Tag 5: Keto und Sport – Ein dynamisches Duo
Heute habe ich mich auf ein neues Terrain gewagt: die Verbindung von Keto-Ernährung und Sport. Ich war neugierig, wie sich die Umstellung auf eine kohlenhydratarme Ernährung auf meine sportliche Leistung auswirken würde. Überraschenderweise fühlte ich mich während meines Workouts energetischer und ausdauernder als erwartet.

Ich startete den Tag mit einem leichten Frühstück, bestehend aus einem Keto-Smoothie mit Avocado, Spinat, MCT-Öl und Protein. Dann machte ich mich auf den Weg zu einer morgendlichen Joggingrunde im Park. Die frische Luft und die Bewegung gaben mir einen zusätzlichen Schub.
Nach dem Lauf genehmigte ich mir einen Snack aus Mandeln und Käse, um meine Energie aufrechtzuerhalten. Mein Mittagessen bestand aus einem großen Salat mit viel Grün, Hähnchen und Olivenöl, ideal für die Erholung nach dem Sport.
Der Nachmittag war dem Krafttraining gewidmet. Trotz meiner Befürchtungen, dass mir die Energie fehlen könnte, war ich überrascht, wie leistungsfähig ich mich fühlte. Mein Abendessen war eine wohlverdiente Belohnung: Ein saftiges Steak mit einer Seite von geröstetem Gemüse.
Heute habe ich gelernt, dass Keto und Sport tatsächlich sehr gut zusammenpassen. Die richtige Balance und Timing bei den Mahlzeiten scheinen der Schlüssel zu sein. Ich freue mich darauf, diesen Weg weiter zu erforschen!

🔆Hey yalll, I have been a slacker with posting the past two days, but my anxiety was a little high, mainly because I was going to have a jury duty, but turns out I don't have to go at all. [7/156] Workout complete! Well today's workout was a good one except I forgot my phone at home 😫. My kind boyfriend took this low quality photo on his tablet so I'd have "proof" I went. The second photo was taken back at home and will be the one I look at to see my progress in the upcoming months. I worked out chest, back, and some abs today. My fitbit is having constant problems in registering my heart rate correctly so I don't know how many calories I burned. Anyways I'm feeling sore already so it was a good day!
