ
She earned it though. After she passed outâŠ
SIXTY THREE TIMES.
I checked.
She only had six bladder failures, which is surprising. Yeah Iâm kinda bad with energy. Simones pregnant, and weâre just gonna focus on aging up our two todds. Our gay coded and angelic May. And our first and only son so far, Peter, who is growing up really fast. Yeah I like seeing the kind of characters the kids become. Itâs my favorite part of this whole thing.
Regina McCray (young adult) - The motivational big sister, careless & emotional & kinda dumb. Loves painting. Nya McCray (teen) - The curious smart geek that studies practical comedy. Carrie McCray (child) - The introverted twin thatâs very hot headed and is stubborn about personal space.
Cheri McCray (child) - The extroverted twin with evil malicious intent and will pretend to be your friend before she backstabs you. Hosni McCray (child) - The depressed one. Taken in by the twins as a surrogate triplet. Theyâre good friends.
May McCray (toddler) - Gay coded. Independent and cool. An Angel.
Peter McCray (toddler) - The first son thatâs growing up really fast. Probably so he can be the man of the home.

day twenty: dog (a/n: iâm not dead yet! đŹ)
--
There was a knock on the door just as he was finishing his tea and Killian glanced at the clock, surprised: Â Eight-fifteen.
Knock. Â Knock. Â Knockknocknockâ
âSwan.â Â He smiled, without realizing it, until he felt it at the corners of his mouth.
âJones.â Â Her nod was perfunctory. Â She moved to push past him into his apartment and he moved, instinctively, to block her path.
He wasnât ready for that. Â Not yet.
âCan I justââ Her eyes flashed. Â âListen. Â I need your help.â
Killianâs eyebrow went up as quickly as he had smiled, and as automatically. Â âIâm sorry?â
âYeah, yeah. Â Treasure this moment, okay? Â I. Â Need. Â Your. Â Help.â Â She broke off each word for emphasis. Â âOtherwise I think Regina might actually kill me.â
âNonsense, Swan. Â Iâm quite sure youâve told me that she needs you aliveââ Â Killian stopped speaking. Â Shook his head. Â
(In the corner of his eye Killian saw a crack in the mirror; he blinked, and it was gone.)
âAre you going to help me or not?â Emma was saying. Â She gave no sign that he had spoken out loud and the memory of the words and the certainty was already fading.
âOf course I am,â Killian said. Â He was smiling again. Â âHow can I pass up this opportunity for a daring rescue?â
Her eyes flashed again but it was amusement this time, Killian was sure. Â Maybe he just wanted it to be. Â Maybe he wanted it to be a smile on her face instead of a worried frown. Â
Maybe. Â He wanted.
Killian followed Emma down the stairs and through the narrow hallway of the basement of their small apartment building. Â Emma was not one to make idle conversation but Killian liked to poke, and to prod, and to pierce the silence. Â âI like the new lights,â he said, and was rewarded when her head turned back toward him and her eyebrow was up.
It was a sore subject between them, the building renovations. Â Even the work Emma was doing in her own apartment, for her brother and sister-in-law, was a point of contention. Â
Killian wasnât even sure how it had startedâit felt  as if they had always existed in this state of tension, picking at each other and sniping.
It probably didnât help that the one time he had invited Emma in, the remains of his former life surrounded them. Â Milahâs things were still in the closetâthe dishes she had bought for them still in the cabinetâthough she had been taken from him so many years before it sometimes felt like forever.
Killian had liked the building the way it was, and his apartment. Â It was uncomfortable to wake up and feel as though he lived in a tomb.
(The hand pulled at him, dragged him back into fresh air, into brightâtoo brightâdaylight from beneath the pile.
And the smell. Â Ohâthe smell.)
âIâm sorryâwhat?â Â Killian blinked in the daylight as Emma held open the door for him that led to the building Dumpsters and back lot.
âI said that I found it here. Â Crying. Â I didnât know what to do, and who even knows what Regina would doââ
âSwan, love,â Killian said, bending down and kneeling on the pavement, âsheâs the co-op president, not the Wicked Witch of the West. Â I donât think sheâd do anything to a puppy.â
This time, it was a smile, and Killian smiled back.
âMaybe not. Â But they could be sisters, right?â Â She laughed and knelt down beside him. Â âAnyway, Iâm not, like, a dog person.â
âIâm not sure what it says about me that you assumedââ
She blushed. Â âI guess I just thoughtâyou could use a friend. Â And the company.â Â She said it so softly and quietly and honestly that it made Killian blush, too.
âI donât know,â Killian said, but it was too late. Â The puppy had taken one look at him and stood on its hind legs, pressing into Killianâs chest. Â
It wanted to be held, and Killian obliged.
Emma smiled again. Â Killian watched her. Â The dog sighed, clearly content. Â
âLucky for you, Swan. Â I love a challenge.â
âIâm not sure if youâre talking to me or the dog, Jones. Â And Iâm not sure I want to know the answer.â Â But her eyes sparkled.
