I like to consider my self a pro at this bujang cooking, making sure that my meals are under rm10 and can last for 2 meals or even 2 days depending on how much i devour.
Chicken?
Yes it is cheaper to buy a whole ciken, but for rm10?get chicken breast, the ones u can pick urself and timbang. 3 pairs of chiken breast can cost round rm6-rm8, and can last actually for more than 3 meals.
Fish?
Fish is my go to! Its way cheaper and easy fast to cook.
What lauk can u make with 4 ingredients?
Masak kicap ( fish or chicken )
- cili
- bawang merah/putih
- kicap and osyter sos
- sayur : carrot etc (if u have any)
Masak sweet sour ( fish or chicken )
- cili sos + tomato sos
- kicap + osyter sos
- sayur : carrot or timun jepun etc
Masak ginger ( perfect for chicken )
- garlic + ginger
- light soy sos + kicap manis sikit
- sayur or egg tofu (if u have)
- sesame oil will elevate this dish (if u have it in your kitchen)
Masak kuning (lemak kering) (fish and chicken)
Blender semua ni : bawang merah + bawang putih + cili + serai + kunyit hidup
And tumis… then letak sikit air asam jawa
U can eat it just as it is, or u can also tambah sayur of your choice.
[ MAKANAN YG PATUT DIELAKKAN MASA RAMADHAN ] . Dalam puasa cuba elak makanan2 ni secara berlebihan. . 1️⃣ Manis-manis . Segala jenis makanan atau minuman yg menambahkan gula secara berlebihan. Kalau sahur dengan benda2 ni, mesti jam 7 pagi dah lembik dah. Sugar crash. 😴 . Dan utk yg tengah dlm program nak turun berat, benda manis ni memang musuh. Selain kalori yg tinggi, ia juga ada sifat ketagihan. Cuba elak at all cost. ❌ . 2️⃣ Lemak Tinggi . Benda goreng2 ni memang sedap. Tambah lagi yg ada kat bazaar Ramadhan. Perghh … kalau tengok minyak yg dia org goreng keropok lekor, jemput2, ayam goreng, dsb. Mesti gelap pekat. Ntah berapa kali goreng baru dia orang salin minyak baru. 😭 . Oh ya, yg dari restoran fast food pun kena elakkan juga. Deep fried tinggi kalori. Juga makanan dia tinggi garam. Kalau makan untuk berbuka, memang susah nak bangkit utk terawih nanti. 🤪 . 3️⃣ Tinggi Garam . Ada tak yg tak selera nak bersahur. Dan solusinya ialah makan nasi dengan kicap, budu atau cencaluk? Memang best. Ada ikan masin & sambal belacan memang terangkat. Tapi makanan ni semua tinggi garam. . Utk jangka masa panjang memang tak elok utk badan kita. Nahh dah selit resepi untuk ampaaa! •Daging potong halus dan dibersihkan •Bawang besar/bawang holland dikisar kasar (tapis, air bawang jangan buang. Nanti boleh bancuh rempah dan cili kisar) •Rempah kari daging •Cili kisar •Kicap lemak manis •Gula merah •Serbuk lada hitam Bahan tumis •Bawang besar(dimayang halus) •Bawang putih(dimayang halus •Halia(dimayang halus) •4 sekawan •Daun kari Cara cara memasak •Panaskan minyak, masukkan 4 sekawan, bawang putih, bawang besar, halia biar sampai layu dan kuning. Masukkan bawang kisar, biar 5-10minit. •Masukkan cili kisar, biar sekejap dalam 5minit sambil kacau, masukkan rempah, lada hitam dan gula merah sampai pecah minyak. Bila dah pecah minyak dan wangi. Bahan perapan :
2 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk lumat
sedikit halia - ditumbuk lumat
sedikit serbuk kunyit
3 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk lumat
2 sudu besar kicap lemak manis
1 sudu besar air
Cara-Cara:
1. Ikan terubuk diperap bersama bahan perapan selama 10 minit. Kemudian digoreng sehinga garing.
2. Tinggalkan minyak dalam anggaran 1 sudu besar. Kemudian tumiskan bawang putih yang telah ditumbuk lumat sehingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan kicap lemak manis dan air.
