“However, regardless of whether or not the absence of health meets a clinical threshold of a mental disorder or merits psychological intervention, a human being who is lacking in their ability to live a Godly life is considered psycho-spiritually unhealthy and dysfunctional.”

3 Mysteries of the Universe — and a New Force That Might Explain Them | Alex Keshavarzi | TED
We’re still in the dark about what 95 percent of our universe is made of — and the standard model for understanding particle physics has hit a limit. What’s the next step forward? Particle physicist Alex Keshavarzi digs into the first results of the Muon g-2 experiment at Fermilab in Chicago, which found compelling evidence of new particles or forces existing in our universe — a finding that…

{} #_intcss0{display: none;} Fonte

How does Trump love science? Let us count the ways:
Sepiedeh Keshavarzi is a permanent resident of Australia, and currently a Senior Research Fellow at University College London. She was invited to give a presentation at this year’s Society for Neuroscience in Chicago. But she was born in Iran, and even though she hasn’t lived there for over a decade she still has her Iranian passport. So the United States denied her a visa and barred her from entering the country.
Hamid Ramezanpour is a Ph.D. student at the University of Tübingen in Germany. He, too, was invited to give a presentation at this year’s Society for Neuroscience. He, too, is originally from Iran. So he, too, was denied a visa and barred from entering the country.
Leili Mortazavi was a student at the University of British Columbia last year. But she also has her Iranian passport, so she was denied a visa and barred from entering the country to attend last year’s Society for Neuroscience in San Diego.
Mortazavi got clever, though, and applied for a Canadian passport. After she received it, the United States let her apply for a visa this year. She is now a graduate research assistant at Stanford.

“Knowledge acquired through truthful reports (khabar sadiq) is also divisible into similar categories: (1) reports that establish knowledge necessarily (daruri) due to their self-evident veracity, and (2) reports that establish knowledge through evidence-based deduction (istidlali), such as those reports transmitted by prophets whose prophethood is corroborated by miracles. Knowledge in this category includes divine revelation (wahy) and is the sole source of knowledge available to humans which provides insight into the empirically and rationally inaccessible, i.e. the unseen (ghayb). Reliable and unadulterated reports of revelation are accesible today in two forms: (1) the Qur'an, or recited revelation (wahy matluww), and (2) the Hadith (prophetic tradition), or non-recited revelation (wahy ghayr matluww).”

Alex Keshavarzi interview: How muons could reveal exotic new physics
Precision measurements have long suggested that particles called muons, closely related to the electron, are misbehaving. Now, it seems their shenanigans might be pointing to the presence of new particles Physics 9 February 2022 By New Scientist Jennie Edwards FOR decades, physicists have been aware of a gnawing anomaly in the behaviour of a mysterious fundamental particle, the muon. Muons…

U.S. imposes new Iran sanctions that may spook European banks
The United States on Thursday slapped fresh sanctions on Iran’s financial sector, targeting 18 banks in an effort to further choke off Iranian revenues as Washington ramps up pressure on Tehran weeks ahead of the U.S. election.
The move freezes any U.S. assets of those blacklisted and generally bars Americans from dealing with them, while extending secondary sanctions to those who do business with them. This means foreign banks risk losing access to the U.S. market and financial system.
The Treasury Department said in a statement the prohibitions did not apply to transactions to sell agricultural commodities, food, medicine or medical devices to Iran, saying it understood the need for humanitarian goods.
However, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif accused the United States of targeting Iran’s ability to pay for basic necessities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“U.S. regime wants to blow up our remaining channels to pay for food & medicine,” Zarif said on Twitter. “Conspiring to starve a population is a crime against humanity.”
Iranian Central Bank governor Abdolnaser Hemmati dismissed the sanctions as political propaganda and played down their practical impact.
“Rather than having any economic effect, the American move is for U.S. domestic propaganda and political purposes, and shows the falsity of the human rights and humanitarian claims of U.S. leaders,” Hemmati said in a statement.
Analysts said the secondary sanctions may further deter European and other foreign banks from working with Iran, even for permitted humanitarian transactions.
“It’s like a punch in the face to the Europeans, who have gone out of their way to indicate to the Americans that they view it as being extremely threatening to humanitarian assistance or humanitarian trade going to Iran,” said Elizabeth Rosenberg of the Center for a New American Security think tank.
“They also want … to make it very difficult for any future president to be able to unwind these measures and engage in nuclear diplomacy,” Rosenberg added, alluding to the possibility that Democratic candidate Joe Biden could defeat Republican President Donald Trump in the Nov. 3 U.S. election.
Biden, who was vice president when the Obama administration negotiated the nuclear accord, has said he would rejoin the deal if Iran first resumed compliance with it.
Tensions between Washington and Tehran have soared since Trump unilaterally withdrew in 2018 from the 2015 Iran nuclear deal struck by his predecessor and began re-imposing U.S. sanctions that had been eased under the accord.
The sanctions Trump has reinstated target everything from oil sales to shipping and financial activities. While they exempt food, medicine and other humanitarian supplies, many foreign banks are already deterred from doing business with the Islamic Republic – including for humanitarian deals.
Washington’s latest move targeted what the Treasury described as 18 major Iranian banks, which were designated under authorities including U.S. Executive Order 13902, which allows the Treasury Department to target entire sectors of the Iranian economy.
It named them as Amin Investment Bank, Bank Keshavarzi Iran, Bank Maskan, Bank Refah Kargaran, Bank-e Shahr, Eghtesad Novin Bank, Gharzolhasaneh Resalat Bank, Hekmat Iranian Bank, Iran Zamin Bank, Karafarin Bank, Khavarmianeh Bank, Mehr Iran Credit Union Bank, Pasargad Bank, Saman Bank, Sarmayeh Bank, Tosee Taavon Bank, Tourism Bank and Islamic Regional Cooperation Bank.

Aloe Vera contains many benefits to humanity. Let's take a look at the research: GUT HEALTH: Aloe Vera improves the symptom scores for patients with diarrhea-predominant or mixed type IBS, especially in terms of the sub-scores of pain and bowel habit satisfaction. Recently, probiotics originated from AV leaf such as Lactobacillus brevis strains selectively inhibited the growth of harmful enteropathogens in the gut (Wook Hong et al., 2018). FAT LOSS?!: This study was conducted in Korea, using 120 subjects, all of whom were not only obese, but also had stage-1 type-2 diabetes. Half of them were given a placebo for 8 weeks; the other half were given 4 capsules containing the aloe vera extract every day. In the 8 weeks that the experiment lasted, the subjects that had been given aloe vera lost 0.9 kg fat and gained 0.6 kg lean body mass (Choi et al., 2013). Perhaps Aloe Vera improves body composition via the gut microbiome!? OTHER BENEFITS: Aloe vera also possesses anti-inflammatory properties, anti-diabetes, cellular protection, restoration, and mucus-stimulating activities (Keshavarzi et al., 2014). Remember the above mentioned benefits are negligible in natural concentrations #aloevera #organic #natural #health #skin #healthylifestyle #diet #beautifulskin #flawless #nature https://www.instagram.com/p/CDFjw7-hOWz/?igshid=1p478273m15ah