âThe dog, of course, love. Â You and I, on the other handâwe seem to make a good team, aye?â
Killian stood, the pup still in his arms, and wished he had a free hand to help Emma up. Â But she didnât need his help, this time.
âLooks like a match made in heaven,â she said. Â Her eyes were everywhere but on Killian but he felt them all the same.
True Love.
âCome upstairs with me,â he said, suddenly. Â âIâd like to show you something.â
Emma eyed him, then shrugged. Â âOkay. Â I should get David in to talk to you, anyway, if youâre actually going to try and keep it. Â He works at the shelter and he can help you get supplies, and shotsââ
âOi, I have all my shots, thank you very much.â
Emma laughed. Â She threw her head back and laughed.
But when he shifted the sleeping dog in his arms and pushed his apartment door open, she stopped.
âJonesâKillianâwhat?â
The paint still smelled fresh. Â The boxes were in a pile next to the door. Â The carpets were gone and Killian had polished the wood floor until it looked new. Â The window blinds were open and the light streamed in. Â
âWow,â Emma said. Â âYou did all of this?â
Killian let the puppy down to the floor and watched it sniff the boxes, its tail wagging. Â He walked to the kitchen sink to pour it a bowl of water.
(In new bowls.)
âIt was time,â Killian said. Â âI just never realized it was time, not untilââ
Until I met you.
Emma reached out to touch the wall and Killian swore he could see sparks where her fingers layâgreen, and white.

DO YOU HAVE ART IDEAS FOR SIDCU? Iâm dying to draw more!! #because ya know iâm in the process of drawing this really sad red snow comic#and i could use some light times in between
I donât understand. What do you mean sad Red Snow? Who would hurt their precious relationship that is healthy beyond any shadow of a doubt?
David says itâs time to take the kids on a fishing trip. So he packs Emma, Henry and Neal. But itâs a dad thing, so Snow has a long week-end off. She calls Ruby. âOh, Iâm so sorry, Friday night? Yeah, um, Granny has me working⊠weâre re-doing some of the rooms in the b&b, gonna⊠paint⊠wallsâŠâ âOh, okay, maybe something on Saturday?â âMaybe.â She calls Regina next. âFriday? At night? I have a ton of paper work to do, some revisions on the budget. You know that pothole on Main Street⊠well, I have to wait on some numbers and will probably work late and get too tired afterwards.â âOkay, that sounds important.â
Ruby and Regina had date plans, but now they donât dare to go outside, because Snow canât see them! They decide to stay in at Reginaâs. Itâs not like it matters what they do, how about starting with the naked business right away, itâs been like two weeks (if you donât count that one quick kiss in front of Goldâs pawn shop, right when Snow walked out and they pretended they had just bumped into each other and Regina cussing at Ruby for not looking where sheâs going).
Well, so Regina and Ruby have fun. They know Henry wonât be home, there is nobody there who could bother them. When Ruby comes in there is a very long greeting. Mostly itâs Regina getting pushed against the wall and held in place. When Ruby gets too feisty she teleports to the bedroom and⊠yeah, they have fun there. Doesnât matter that the food is getting cold.
Ruby runs downstairs to pick that up after some⊠they need more energy, okay?! Running naked through Reginaâs house is kinda fun though. She tells Regina who is like âyouâre a kinky womanâ. And they get childish, because ten minutes later they both run to the kitchen to get something to drink and it becomes a round of catch, even though itâs unclear who could even lose.
Now, Ruby keeps the lights off of course. Regina cries foul to that. But she can manage with a little spell for a tiny light ball instead of a flashlight.
So. Snow. She couldnât find anybody for a Friday night date. Why is everybody busy with husbands or work? Ugh. She goes for a walk. And then she passes Reginaâs house. And thatâs odd. There is a light on in the bedroom. And somebody is clearly walking around in there. There! Light moving! She moves closer and definitely hears furniture getting moved. (She canât know that Ruby tried to jump over the dining table to get to Regina and took down the chairs instead. Regina is appalled. Ruby grabs the table cloth she uses as a toga now.)
A ROBBERY!! Somebody broke into Reginaâs house and is robbing the place! Oh no, but David and Emma arenât even here. The sheriffs are gone! What is Snow supposed to do?? She gets her phone out. In her head she can hear Davidâs voice âDo not engage, you should call for help.â Snow nods to herself. âGot it, Iâm here to help.â She picks up a garden gnome as a weapon (itâs a hideous gnome, Regina hates it, itâs why Emma gifted it to her) and then tries to find her way in.
By now Ruby is pinning Regina to the ground (thereâs a theme tonight), thigh between her legs, growling. âMadam Mayor, your time is-â A pause. She looks up. There was the sound of a door. She sniffs (very Wolverine of her). Eyes widen in horror. âSnow is here!â And right this moment Snow has found the silhouette of the presumable robber, flings herself at it. Regina has time to poof away.
