thank you so much!!! my nose is super sensitive from my cold and that in combination with how itchy my allergies currently have me has made my sneezes SO harsh and impossible to hold back. my throat is all scraped up from fits like these but it also feels amazing to get the tickle out even for a second.

One of my weird ME symptoms is this strange vagal-y response that makes me feel like I’m gonna pass out and I get this really weird pressure feeling all up throughout my chest and behind my face but then I just sneeze. What the fuck is that!! I mean thanks for the sneeze but Jesus Christ something is heavily malfunctioning in there. It happened like 3 times yesterday and I thought I was fucking dying

thank you so much anon, here’s a short clip with pretty much half coughing/half sneezing, because as this cold has my nose so sensitive and itchy that i can’t stop sneezing, but hitching and the irregularity of my breathing when i sneeze tickles my throat and chest and makes me cough.
this clip is short and my sneezes sound weird due to how congested i am and also because i’m trying to hold them back (and failing) because the more i sneeze the more i cough and the more my head and throat hurt :( it’s not horrible but it’s certainly annoying

on today’s episode of Sam’s mf chronically ill and weird body: had the shakes (not unusual,,, meds side effect n stuff / possible needing of tweak to old meds) but it’s been worse lately & today was v much in hands and upper body
(sleepy?? tense / anxious bc airport? Under the weather still? All of the above mayhaps???)
then on the plane my hands/fingers were getting such intense cramps / getting like stuck in cramp position 💀😭
