ok ok ok i saw a post that talked about character design and i have to say i have to go crazy because

but.

I think. that Sectonia's antennae look very. suspiciously similar to the horns on the spider form.

The same could be said about the marks around her eyes. I mean on the spider form it's presumably eyelashes and on the wasp form its probably not but they look similar. don't they? The 3 round shapes coming off of the eye. Its veryyy similar!!!

im probably just deranged but I think its cool. to see these little parts of her original form showing through. I think it could be seen as representative of her still being in there even just a little bit. under all the horrid corruption and such.

i think that significance is emphasised by the fact that when she merges with the dreamstalk her antennae change and she looks even more distant from the spider form! showing that with every new body she is losing herself. piece by piece.

Professor Kirby Conrod from Swarthmore College is recruiting participants for a paid interview study (in-person in Philly or on zoom). Anyone who uses neopronouns for themself, is 18 or older, and is fluent in English is welcome to participate. The study will consist of a casual interview between you and a researcher, a similar interview with a friend of yours, and an exit survey for each of you. Each will receive $15 as compensation for their time.