Now Snow straddles Ruby, gnome over her head about to strike. âSnow!â *blink blink* âRuby???â Regina - now wearing her clothes, but her face still flush and anybody who would pay a minimum attention would notice the swollen lips, the horny radiance, the disheveled hair - comes in, flips on the light switch. âWhat is going on here?â
Snow looks between the two, slowly putting down the gnome. âI was about to ask the same.â - âThis is my house.â âYou said youâd be working late.â - âIt was faster than I expected.â Snow looks back to Ruby. âWhat are you doing here? And why are you practically naked? What about the renovation?â - âMy clothes⊠are dirty⊠spilled paint all over myself.â âBut why are you here?â - âRegina came by⊠becauseâŠ..â âThe street in front of the b&b is part of the budget issue. So.. I went there.â âRight, she came in and saw me⊠painting⊠and had some work to do here⊠and⊠asked⊠for helpâŠâ âSo you went home with Regina, painted some wall here and had an accident with the paint?â Both: âExactly!â
Regina looks around. Well, the upstairs hallway was something she wanted to re.do for a while. One flick of the wrist and now thereâs a wall covered in wet paint.
âI think the dryer must be almost done, Miss Lucas. Thanks for your patience.â
âNo problem. Iâm just sorry I was so clumsy. And again. Here in the dining room. I shouldâve switched on the light. Get too comfortable walking in the dark.â
Snow blinks. Looking from one to the other again. She stands up, lending Ruby a hand. âI thought somebody was robbing your house!â
âAnd thank you for trying to catch the thieves.â
Ruby and Snow leave together fifteen minutes later. âIt was nice of you to do that for her. I just donât understand why she didnât just magically renovate her place.â
âI think sheâs trying this thing where she relies less on magic. And also asking for help more.â
âMakes sense.â Snow interlinks her arm with Rubyâs. âYour a good friend, Red. Glad you two are getting along a bit more.â
âYeah, Reginaâs alrightâŠâ
âIâm thinking about girls night tomorrow, you two have to come.â
Ruby smiles, but screams in her head âcoming was the plan for tonightâŠâŠâŠâ
#AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA#AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HOLY FUCKING SHIT AAAAAAAAA i'm dying laughing#red snow#red queen#ruby lucas#ruby x regina#ruby x snow#ouat#star#FANTASTIC ADDITION TO#SIDCU#Ruby getting straddled and interrogated because Regina is much smoother with her escape plans and Ruby#the worst liar in Storybrooke#has to come up with a cover story#TORTURE#huh torture and red snow straddling uhuhhuh huhu mmmm#submission

Silver Service
A Royal Romance AU Fanfic sequel to Protect and Serve
Damien arrives in Cordonia and discovers all Bastienâs secrets. Sophia is intrigued to meet Bastienâs former lover.
Word Count 3472
A/N Just a little smut, so No under 18s
6 Meeting up
Damien refastened his seatbelt as the private jet descended. It had been night time when he boarded and he hadnât recognised the livery, and as it was a private flight he hadnât seen it on the departure board to check where he would be going. The taciturn young man that had accompanied him on his flight was no more informative about their destination than Bastien had been. He wasnât allowed to use his mobile phone on the flight so couldnât check with a location finder â but he was pretty sure the water below them was the Mediterranean. It was early morning â most of the flight had been in the dark and he hadnât been able to keep his eyes open so had dozed for an hour or more.
The jet swept over a pretty coastal town, over fields and an impressive building standing in extensive grounds before flying on to a small airport, snowy mountains in the distance. As they taxied to a standstill the other man spoke at last.
âWelcome to Cordonia, Mr Nazario. Mr Lykel will meet you personally and weâll make our way to Applewood Manor. Sadly the Palace is undergoing refurbishment at the momentâ
âCordonia? Palace?â Damien was barely any more well informed, and he puzzled as to where he was. True to the other manâs word, Bastien was on the tarmac waiting next to a large limo. He smiled in greeting and took his hand and slapped him on the back in a brief embrace. He noticed the cane he carried, and a slight limp as he moved to greet him. He had lost some weight and looked a little less than his usual hale hearty self.
âNazario â thankyou for coming. I guess you have a lot of questions. Iâll try to answer them on the wayâ Damien noted that the limo had a crest of sorts that matched the one on the private jet.
âDamn Bastien, you bet Iâve got questions. Where he hell am I to start with? Iâve never heard of Cordoniaâ
âItâs not a well known countryâ he answered as they got into the car. The other man got into the front with the driver. âAs you guessed when we went to the restaurant in New York, weâre in between Greece and Italy. We have strong links with other smaller countries like Monaco and Auvernalâ
âAuvernal â now youâre making things upâ Damien complained
âWell, as youâre having trouble believing me, Iâll just have to tell you more and assure you itâs all true. I work for the royal family of Cordonia. Iâm head of the Kingâs Guard, who protect the King and his family. I have a number of men under my command.â Damien goggled â it was all too much for him to take in so he honed in on his appearance.
âBas â something happened to you didnât it â whatâs with the cane?â Bastien looked grim.
