ok but I'm obsessed with that hat on Tess. yes, that's kristopher volkov's mom up there on the right.

I have for you a companion to my previous simblreen set - 4 pieces of wall art depicting witches who fought in the war between spellcasters and vampires. These are meant to be older than the previous set, but in color bc magic!

If you're interested in learning more about the Century Conflict (the war between vampires and spellcasters) I compiled information about it from in-game text here.

flora's revelation [SFS]

Florencia learned long ago that the only way to survive chaos is to become chaos. That's her excuse, anyway. Florencia Dillon is an oc spellcaster-turned-vampire who later became Elle DeVampiro's mother-in-law. I don't want to clutter up this post more than I already have, but she shows up in my previous set and you can read more about how I've developed the DeVampiro family here.

keisha's plunder [SFS]

No one knows how Keisha got this frame. Best not to think about it too hard. Keisha Hughes is a premade from the Realm of Magic Sages household. She is L. Faba's predecessor as Sage of Mischief.

maria's historical prints (requires werewolves) [SFS]

Maria understood the importance of photography in maintaining and communicating a robust historical record. She designed these frames to house her favorite moments. She may have gone slightly overboard in duplicating literally hundreds of them on the assumptions that her colleagues would be as passionate about the preservation of history as she was. Someone will find something to do with the excess - they’re really quite cute! Maria Volkov was a Mooncaster (one of the spellcasters who successfully fought vampires by becoming werewolves). She was Kristopher Volkov's mother and died a very long time ago.

tess's discovery (requires realm of magic) [SFS]

After the invention of the camera, Tess began experimenting with different chemicals and development methods in an attempt to invent color photography. Weeks spent inhaling noxious fumes in an unventilated basement led her to one conclusion: Just use magic. Tess Dyer is a premade from the Realm of Magic Sages household. She is Morgyn Ember's predecessor as Sage of the Untamed. According to this trailer, she was the one who ascended them.

In the past, Tess Dyer, Keisha Hughes, and Ethren Reyes were appointed as the sages. Tess and Keisha, however, were constantly at odds over what Tess deemed questionable experiments. Keisha's pursuits focused on the investigation of the fractured magic realm, and, what particularly exasperated Tess, on attempting to delay her own aging, a quest that gradually rendered her more and more vampire-like. Amidst the disputes, Ethren learned to remain calm and grounded even in the most heated situations. (•̀ ᴗ -)

Ethren: What did you want to ask us about more exactly?

Ahriman: Bella said that romance and wanting to woohoo are two different things, and that a relationship has to contain both. I don't understand, I thought love was about woohoo.

Keisha: You don't have to want to woohoo with someone just because you're in love, and you don't have to be in love to want to woohoo with someone.

Ahriman: So, just because I want to woohoo with someone doesn't automatically mean that I'm in love?

Keisha: Exactly.

Ahriman: But what does love feel like then?

Ethren: Well, that's really not our department.

Ahriman: I know. That's why I tried to ask Áine.

Ethren: I wish she could've taken some time for you for once.

Ahriman: I thought love was about flirting, messing around, things like that.

Keisha: Look. Maybe be a bit more careful. You have been giving me the impression that you enjoy toying with people's feelings.

Ahriman: I don't mean to hurt people, I just don't know how not to.

Ahriman: About toying with people's feelings, Bella said I was toying with her feelings, that love isn't about woohoo, and that I'm not normal because I'm okay with multiple partners.

Keisha: Love comes in many forms, but you have to agree on what's okay or not in a relationship.

Ahriman: But am I not allowed to woohoo if I can't fall in love?

Keisha: As I said, you don't have to be in love to want to woohoo with someone.

Ahriman: But am I allowed to.

Keisha: Yes, with those who feel the same way, and I'm sure there are others like you.

Keisha: Maybe you could ask your friends if any of them feel the same way?

Ahriman: What friends?

Keisha: Maybe Grace and Tomax, they're your age.

Ahriman: We're not friends.

Ethren: You could try to make friends with them.

Ahriman: But I don't know how to make friends!

Ahriman: Why does everything have to be so difficult?

Keisha: Ahriman, please-

Keisha: Ugh, she's such a drama royalty sometimes.

Ahriman: Ughhhhh… Everyone can go to The Netherworld! Everything can go to…

Ahriman: To…

Ahriman: Why am I so broken? Can't make friends. Always hurt people's feelings. Maybe I should just embrace it, being the worst person I can. It's not like anyone expects anything else from me anyway.

Previous sages are also very important in my storyline, so i have their makeovers too. Keisha's barely changed, Tess has changed a lot, and I'm obsessed with both of them.

Tess Dyer / Morgyn is somewhat of a snob when it comes to magic, they know how talented they are (rightfully so), they've been told it excessively throughout their apprenticeship and all the time later, and they have a hard time seeing any spellcaster as their equal. Except for Tess Dyer. She's not only brilliant, she also has a very strong presence, you can practically feel her entering the magic realm because it feels like the realm itself holds its breath and concentrates around her. Morgyn admires Tess, and up until one point that i can't elaborate on, Tess remains Morgyn's role model.

Keisha Hughes / Unlike Elle Faba, Keisha is a human, and despite getting carried away easily, she's actually not as chaotic (also mischief magic in my story is not about mischief per se, so you don't have to have a mean bone in your body to be attuned to this school). Keisha mentored Elle not because she really wanted Elle to become a sage one day but because it was the best way to keep her in line. She was very, very cautios about leaving the sage position to someone so untrustworthy and unpredictable, but she didn't have much of a choice, all three of them were needed elsewhere - so she had nothing to do but to trust Simeon and Morgyn to be able to keep Elle in line in her stead.

Keisha and Tess are friends, and they're really good for each other. Keisha is one of the very few people who can make Tess laugh and relax, and Tess is good in grounding Keisha when she gets too carried away.

(there's no Ethren for now because i'm not happy with his makeover yet, but he's also their friend and Serena's very good friend, if not something more)

i've noticed that particular costume dress looks phenomenal on extremely buff men. ethren and dillon both have their fitness bars maxed out and they both rock it.
