This show ran from 2017-2018. Once a kitten was adopted, they were removed from the “house” and replaced by another kitty in need of a forever home:

Created with the Icelandic Cat Protection Society, Iceland's reality TV show featured kittens rescued from an animal shelter.

They were together in a miniature house, and the names of the original stars were Guðni, Ronja, Briet, and Stubbur.

Cameras were placed around the house to capture a nonstop live-stream as the kittens celebrated the holidays and slept together in their miniaturized bunk beds.

Did you guys know there is an Icelandic live feed of kittens where they chill in a tiny house and it’s called Keeping up with the Kattarshians because “kattar” means cat in Icelandic and I love a good pun! (play on words?? who cares! Icelandic cats!)

'Keeping Up With the Kattarshians' Is the Cat-Centric Reality Show You Never Knew You Needed

We’ve found the purr-fect new reality show for you! Keeping Up With the Kattarshians broadcasts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from an Icelandic cat adoption center.

The show features four orphan kittens that sleep and play in an oversized dollhouse. Viewers can watch the cats – Guðni, Ronja, Bríet and Stubbur – through GoPro cameras hidden throughout the KUWTK home.

What began as a way of finding the kittens permanent homes has become a new internet sensation. The show’s producer, Inga Lind Karlsdottir told Vice Media’s Broadly Channel that the success of the show came as a shock. “I thought it was a cute idea,” she said. “But I never thought it would go so big.”

The livestream, which aired for the first time last week, took over a year to put together. Karlsdottir said it took so long because the production team wanted all the animal welfare authorities to approve it before they moved forward. “And here we are, a year later, with the first reality TV show starring kittens. All the people who were laughing then aren’t now,” she said.

All four of the original kittens have already been adopted thanks to the show’s immediate internet fame. Fans can expect a new litter to move into the Kattarshian home early next week.

Iceland’s most adorable 24/7 kitten-cam-slash-reality-show, Keeping Up With the Kattarshians, just brought on five new kittens, and this is Þór, one of the new recruits, in a silly pose in a bathtub (the photo this is based on is on the linked page). He is obviously the cutest because he looks a bit like Birta.

This looks better on paper or when viewed from afar; it’s quite small, so the lines get very wobbly and blurry when blown up to this size. Oh well.

basically it’s a livestream of four cats in a cat house and made in partnership with the Icelandic Cat Protection Society - the cats are all rescue animals and through this program they have all been adopted so new ones will then be featured

And Wheatley says hello too!! We're all a little tired so he can't form a proper response but he appreciates it!! Spy says hello too, he's the fuzziest around the edges atm bcs he doesn't like it when its breakdown time but he cares you so he wants to say hi too. He would very much like to see the kittens.
