Mikoto Mishima headcanons!

Mikoto was born 9 months after Tekken 8, yes Jun and Kazuya couldn't keep it in their pants after finding each other again ( @acequeenking this is because of your fic! )

Her birthday is October 1st, i chose this date because September 18th is Jun's birthday, Jin's on August 5th and Kazuya's is on November 12nd and i wanted the family's birthdays close to each other!.

Seriously this family has birthdays every month starting August xD August ( Jin ) September ( Jun ) October ( Mikoto ) Kazuya ( November )

She was born during a time of conflict with Reina, and of course, after a war.

Kazuya spoils her a lot, she's his baby girl ( Kazuya always wanted to be a girl dad )

he takes her shopping, does make up on him, tea parties etc, keeps away the bad boys...not that she is into that.

After Reina took the Zaibatsu, Kazuya returned on the scenes as the leader of G-corp. Jun was pregnant with her at that time. They both lived in a huge estate in Tokyo, and Kazuya was the dotting husband.

Mikoto was trained in Mishima and Kazama style martial arts

She was childhood friends with Ben, Victor's nephew who was 3 years older than her.

Ben and Mikoto ended up together, and surprise! Ben was the one who fell in love first instead.

His style is with swords like Victor's, he was trained by him.

Jun also adores Mikoto, they both would make each others hairs, make up, and when Mikoto was having any trouble she would often go to her mom to console her. ( And her dad too of course )

Mikoto and Jun are basically each others best friend!

Mikoto also reads books/novels and likes plushies

Her favorite desert is Pancakes, Ice Cream and Crepes

Her favorite food is Hamburgers, Yakitori and Curry

She also likes Hot Chocolate and Boba Tea

When Jin's son Jinrei came into the Mishima Estate ( after Reina was defeated and the Mishima Zaibatsu and G-corp merged under Kazuya as one ) she trained him in the Mishima/Kazama style along with Kazuya and Jun.

Mikoto became the leader of the Mishima Zaibatsu at 17 years old, making her the youngest one. ( depending what age Reina is of course )

Mikoto has a tiger named Shiro! he's a white tiger and the Mishima Estate also has Kuro, Kazuya's black Puma/Panther

Mikoto looks a lot like Kazumi, having Kazuya's features and face. But her hair is all Jun. That's a combination that softens Kazuya. Considering those 2 are the women who loved him the most.

She's also besties with Xiaoyu! Xiaoyu loves her! she adores doing girl stuff together

Jin adores his sister too although it was a shock of him to find out his mom was pregnant AGAIN. And after all those years.

Jin is also over protective of Mikoto, both him and Kazuya. If a creep looks at her the wrong way...hoo boy. You better start running.

Mikoto is popular like her mom, dad and bro although she's quite oblivious ( hey like father, like mother like son ) the first time she fell in love was with Ben and they were each other's first love.

Ben is honestly such a gentleman and a kind boy, a total perfect man! someone who'd you fall in love with at first sight. but boy did was he scared af when he met Kazuya and Jin. The glares!. Jun was honestly pretty chill with him though.

They both started dating at 20 and later got married when she was around 22-23.

They eventually have a son named Shinichi Mishima.

Mikoto has a lot of girl besties, some of them would find Kazuya handsome ( not that he gives a crap though ) man's only getting better with age, and only Jun is the one lucky woman to have that good old wine for herself.

Ben and Mikoto would sometime read together at the gardens with Shiro and Kuro

Shiro and Kuro both adore Ben

Ben, like his uncle, is fascinated by the Japanese culture, and he eventually was married into the Mishima family and took Mikoto's name.

Ben lost his parents at a young age during the war, in one of Jin's strikes in Tekken 6 and was taken in by his uncle Victor.

Im in writing mood but i dont think i could work that into a story so.

In the tekken hades au, Hell Embodied IS Kazumi but not really or more accurately, not anymore:

Quick lore/mechanic recap: during a run, Jin has a chance to go meet Azazel via ominous purple crystals randomly spawning and get the optional boss fight Devil Jin, which during the first encounter unlock the devil fighting style, and the next encounters allow Jin to get or level up devil style moves. Other than that, Azazel has a story sidequest involving "Kazumi" (basically the Chaos and Nyx equivalent).

Basically during that story sidequest, we get Hell Embodied/"Kazumi" backstory and lore. It was originally a place that came to be because of Azazel's influence but it was slightly closer to the surface than where Azazel, a primordial entity older than most gods, resides (Alex is also from where Azazel is from and that's why theyre both reptilian looking but that's another story).

