The morning sun comes in through the window, stirring the astrophysicist from her sleep. Arms stretch out against the headboard above her followed by a gentle roll towards Valkyrie. “Why did we wait so long to do that?” she muses. “We should do that again, sooner, preferably.”

The beauty of being out of control while still being totally within it. Body held tight underneath Val, being whatever she needs or wants her to be and happy to be there even if it leaves her bed bound in the morning.

"Oh, look! He has some japanese artifacts I know inhumans made. I'm just gonna. . . Snag them and y'know, return them." Each teacup and pot is wrapped in the expensive throw blanket. Kintsugi is too special to not be wrapped and taken back with care. Everyone will be happy to see this set back in it's rightful place.

"Can you grab a couple mints off his desk? We came in with good intentions. We deserve the mints." As for what to do if the guy comes after them for this? There is a trail for the set online from black marketplace to place up to a point. No matter what, this man couldn't have gotten it from a reputable seller. So they'll put a file together, just in case.

the first time: they don't even realize it's their first kiss until lips part from the other. it's a peck, a small one. tangerine can't recall exactly what he was doing, but he does remember that he was in a rush to get from one place to another, and in his rush, he gives the king a peck on the lips. given that he doesn't get slapped in the face, he considers it a good sign.

it's early in the morning. tangerine has to be up for a work meeting. surprisingly, valkyrie is still asleep. she's usually up around the same time he is. but he could get used to the view. she looks so serene, hair flowering out on the pillow. so he kisses her on the forehead, a soft, gentle one. she stirs, but doesn't awaken, instead sighing softly and rolling over.

he's in the hospital, having broken one of his legs. it's a near shatter, but there's nothing that asgardian medicine can't fix. this doesn't prevent tangerine from receiving a chewing out from the king, saying that he needs to stop being so stupid when he was just trying to do his job. she kisses her hand and then presses it to his lips after, telling him he needs to be more careful.

it's in his office. it had been, what? several days since their last encounter. and the both of them were needing. desperately. lips are kissing all over the other's body. it's desperation. it's lust.

tangerine has just proposed, be it unintentionally. the room is totally silence as valkyrie has to take a minute to process what he just said. her only answer is by pressing her lips forcefully on his, nearly throwing him off his feet. but he returns her affections, grabbing on tightly and not letting go.
