eeb beep beep, designed (yet another) emotion oc! Mostly because one of the first thoughts I had after finishing IO 2 was "Ennui's literally just french." And then, "Hey. I could make a filipino emotion."

So here's Kilig! The blooming warmth of energy one gets when a crush locks eyes with them, or when that cute telenovela couple you've been rooting for finally got together, or when one's long-time partner dotes on them and the novelty of adoration never leaves you...welp! Get ready for some squealing.

Might be a little too specific a feeling, but I still had fun conceptualizing this little ball of romantic sparks. There could be avenues where kilig doesn't just occur in romantic love, but from what I know it's mostly applied to romantic stuff. There's like one more Tagalog word I want to make a design out of but it's not clicking with me yet, so you guys just get this fella first.

Nesta offers Elain the chance to accompany her to the Spring Court to deal with Eris, mentioning that Lucien won't be there until the next day.

Elain agrees and ventures to the Spring Court, quickly falling in love with the place as she explores. Just as she's starting to wonder where to go next, she spots Lucien coming in from the stables.

Their conversation becomes a delightful mess of awkward talking over each other until Elain finally manages to express how lovely she finds the Spring Court. Lucien smiles warmly and admits that it may not be Velaris, but it used to be home. He kindly offers her the chance to explore more, particularly with horses.

Elain, filled with excitement to see more of the Spring Court, admits that she would love to but is concerned about getting lost. In a gesture of kindness, Lucien offers to show her around. Elain is thrilled at the prospect of discovering more, and Lucien can't help but feed into her excitement.

Now, they find themselves caught in a whirlwind of emotions, their inner thoughts echoing, "Oh, what have we gotten ourselves into?"