Eventually it developped a curiosity for what was above and assumed a corporeal form to wander up there (and that's when it added she/her to its pronouns)

She attracted the attention of the new God King Heihachi that just finished usurping his father's throne and he eventually asked to wed her. Initially she intended to use him to gain power and control over this surface world but down the line she developped real feelings for him. And they had a son :)

Eventually Heihachi found out the truth about her nature and, feeling betrayed and wholly believing she did not in fact, love him, he stripped her of her corporeal form and status of goddess and drove her back to her "real" place, aka the middle ground between the primordial dark and the surface world, aka Hell, where she would be utterly incapable of leaving, not even getting the chance to stay a few moments up there like its son and grandson (And Heihachi could do that since his status of God King gave him the authority to do so.)

So that was one way to permanently "kill" a god: by forcefully making everyone forget about them, they are no longer a person. So as far as Heihachi and everyone else was concerned, Kazumi was officially dead.

(Another way is to keep a god in a constant state of dying, so to speak, because leaving a god for dead will only insure they return eventually. Not having the authority of the God King, thats what Lars, Lee and Kazuya did to Heihachi: after Kaz defeated him, they put him at the center of the earth, letting the deadly magma of the place do the job, and bind him there so he could not escape. Lars feels bad about it but it needed to be done for the good of everyone, Lee was like "Oh No! Anyway..." at that, and Kazuya would've thrown a party if it was smth he did. And was all too happy to let the memory of his father be buried forever and to never talk about him again.)

(Young gods can die permanently bc they didnt get enough time to cement themselves into the world. Smth smth if a chick cannot break its egg's shell it will die without being born. Wink wink)

Heihachi kept their child around initially for the same reason Kazuya will keep Jin eons later: he reminded him of his mother. And for the same reason Kazuya will treat Jin, Heihachi came to resent Kazuya: he installed a legacy of parricide by "killing" Jinpachi the Sky God, reducing him to a concept, so to secure his throne (but lying to himself as him making sure his son is a worthy heir), Heihachi did the whole heaven cliff tossing to Kazuya.

"Kazumi" found the body of its/her son and yknow the rest.

As for the reason Kazuya doesnt recognize her, well, for starters, the corporeal form of Kazumi was her human design, but Hell Embodied (who it/she just is now) looks more like a ethereal ghostly version of devil Kazumi. Another reason is that Kaz is a stubborn man who adamently refuses to aknowledge his past pain, be it losing his mother or his father in general.

If Jin confront "Kazumi" after Azazel spilled the beans, it will make Jin promise to not reveal anything to Kazuya, for a multitudes of reasons.

Jin relunctantly agrees but he does call Hell Embodied "grandma" when he's on his own, and he does feel closer to her now.

Sima Qian:司馬遷, Lao Tzu:老子, Fan Li:范蠡 - China's most outstanding 6 people (Essay)

 Since I was a child, I have become familiar with Chinese writing and have learned Chinese philosophy, history books, and Chinese poetry on my own way. However, I hate China, which is too arrogant. I have learned about Chinese history and celebrities from the "summer" era to the "Tang" era, but I dare to select and rank 5 people from a huge number of people. I tried it. Since there are various genres in which I have been active, I cannot compare them accurately, but I will rank them from a subjective perspective of how much they touched my heart.  (Qinyang, Henan). Send his life into his fall. His poetic style, which makes heavy use of allusions and devotes himself to rhetoric, became the ancestor of Song's first Seikontai. He is the author of "Li Gizan Poems" and "Hinan Bunshu". (812? ~ 858)

A great poet who embodies sadness. A deeper poem than Lee Haku(李白) and Du Fu(杜甫). A sad love poem shines.

"Blue jewelry peeking at a crushed boy" (Chinese literary scholar: Kazumi Takahashi's words). His masterpiece is posted at the URL below.

He arranged the books here and there, quickly grabbed the essence of the books, digested and absorbed them, and turned them into blood. This is called "Cut the chapter into Fragment ", and it is also called "Daisai: 獺祭-Otter Festival" because of its appearance. Disciple: I ate it.

Zhaozhou: Then wash the dishes.

In Atsushi Nakajima(敦　中島)'s novel "Gojo Lamentation（悟浄嘆異）," Sun Wukong(孫悟空) advises Zhu Bajie(猪八戒), who is not good at transforming. "I just want to be that person. It's pure. It's the best. Then I can be that person. You can't transform well because you don't have that feeling."

you must know by now I only do these when I see a lot of potential in something that had a great concept but could've been executed better, so. here's my take at a WBB movie rewrite!