âThere was an assassination attempt at the new Kingâs coronation â I took a bullet to the shoulder and another to the thigh. The culprit was a lone gunman but weâre having trouble finding out if he was supported by any organisations. The person we want help to locate has kidnap and coercion under his belt, and may have links to anti monarchist organisationsâ Damien drew in his breath at the news of Bastienâs injuries. He put his hand on his knee and squeezed it softly.
âHell Bas, Iâm sorry to hear you got shot up. Iâm glad youâre still around to tell the tale.â Bastien nodded and dropped his head, but looked up at him.
âDamien, we have to keep this professionalâ he said, and he took his hand back.
âWeâll have some private time together, I hopeâ Damien said, but Bastien looked away for a moment.
âAbout that. Last time we met, you asked if there was someone special, and I said no â well thatâs changedâ Damienâs stomach did a little flip. Bastienâs expression changed, softened. âI think youâd like her â Iâd met her just before the last time we met, but I didnât know what was in store for meâ He looked out of the window at the passing countryside âSheâs changed my life â I can see a future with her - perhaps even a family, who knows. Iâm taking a lesser role in work â at least physically. Iâm leaving field work to younger fitter men and working more on organising and advisingâ Damien swallowed past a lump in his throat
âIâm pleased for youâ he said brightly âI wonât do anything inappropriate, you can rely on thatâ Bastien looked at him again.
âYou should meet â Iâve told her about you and sheâd like to. Weâre on our way to Applewood Manor â after the Palace itâs the Royal Familiesâ second home â we have quarters there and youâll be staying in a guest suite.â Damien laughed
âYou live in a Palace and weâre going to a Manor? Man, Iâd never have worked that out for myself. I tried asking the hotel you took me to who had that suite â they wouldnât tell meâ
âI told you youâd not be able to find outâ Bastien laughed. The two men continued to talk on the way to the Manor. They went straight to the security suite to work, as few people were up and about, and they had breakfast sent in to the office so they could cover more ground. Bastien gave him everything he had on Justin, and Damien got to work on finding as much about him online as he could. He asked to interview Lucretia, who was still being held in custody nearby, and made some phone calls to Interpol head office.
Bastien arranged for Sophia to join them in the staff dining room at lunchtime then showed Damien to his suite. Liam came along to introduce himself, and Damien was struck by how regal yet approachable the young man was. Damien felt in a daze at the sudden change in his surroundings, and had to keep pinching himself. He felt strangely light headed and disconnected from reality, but thinking about his work grounded him. When lunch time came he was ready to catch up on some sleep, but he was intrigued to meet the love of Bastienâs life.
When Sophia entered the dining room, he caught his breath at the sight of the attractive young blonde. Bastien had told him of the age difference and Damien sat squarely between them, five years older than she and five younger than his friend and former lover. Bastien leapt up â or moved as quickly as his injury allowed him to â and went to her side, beaming with happiness. He put his arm round her waist and kissed her cheek fondly, turning her to face Damien, pointing him out. He had never seen the older man smile so warmly, and he swallowed a lump in his throat at seeing him so deeply affected.
Sophia looked Damien straight in the eye, and for a moment her pupils darkened. Bastien saw the change, and his smile faded slightly as Sophia reached out to shake Damienâs hand. He barely heard the introduction as he stared at her, mesmerised. He saw an exchange between them as she broke eye contact and took her hand back â a quick look that told him that Sophia realised Bastien had noticed the look in her eyes, but she pressed herself into his side and gazed at him adoringly, snaking her arm around his waist before looking back at Damien. Her eyes and her body language now very clearly said Iâm attracted to you, but I belong to Bastien.
The whole exchange took seconds, and Bastien was back to his stoic persona, Sophia smiling politely and saying how pleased she was to meet him. The three of them took a table away from the other staff, already set with bowls of soup and fresh bread, salad and cheese. Bastien watched them with a hint of apprehension. He neednât have worried, as they talked easily and it was plain that they would become firm friends.
âBastien, I think Damien should come and have dinner with us tonightâ Sophia said. Bastien nodded as he spooned soup from the bowl, hot and fragrant.
âIf youâd like, theĂĄ mouâ he replied. Damien raised his eyebrows
âOkay, youâve used that name more than once. Can I ask what it means?â Sophia smiled slyly and Bastien coloured slightly as she leant across to speak quietly
âIt means âmy Goddessâ in Greekâ she winked âIsnât it adorable?â Bastien cleared his throat in embarrassment as Damien grinned
âI didnât know Bas was so sappyâ he laughed âYou obviously bring it out in him, heâs a lucky manâ It was Sophiaâs turn to blush now, and she sat back.
âCareful now Mr Nazario, that invitation for dinner can be revoked very swiftlyâ
âIâm sorry â youâre so lucky to have found each other, I donât know who I envy the most.â Damien said diplomatically. After they had eaten, Sophia went off to meet up with Riley, and Bastien suggested Damien go back to his room to catch up on missed sleep before dinner. He took him back to his room and stopped outside the door.