4. Akhir sekali masukkan ikan terubuk.

Follow je @resepisedap . . 🌸Resepi Sandwich Kebab🌸 Bahan-Bahan : Beberapa keeping daging Burger Ramly atau Ayamas – beli yang berjenama sedap sikit 😉 – Kalau nak pakai daging fresh better pakai daging hancur (minced beef) Sos tiram, sos tomato, dan sos cili – main tuang ikut suka hati je maybe dalam anggaran 2-3 sudu utk setiap jenis sos, secukup rasa lah ye Sedikit kicap manis - nak warna sedikit gelap Sedikit lada sulah Bawang putih diketuk atau dicincang Bawang besar dipotong dadu Timun jepun dipotong dadu Tomato dipotong dadu Cili capsicum hijau dipotong dadu Boleh juga pakai frozen mix veggies. Terpulang lah nak pakai sayur apa pun 😉 Cara-cara : Tumis sedikit je minyak, masukkan bawang putih diketuk. Masukkan daging burger yang dipotong dadu kecil-kecil. Daging burger ni banyak lemak dan minyak, jadi guna sikit minyak pun dah cukup. Goreng sebentar sehingga daging masak sambil-sambil hancurkan lagi daging tu dalam kuali menggunakan sudip. Kalau hancur senang sikit nak isi dalam roti nanti. Masukkan lada sulah. Apabila daging dah lembut, garing dan masak elok, tuang kan sos dan kicap secukupnya. Tuang juga sedikit air. Fungsi air tu supaya daging kebab tu menyerap rasa sos-sos yang kita masuk tadi disamping melembutkan daging yang digoreng tadi. Rasanya mesti manis –manis sikit okay. Masukkan garam jika perlu. Masukkan sayur-sayuran dan bawang besar yang telah dipotong. Goreng seketika sehingga sayur masak dan tetapi masih rangup (jangan terlebih masak sayur tu). Boleh lah dihidangkan sebagai inti sandwich, atau inti didalam roti pita. Since then, we always use it to greet one another when ramadhan comes. Sweet kan =)
My azam for this year’s ramadhan is to cook everyday for iftor. At least one meal per day, in sya Allah. It’s already 2nd day of ramadhan and I have cooked a lot of menu! Ikan tenggiri masak kicap, ikan tenggiri masak lemak cili api, sayur campur, telur bungkus, aiskrim goreng, honey lemonade, teh o ais.. Hahaha simple je semua but I enjoyed every moment. I don’t like cooking, honestly. But I’m trying my best here. I know if I learn well, I’ll do well in sya Allah. I’m quite a fast learner alhamdulillah.. and mom’s the best cook. So I should learn as many as I can so I’ll be confident to get marry next year! Haha. But hopefully my future husband is a good cook too. Ameen.
I wanna keep praying to Allah for one solid du’a, throughout this ramadhan. I pray to Allah to let me get marry by next year. With whoever best He has in store for me. I just wanna get marry fast before my parents get older. I can’t imagine my wedding day without them healthy and smiling. So, I’ll prepare myself to be the best woman I could ever be for the best man who will ask for my hand, hopefully next year! Or maybe at the end of this year? Hahaha berangan. I think I’m ready.. or maybe it’s actually peer pressure? Huhu. I don’t know. Whatever it is, I wish to get marry in 2020. Ameen.
I love this year’s ramadhan. I feel like it’s gonna be one of the best ramadhan in my life. I don’t find the reason yet, but it just feels calmer than ever. Maybe because I got nothing to worry about, nothing to do, no commitments, no jobs, nothing. Boleh bagi 100% focus pada Ramadhan je in sya Allah. Tahun lepas kan ramadhan musim final pro exam. But that made it memorable and sweet too. because first time I tidur bermalam dekat different mosques on the last odd nights for qiyamulail. For 4 nights if I’m not mistaken. With wani, kinah and abby, and one night with mira in putrajaya. It was so lovely! Alhamdulillah. Haritu dah plan untuk repeat bermalam di masjid for qiyamulail at shah alam pulak. Mudah-mudahan plan jadiii...
