Ferrin! He’s actually very talented with a tin flute. He usually carries one tied to his belt to play idly in the lazy hours of the day. He taught himself how to play through many long hours of boredom and having absolutely nothing better to do. 

The only songs he can sing, however, are crude caravan songs meant to be sung as a raucous repeat-after-me tunes to pass time when large caravans have a big, sprawling stretch of nothingness to traverse.

Đây không phải là bài tập thể dục đi bộ hay chạy bộ đường dài, mà chỉ đơn giản là đón nhận và kết nối với thiên nhiên bằng khứu giác, vị giác, thị giác, thính giác và xúc giác, bằng cách hít ngửi hương rừng, thưởng thức không khí trong lành, ngắm nhìn cây lá thay màu, lắng nghe tiếng chim hót, tiếng suối chảy róc rách, chạm vào lớp rêu xanh mượt, những viên đá nhẵn bóng hay vỏ cây xù xì và cảm nhận làn gió mơn trớn trên làn da. Hiện nay, loại hình này lan rộng và được ưa chuộng không chỉ ở Nhật Bản mà còn ở các nước như Mỹ, Hàn Quốc và Đài Loan.

Trên khắp Nhật Bản đều có các trung tâm chuyên về liệu pháp shinrin-yoku, sẵn sàng cung cấp các tour du lịch có tổ chức dựa trên nhu cầu cá nhân của du khách. Với sự trợ giúp của hướng dẫn viên hoặc nhà trị liệu, du khách sẽ học cách sống chậm lại và tận hưởng thiên nhiên xung quanh, và có thể kết thúc liệu trình shinrin-yoku bằng một buổi trà đạo.

J’hasi stared at the words in front of him, eyes wide and flicking from one line to the next, starting to turn pages more and more frantically, panic rising with each paragraph.

Everything. Everything he did, down to even the smallest of details. Even- By the Hist, he didn’t need reminding of that. The Khajiit’s claws dug into the cover when he slammed it shut, not wanting to see if it went further into his lifetime than he himself had, eyes searching for an author, a publisher, anything. Unfortunately, there was nothing to be found except the title. J’hasi’s teeth grit tight, jaw clenched as he tried to take a steadying breath, only for it to hiss on the way out.

He was going to find them, and get rid of them. Hopefully...this was the only copy...