âSophia is amazing, I understand why youâre committedâ Damien said, and the guard smiled fondly
âIâm glad you two seem to get on. Iâm looking forward to you coming over tonightâ he said âTomorrow we can go over a few more things you might like to help with â Iâll tell you later why weâre here and not at the Palace.â
âSure thing Bas, see you laterâ
------
Yet again Anton â or Justin as he was better known by Bastien and others in and around the Palace - was in a very bad mood. Their contact at the Palace had fallen silent and suspicious things were happening there. He didnât believe the stories about a kitchen accident or renovations. His sources â which were becoming scarcer and scarcer â told him that the building had been evacuated and the army brought in, probably to scour it from top to bottom to look for security breaches. That meant his advantages had been lost â there was nobody there to get him access, and nobody there worth targeting even if he or his men had been able to get in.
âOur contactâs phone has been deactivated.â Claudius said âI suspect that she may have used the explosives to detonate it, and thatâs why the Palace has been evacuated. Sheâs most likely dead, but as far as I can tell nobody else appears to have been injured or incapacitated. Lykel was seen making his way to Applewood, as was Liam and Regina. It appears theyâre moving operations there for now.â
âAll that work getting the photographs down the drainâ Anton seethed âItâs all been explained away, and Adelaide is a serious security risk. How was the Duchess the last time you met?â
âCompliant and voraciousâ Claudius answered âI donât know how much we can trust herâ
âNext time she contacts you, arrange to meet up in Monacoâ Anton said âWe canât risk you going back to Cordonia just yet. She can meet with an unfortunate accident and that part of the trail will go cold.â Claudius blanched. He had enjoyed dominating Lady Adelaide, but although he didnât hold any affection for her, he didnât think she deserved to die for the cause.
âI think she could still be usefulâ he asserted âSheâs well motivated to place her daughter in power as queenâ
âIâll consider itâ said Anton âMeanwhile I want a meeting to discuss how to proceed in our bid for power. Call the others in, I want to meet face to faceâ
âIs that wise?â Claudius asked âItâs a security risk to have everyone in one placeâ
âLykel doesnât have a clue where we are or who we are and we arenât in Cordonia any more. Iâll be the judge as to how safe it isâ Anton snarled.
------
Bastien watched Sophia as she laughed at Damienâs jokes over dessert in their suite. He had worried about Sophia being threatened by Damien, now he was concerned that it should be him that was threatened by his former lover. He and Sophia were closer in age and they were getting on extremely well. He had endured some teasing about his personal habits - the way he always folded his clothes had come under scrutiny and he was waiting for one or the other of them to drop the bombshell that the only time he was ever untidy was in the throes of passion.
He got hot under the collar thinking about the trail of clothes he had left in the past â from Damienâs front door to his bed, from his own front door through the lounge to the bed he shared with Sophia. His thigh ached and throbbed and he wished he could just send Damien away and sink into a hot bath, or ask Sophia to work her magic with her soft hands. He was trying to hide his ill temper and embarrassment and stifled a yawn. Sophia looked at him sharply and he saw recognition in her eyes.
âDamien, I know you caught up on your sleep earlier, but Bas got up very early this morning andâŠâ she started to say, but Bastien found himself snapping
âIâm fine Sophia, you donât have to make excuses for me.â He put his hand to his forehead and her expression changed to one of concern. âReally Iâm fineâ Â Damien looked a little sheepish
âI should probably get back to my roomâ he said âBefore I got here my sleep schedule was shot so I didnât actually got caught up before. Iâm guessing youâre a hard taskmaster and Iâll need to be sharp tomorrow. If I get a lead I may have to leave at short noticeâ He got to his feet and Sophia leapt up too.
âIâll see you outâ she said âcan you remember your way back? Itâs right at the other end of the building â the place is pretty full right now after having to close down the Palaceâ Damien smiled weakly
âI can always ask someone â donât trouble yourself.â He briefly put a hand to Sophiaâs shoulder and gave her a kiss on the cheek, then turned to Bastien âI still canât get used to all this â you working for royalty. Iâd never have guessed, Bas.â He made a move toward him as he struggled to his feet to say goodbye, and stopped awkwardly. He held his hand out for a brief handshake âIâll see you for breakfast thenâ he said, giving Bastien an apologetic look.
âYes, Iâll send someone for youâ he replied tersely. Damien turned away and Sophia followed him. He started toward the bedroom, his leg stiff and painful. Sophia got to the bed before him, and hovered by his shoulder.
âAre you okay Bas?â she asked âYou look tiredâ
âI amâ he said tersely âIâll be fine once Iâve rested, donât worryâ She stood by as he sat on the edge of the bed to take his shoes off, but he winced and she knelt to help him. He was too tired to protest, and sighed heavily
âI donât deserve youâ he said âYou should be off with someone your own age, not looking after someone old and broken.â Sophia stopped and looked at him sharply
âBastien, self pity doesnât suit you.â She scolded âIâll admit Iâm attracted to Damien â but Iâd never act on it. Weâll be good friends, but thatâs all. For all you know heâs probably more attracted to you than to me.â She put his shoes away neatly, and he stared at his feet for a moment before leaning down to take his socks off, wincing again so she helped him, and knelt in front of him, forcing him to look her in the eye âBastien, I love you and Iâm going to look after you â donât you remember doing the same for me after JustinâŠâ her voice caught in her throat and she hurriedly cleared it. He reached out and stroked her cheek as she pulled herself together âWeâll look after each otherâ
âIâm sorry, theĂĄ mouâ he said âSometimes I ask myself how I got so lucky, and Iâm afraid of losing you, or waking up to find itâs all a dreamâ She turned her head to kiss his hand.