- the movie starts more or less the same, with the flashback dream, the bears waking up, and them rushing through town. when they see Nom Nom at the poutine stand, he acknowledges Grizz nervously, clearly not annoyed or indifferent, but unsure about associating with him in front of so many fans, given their differing reputations. hurt by the dejection, the bears try to prove their worth

- ...and inevitably screw up, but it's clear that whatever they do is... probably not that big of a deal, some harmless antics, and the humans are just blowing their grievances out of proportion on sole account of them being bears, as is seen to be the case throughout the show. Trout gets called in, and they're thrown into the van, only to be busted out by Charlie. they (someone especially) tell him how grateful they are to have a friend like him, especially since he snuck all the way through the city just for them, something they know must've been difficult for him. he mentions that it was nothing - he knows how terrifying it is to be hunted down for no good reason, and that they would've done the same for him, too. they get the idea to lay low in Canada for a while, when Chloe, Tabes, Lucy & Darrell call them on Panda's phone. they tell them their plan, and while both parties are heartbroken and infuriated, they agree it's the best decision for their safety, at least for now

- after confronting Trout in rage, the girls & Darrell band together in the official Bears Protection Squad: organizing public events, handing out fliers and shouting passionately through megaphones to spread awareness of all the kind and wonderful things the bears have done for them over the years - easing Chloe out of her shell and supporting her as she tried to fit in and succeed at school, standing by Tabes in her passion for justice and helping her with the rangers and Kirk, lending Lucy a hand with her competitions and babysitting Clifford, and even saving some poor old shmuck's dream of running a mousepad store, not to mention his wedding. they may have been outcasts alone, but together, they became a family. despite it all, the people are unconvinced; the gang know they need to think of something bigger, something more impactful

- the next part plays out the same - the bears hit the road, singing their cute lil' song and getting stopped at the checkpoint, crashing down the hill and landing at the internet animal rave. they're almost kicked out, until the other animals realize their collective solidarity and let them stay the night

- Chloe & co flip rapidly through phone books, run through the streets, going from door to door looking for anyone and everyone from the bears' past who can vouch for their innocence. Tom, Griff and Isaac, Chloe's relatives, the Poppy and Ivy rangers with Zhao, Ranger Martinez, Dr. Clark, Mr. Sacher, Professor Lampwick, Mrs. Lee, the mailman, Wyatt, Nate, Kazumi, even Karla and Yana hear about their deportation and chime in to help. disappointingly, their efforts still go unheard. but they don't give up; they dedice to kick things up a notch

- Grizz has a tonally dark and distressing nightmare about the overwhelming responsibility he feels over keeping his brothers safe, and they just barely escape in the van

- the Protection Squad, aiming to get the support of someone with cultural power and influence, storm Nom Nom's mansion, with Tabes very politely using her strength to press past security (though Farmer is pretty compliant), and ask for his help with the campaign. in Nom Nom fashion he assures he wants nothing to do with them (he doesn't even know who they are, and he's late for some celebrity party anyway), but they pull out some good old Emotional Manipulation using everything they've heard about how the bears helped him, and how he'd probably have been dead if not for Grizz. he's not happy about it, but he knows they're right, and asks what he can do

- after finally making it to the Canadian border, the bears get turned down; maybe there's some legal thing with them being outlaws or some meta joke about how animals don't need passports, but talking ones do. exhausted and frustrated, Panda lashes out at Grizz, upsetting Ice and delivering that brutal line about how they're 'not even brothers' and it was just some 'story they made up to make themselves feel better.' after a silent moment, Grizz chokes up - he's humiliated in himself, for spending so many years trying to protect the people he saw as his family, only to fail miserably, and not even do a good enough job for Panda to consider him his real brother. broken, the two decide that maybe they'd be better off alone - Panda where he can make the right choices for himself, and Grizz where he can't hurt anyone any more. Ice, terrified, tries to pull them back together, even pulling them to the ground at one point to stop them from leaving, but they push him away, and head out on separate paths to find shelter from the rain

