#i wanted to draw the other guardians too but this would be a good start #ok so #tsuna starts his band. yamamoto bass and gokudera keys and tsuna suprisingly drummer and also lead vocal. reborn appears out of nowhere-#being “youre not your full potential so i will drain you till youre like a fish in a dehydrator until you become the best out there.”#thats about it #but i just like how drumming singers are like extremely good music people because drumming is already hard. and singing too???#absolutely insane i might say. tsuna would do this (bc reborn told him so)#he does not want to be the best but reborn exists in the paro for a reason #reborn is like maybe a famous musician who faked his death then did whatever he wanted to do while he was “alive”. then he got tsuna as his #apprentice and so so. oh yeah also whiplash (the movie) reference bc holy shit its so good. for me at least. and reborn would make tsuna go #that kind of crazy. like training until drenched in sweat from morning to night or whenever hes available. bc he knows he has potential #he just need someone to push him beyond his expected limit #btw 8059 implied #gokudera joined the band first bc yeah then comes yamamoto for fun as he had to rest from playing baseball a bit too enthusiastic #gokudera hated him so much for like being dumb??? #sting #this brought to you by me approaching the end of the first phase of the IWTV x Sting playlist (going through his discography and then #culling what doesn't fit the theme) and hearing Everybody Laughed But You and going oh. ok. i like what you're doing here #he reused the instrumental for another song released during the same era (using k-pop terms help) and they're both good but.#ELBY. that one yk #i am also learning that his golden age of no-skip albums is (as i suspected + know from what i've listened to before) is from solo debut #The Dream of the Blue Turtles in '85 to Brand New Day in '99. after that the albums tend to have a couple good songs here and there #but not yk. full playthrough without fast-forwarding. the live albums are great tho 10/10. so is Symphonicities which is the orchestral #cover album he released in 2010 #my task now is to decide whether i'm going to organize it like my JWDS playlists (mainly in order of album) OR by lyrical theme OR #by key signature so it like. flows into itself harmonically. idk. we'll figure it out sksksksk

HE WAS SO NICE TOO.....#the concert was off the charts aaaaa... even my mom was like 'wow he's still singing in the same key as the album releases?!!?'#YES HE WAS AND HE WAS PLAYING THAT KEYBOARD FANTASTICALLY #i promised not to cry but i started crying when he did the 'house of the rising sun' organ solo.... he did it exactly like he did in '64....#not to mention my uncontrollable sobbing after the concert......#he liked my art book and told me he'd treasure it..... 🥹#AND HUGGED ME. AND TOOK A PHOTO WITH ME.