âThatâs funny â I feel exactly the sameâ she smiled âTwo negatives cancel each other out, so I suppose weâre stuck with each otherâ Bastien laughed
âThankyou, my goddess, Iâm beginning to feel that I might manage to make you feel very happy before we go to sleep. I adore you, my English temptressâ He leaned forward and gently took her chin, pressing his lips to hers.
âOh, Iâll keep you to that promise, Mr Lykelâ she grinned âGet your clothes off and letâs see what happensâ
------
Sophia stirred in bed, waking after a deep satisfied post coital sleep, knowing something was different. Bastien was fast asleep beside her, but something had woken her â the sound of the suite door softly closing. She tensed, listening to stealthy footsteps. She was frozen, immobile, silent as the bedroom door opened. The hair on the back of her neck prickled but it wasnât terror â it was a sense of inevitability. Normally Bastien was a light sleeper, always alert, but he lay breathing softly. Whoever it was, he or she had planned this â perhaps theyâd been drugged â perhaps Bastien could hear too, but was also immobile. As she lay trembling with apprehension, the figure - she could see now that it was a man -  moved to the side of the bed and paused beside her, looking down. There was a rustle of cloth as he stripped naked, his contours revealed. The light was dim but she saw the glitter in his eyes.
âRoom for one more?â Damien asked, and the spell was broken. She gaped, not knowing what to say as he slipped into bed beside her.
âWhat the hell Damien?â she hissed âBastienâs right hereâŠâ
âI certainly amâ her loverâs voice came as he stirred, rolling toward her, pressing his body to her back, his arousal obvious. He nuzzled her ear âWe thought you might like something a little different, agĂĄpe mouâ
âWhat? Are you serious?â she queried, receiving only a soft deep Mmm hmm in reply, and Damien reached out to touch her, his hand gliding over her shoulder and down to her hip, draping over her thigh and obviously making contact with Bastien too.
âThe first time we met, we had a female companion in bed with usâ Bastien explained âShe enjoyed the experience, and I hope you will tooâ
âI could see in your eyes youâd want thisâ Damien murmured âBut say the word and Iâll goâ
âIïżœïżœâ Sophia was scandalised but unbelievably aroused having two men in bed with her. Her objection melted away and she groaned with desire. Bastien was working his magic and her body was revving up, already on the run up to orgasm, her centre throbbing. In answer she pressed her hips back into Bastien, but leaned forward in to Damien, her lips meeting his. He smelled different to Bastien â musky and spicy as opposed to fresh and salty.
She closed her eyes and stopped trying to identify who was doing what, just allowing her hands and mouth to wander as the three of them explored each other. She turned and twisted languorously, and barely knew or cared who went down on her and teased with lips and tongue and fingers, and who claimed her mouth and tongue and smoothed his hands over her belly and breasts and softly tweaked her nipples.
Waves of pleasure washed over her and she felt the shift of the mattress, the sound of a condom packet being opened and the snap of rubber, so she knew it was Damien who eased inside her â she would have known anyway as his size was less than her lover. He rose up in the dim light and stroked in and out of her as Bastien kissed and stroked her upper body, murmuring in her earâŠ
âSophia, wake upâ She snapped out of her dream and half snorted as Bastien lay gazing into her eyes with concern.
âWhat?â she mumbled
âTheĂĄ mou, you were thrashing around and moaning â was it a bad dream?â Bastien asked. Sophia shook her head to get the idea of Damien in bed with them out of it.
âA bad dream? Uh â yes, it was a dreamâŠâ she murmured back, and turned to him, wrapping her arms around him and kissing him deeply, hoping she hadnât been moaning Damienâs name in her sleep.

And They Were Roommates
Day 5 of Widojest Week-Thereâs only one bed, or Alternate Universe
Nott and Yeza's apartment is undergoing renovations, and the cute foreign grad student Jester has been crushing on needs a place to stay. What could go wrong? Super happy with this fic. You can also read it on AO3. As usual big shoutout to @3fling for all the love and support, especially this time because I wouldnât even have a plot for this otherwise!
Working at the local coffee shop had a lot of benefits. Free coffee of course, free pastries at the end of the night, listening to whatever music the employees wanted, and the flexible hours that worked with her school schedule.
The cute redhead grad student that came in everyday was definitely a plus too.
Jester had been working at Cool Beans for four years and had seen all manner of people come through the door. As a college town it wasnât a surprise; people came from all over and stayed a few months to a few years while they studied. Some of those people stayed but most left to go back to wherever they came from or even off to new places. Jester herself dreamed of leaving one day, venturing out into the world and discovering what was out there. But for now she was here, working towards an art degree and making the best of her situation.