- the moment they're separated, Trout reappears and captures them all - they can hear each other's cries, but can't do anything to help as they're each brutally caged and sent to the deportation site. Panda, still in his cage next to Ice Bear and about to be flown or shipped off, has flashbacks to the time they met, triggered by the similarly perilous situation he finds himself in now. he thinks about how much pain they'd all been in - Grizz after losing his family, Panda after living in isolation, Ice after being sent away by Yuri - and how important it was to them that they stayed together after that, how much it healed and comforted them to be around people who knew what it was like to be alone and lost and outcast, but did everything they could to support and nurture each other. it reminds him of the promise they made, not just from Grizz to them, but them in return too, to protect, care for, and remain brothers with each other for life

- spurred into action, he calls out to Ice, asking him to forgive him for the fight and, now more than ever, call upon his awesome littlest brother strength to bust them out. they break free and rush to the now dejected and lifeless Grizz, who makes no effort to free himself from his cage, hopeless and resigned. they have to act quickly before the guards show up, so they ramble tearfully through a list of all the reasons they need and appreciate him, all the ways he's helped them over the years, and all the ways they should've been helping him, too. he might sit at the top of the stack, but as far as they're concerned, he's their sturdy floorboards, their safety net to fall back on, and whether or not he always succeeds, it means so much to them to have someone they can always go. they affirm their willingness to be there for him by opening his cage, and, after Grizz finally lets loose the waterfall of tears he's been holding back the entire time, they embrace

- they break the other bears out, and they charge Trout's forces. they take him down, keeping the speech about his unjustified intolerance and sadistic exploitation of those he sees as different to him, and the fire starts. Panda calls the fire brigade for help, but it's unclear whether they'll make it on time, or whether there'll be enough vehicles to get everyone out safely

- meanwhile, the support have taken to the streets once again. people are ready to dismiss them once more, until they see Nom Nom with a scowling army of internet animal celebrities amongst them - he calls the cityfolk idiots, one for making such a big deal out of such tiny and harmless nuisances, two for being so cold to the bears he owes his life to, and three because. he's literally a bear too! well, marsupial. what he's trying to say, the others chime in, is: why are animals only celebrated in society when they can be made into some kind of tokenistic, pop cultural sensation? why is deviation from the norm only acceptable when it can be exploited for human's enjoyment? why do they have such low tolerance to animals living among them when their buildings are literally built on what used to be their natural habitat? if this is what his fans are like, Nom Nom agrees, then he doesn't want to be famous any more

the crowd is quiet. just then, Chloe gets a call - it's from Panda, showing him in a panic, begging for help as the flames engulf the trees around him. she shows the video call to the crowds, yelling that the bears need their help, and that if they have any common decency they'll do what's right and lend them their hands. slowly, one by one, people from the crowd emerge, dialing the fire brigade to send in more trucks and helicopters to help at the scene. after some tension, uncertainty and one last bout of Trout fuckery, they get all the bears out and put out the fire

- the ending is much the same - people crowd to admire the bears' bravery, and while many others remain unconvinced about their presence, they know that those who care will always be there to use their voice to speak up in support of justice and equality. (I don't want to erase Murphy from the conversation and pretend his arch wasn't a flaw in the movie, so maybe there could be an alternative where he resigns from his position and takes to spreading awareness, although I'd rather leave the specifics to someone with better knowledge and insight.) the bears' friends - Chloe, Tabes, Lucy, Darrell and Yana all rush to embrace them, tearful and delighted that they're all okay, Nom Nom shows up to apologize and take a selfie for his timeline with them, and Charlie embraces Panda, warm and relieved

the bears return home, the rest of the bears integrate into society, and a montage of them finding their places and families is shown as the credits play

Kazumi was pacing around the hall when Dimitri walked past him “What the hell are you wearing?! Get changed!” Kazumi yelled at his brother

“Why?” Dimitri asked twirling the sword

Kazumi snatched the sword from him “What do you mean why?! The Inheritance Ceremony starts in ten minutes! Go get changed, you fucking imbecile!” Kazumi said pushing him up the stares “I’m the only with some goddamn sense in this family!”

Dimitri walked down 7 minutes later “Here how is this?” He turned around to show him the whole outfit and Kazumi just slapped his forehead “What?! Come on it’s not even that bad!”

Kazumi started fixing his hair, tie and smoothing ruffles out of his clothes “Did Reborn teach you nothing?! How the hell do you not know how to tie your own tie?! And your hair is messy as hell! There done and now we are three minutes late! Let’s go you imbecile” The 20 year-old man dragged Dimitri to the ball room where the Inheritance Ceremony was being held

Dimitri was dragged to the front of room by his brother in front of all of Vongola’s allies which was embarrassing as hell “You can let me go now! This is embarrassing!” He slashed at his brothers face after he shoved him onto the platform “Stop man handling me! You worthless scumbag” He patted his clothes down and pushed himself up and gave his stupid speech he had to give about thanking everyone for being there and apologizing for being late.