The redheaded grad student was a foreigner from Germany. He spoke excellent English though his accent was a bit tough to understand at times, especially if he ever got frustrated. His name was Caleb and he had come all the way from his home country to join one of the worldâs best linguistics programs. He came in every day at exactly one p.m., ordered a sandwich and an americano with an extra shot of espresso, and sat down to study for two hours before neatly cleaning his table and heading out.
Jester enjoyed people watching, trying to analyze people from the way they walk, the things they did, how they interacted with other people. Even before she had a full conversation with Caleb she noticed he was quiet, polite, and had a dry sense of humor. His wardrobe was full of earthy tones, lots of boots and plain button up shirts, adding in jackets, scarves and hats when the weather began to turn cold. On the rare occasion he came in when it didnât seem he was studying he still carried a simple black leather notebook. He often pulled the top part of his shoulder length hair into a sort of bun, exposing the pen he regularly kept behind his right ear. Ink marks and scratches along his hand indicated he did a lot of writing and, Jester would guess, he owned a cat.
Of course, it wasnât all just staring from a distance. Jester had begun to build a friendship with Caleb thanks to a strange change of relationships. Most often at the shop Jester shared her shift with Clay and Molly; the three of them made a trifecta of hair colors and piercings that gave the warm shop an unexpected punk vibe. Clay was a gardener of sorts and had made friends with Yeza and Nott, the lovely couple whom Caleb was staying with during his time in the States. Molly was in a band with two women named Beau and Yasha and the group usually played in a newer dive bar downtown on Saturday nights. Jester and Clay went every week to support their friend, and one day while picking up a new plant Clay had told Yeza about the shows. Knowing it was unhealthy for Caleb to spend all his time in the house studying, Nott and Yeza had immediately booked a recurring sitter for their young son and dragged Caleb down to the bar to hang out with others. The eight of them had begun to get closer, but Jester still found it difficult at times to put herself out there and really engage with Caleb.
Today however was Jesterâs lucky day.
âCaleb!â The small bell chimed through the coffee shop as Nott slipped in, shutting the door quickly to keep the cold wind from freezing the customers out. The woman was on the shorter side but no one ever noticed because her personality more than made up for it. Her sense of humor among the friend group was unrivaled and she could easily drink them all under the table.
âYa Nott, is everything all right?â Caleb looked up from his laptop where he had been hyper focused on a paper. His brow was furrowed with a mix of worry and confusion.
Jester busied herself with straightening the pastry display, which was conveniently close to Calebâs table. She could be particularly nosy at times due to her curious nature, but now she mostly wanted to make sure everything was okay with Nottâs family.
âIâm all right Caleb, but Iâm afraid I do have some bad news. The renovation plans have been moved up by two whole weeks!â
âOh, that meansâŠâ Calebâs voice trailed off, his face turning into a frown.
âYeah exactly! Yezaâs mom said she can take Luke, and we have another friend we can stay with, but she only has one extra room.â
âI see. So I suppose I will need to find a place to stay in the meantime since Clay will not be back until the end of the month.â
âIâm really sorry about that Caleb! Iâll help you look, surely we can find something soon. Maybe you can stay with Beau or something?â
âHe can stay with me!â
Jester fought the urge to clasp her hands over her mouth. Wow, smooth move Jester. Inviting your little crush to live with you? Thereâs no way this is gonna go well, she thought to herself. She hadnât even stopped to consider the ramifications of what she had volunteered for.
Something glinted behind Nottâs eyes and she nodded her head frantically. âYes! Yes that would be perfect! Youâre just the best Jester.â
âOh, I⊠I would hate to impose, Jester, thatâs very kind of youâŠâ Caleb stuttered, his hands nervously fidgeting with his scarf.
âI think it sounds like the perfect plan.â Molly emerged from the back room where he had apparently been listening to the whole conversation. âJessie might bring you out of your shell, Mr. Caleb, and Jester, wellâŠ. You could learn some tidiness habits perhaps.â
What a wingman, Jester thought, rolling her eyes at her purple-haired friend. He smirked, twirling around and walking to the register to help another customer who had walked in.
âDonât you have a dog? I do not know if my cat would like that.â
âOh thatâs okay! Nugget doesnât mind cats, he wonât bother Frumpkin!â Jester smiled at Caleb, trying her hardest not to blush.
âWell, I suppose it would be the best offer I could get on such sort notice.â
Nott beamed at the two of them. âSounds like itâs settled then! Iâll help you pack up Caleb and weâll be right over!â
***
âSoooo, this is my apartment. Itâs nothing crazy you know, but itâs nice and has a good view and a lot of spaaaceâŠ.â
Jester could feel herself beginning to ramble as she opened the door to her studio apartment. It was extremely nice for college student standards; her mother wanted her to be comfortable so she paid for Jesterâs rent, but she also wanted her daughter to learn the value of hard work, meaning Jester was responsible for her own tuition and school supplies, as well as any other necessities. All things considered it was a pretty nice arrangement.
The living room was a nice open space with a gorgeous window overlooking downtown. The kitchen and living room were decorating in bright colors with unique art sculptures spaced around. In the center of the open area close to the window sat a large easel displaying a half finished painting. A number of half-dead attempts at plant keeping were littered about the area as well.
âYou have a very nice place, Jester.â Caleb was huffing a bit as he carried in a large box of his belongings. Jester herself had Frumpkinâs cat carrier and a bag of cat supplies. There was still a fair amount of stuff to bring in but this was a good start.
âSo I donât have a second room but the couch is a fold out and itâs totally comfy.â Jester sat Frumpkinâs carrier down and unlatched the door. âHere, kitty kitty kitty!â
After a second Frumpkin lazily made his way out, beginning to inspect the strange new space. The two of them watched as he began to sniff the couch, marking the edge with his scent glands.
âYou are an artist?â Caleb asked, gesturing toward the easel.
âI do! Iâm an art major but I donât get to do a lot of painting stuff at my level so I like to practice it here.â
âI look forward to seeing you work.â
Jester tried not to let Caleb see her blush as she began to help him unpack. The rest of the day was spent moving boxes to make sure everything was out of Nott and Yezaâs apartment in time for the renovators to begin their work, taking only a small break for Chinese food. The conversation was timid at first, the two of them dancing around each other the way acquaintances interact at a party when their mutual friend goes to visit the bathroom. But by the end of the night the two had sunk into a comfortable rhythm. As Jester went to sleep that night, she played over the dayâs event in her head, giggling every time she thought about how she had made Caleb laugh. If she didnât have a crush before, she was certainly deep in one now.
***
âJester, look out!â
Calebâs frantic voice came from inside Jesterâs room. It had been a week since Caleb had moved in, and Frumpkin and Nugget hadnât gotten along as well as Jester had assured him they would. He had spent the last hour trying to coax his cat out from under her bed and it seemed like the persuasion had taken a turn for the worse.
Jester glanced over from her position at the easel. She was enjoying her Saturday morning routine of hot tea and painting, listening to Regina Spektor ring out through the apartment via her wireless speaker. Her trance like state was broken as she saw Frumpkin shoot down the hallway, followed by Nuggetâs large body. The cat turned sharply, but the poor dog was caught unaware and his attempt to switch directions was nowhere near as smooth, throwing himself right into Jesterâs easel. Thanks to Calebâs warning however, she was able to stabilize the workspace, only losing a bit of her paint to the tarp underfoot in the process.
Caleb ran out, his red hair a frazzled halo around his head. He frantically darted into the kitchen, trying to corner Frumpkin around the island, but the cat was wise and jumped up onto the counter, knocking over one of Jesterâs plants in the process.
Catching wind of what Caleb was trying to do, Jester ran to try to intercept him, but the cat was too fast and she ended up tripping over Nugget instead. She braced herself for a fall onto the hardwood floor, but felt hands attempt to catch her. Unfortunately in his rush to help, Caleb himself was off balance, sending both of them tumbling to the floor.
Jester felt her face redden at being so close to Caleb. She could feel his breath on her face and his eyes were just inches away from her own. Her mind scrambled to think of something to say, an apology or excuse or anything, but her brain was short-circuiting.
âPaint,â Caleb said, pulling her out of her panicked haze.
âWh-what?â
âSorry, you uh, you have paint on your cheek.âÂ
She felt Calebâs thumb rest on her cheek, gently wiping away a fleck of color. He still lay there though, holding her in his arms, inches from her face. She knew she ought to pull herself away, get up and clear her head, but she had to admit there was no place else she would rather be. âThank you,â she said, barely daring to whisper.
âYour freckles are quite beautiful.â Caleb spoke breathlessly, his thumb still stroking her cheek softly. His eyes seemed transfixed, glancing over every bit of Jesterâs face. She could feel his heart beat underneath her hand.
Itâs now or never Jester, said the voice in the back of her head, and before she realized what she was doing she had closed the distance between him. Her lips touched his, quickly and softly before backing away. âIâm sorry Caleb, I donât know why-â
Her voice was silenced by the sudden presence of Calebâs lips on hers. He had kissed her back, but his held intent. Something about him was hungry, as if he had been waiting for this for months and he was going to enjoy every moment of it. She moaned into his mouth as her tongue slipped into hers and she moved her hand to the back of his head, intertwining her fingers through his hair.
Caleb suddenly moved away and Jester moved after him, craving more before realizing he had something to say. âI did not know this was a perk,â he said, chuckling lightly before kissing her again.
Jester in turn pulled away, laughing as well. âOnly for really special roommates.â
***
âCaleb, the rennovaters are all done! You can move back in whenever you want to!â
Nottâs voice came across loud through the phone speaker, forcing Caleb to turn the volume down. It was seven in the morning and the sun was barely beginning to peek through the window of his apartment. He looked down at the woman next to him, still asleep with her blue hair splayed out across the bedsheets.
âThank you Nott, but I donât think that will be necessary for now.â
âReally?â
âYa. I think things have worked out just fine.â