Tsuna looked over at his grandson before he started his own speech “Now as it is know I am currently ill with a sickness that can not be cured so I am passing the mantle of Vongola over to my grandson a bit earlier than I wanted too, now I hope our allies can help him and his famiglia along the way since they are still a lot younger than is normally accepted for this but circumstances require this…sorry I’m rambling off and now if there isn’t any objections I will be giving him the ring now and will be going back to bed as I’m getting very weak for my old age”

He chuckles at his own misfortune and looks around for anyone objecting it, ignoring his son and daughter-in-law who were surely going to object to it but not because they were concerned for their son but because they know they can’t easily manipulate him and they want Kazumi to take over even if they knew that was literally impossible because 1 he didn’t have Sky flames and 2 he was injured mentally and physically “No objections? Ok Dimitri come here and take the ring and we can get the rest of this party on the road!” He took the ring off and handed it to his grandson who slipped the ring on his finger and zoned out for a few minutes before he went back to his normal brooding self and walked off the stage to start talking to his allies

After six long hours everyone eventually started to take their leave as their kids who had also attended had school in the morning “Yes thank you for coming sinora, we hope to see you if you live long enough and your child here during the next inheritance ceremony, bye have a great night and may the gods bless you and your family.” He leaned down and kissed her hand. He grabbed her hand and walked her to the limo that was waiting to take her to the airport to go back to Russia, he handed her child a chocolate “Trust me, you are going to need a lot of chocolate if your mother is like this when she’s sober” He closes the door and watched them drive off, turned around and walked over to Bill who was sitting on the step smoking a joint

Bill looked over at him and handed him the joint as he sat down “Seems to me, my boss has a soft spot for kids like he does for animals.” He took the joint back from Dimitri “What was that saying of yours? All kids deserve parents-”

“But not all parents deserve kids, this world is fucked up man, hell half the kids here were afraid to talk to me! Why the hell are they so fucked up! I swear to the damn gods next time I see one of them act like that, I’m going to end the ally contract and I don’t care if they are a big or small famiglia! I’m not going to be associated with child abusers” He took his jacket off and stood up

Bill rubbed his shoulder and sat in silence with him for a few minutes in the rain before he broke the silence “Well I wouldn’t exactly do that, Dimitri. Because without Vongola influence they can get away with much more and you are going to leave the kids to fend for themselves. So I say threaten them” He let Dimitri take the last puff of the joint before he stood up, picked up their jackets and led him inside for something to warm them up

Dimitri laughed as he handed Bill his hot chocolate “Well shit! I guess you’re right. Anyway how’s your NEWTs going? It’s uh next month right?”

Bill took a sip of hot chocolate “Roman the studyholic has been forcing me to study for the past three months and Reborn, Fon and Lal have been drilling more knowledge into my brain, speaking of them, why weren’t any of the immortals there besides Shamal? And Roland of course” He said looking over at Dimitri

Remembering my MagiReco Experience

I’m gonna reminisce for a bit and whatnot since I can’t join JP but want to remember my NA account before it goes~

The final version (compare the first time I shared my PlayerID). I managed to come quite a long way and despite some of the struggles I don’t regret anything. I can’t refund the money I put in on Kazumi (or Mito...or Homura...), but it was my birthday at the time and I think it was well spent to see this pure cinnamon bun everyday:

Kazumi’s “Ciao!” always made me smile :’D this game really made me like her a lot more than I already did, she’s just so cute! And powerful af

And my Supports:

For those that don’t know, I like Kanoko a lot, right up there with Kazumi. Enough that I made her my All Support consistently since I’ve started playing. She’s my god damn ace and is just so useful for everything such as stunning bosses and leading most of my teams, I’ve never found her too weak or anything.

And while near everyone complains about all of the girl’s outfits or themes, I personally think Kanoko is the best designed girl in the game:

She’s got a very clear theme that fits with her wish, unique weapon, clever soul gem shape, and she’s just pleasing to look at overall. Other than that I also liked her design because it eerily looked like one I was making for a magical girl oc that I ended up scrapping because I couldn’t work out her backstory and wish with her design (parts of her ended up getting added to my current ones)

I hope we get to see her Witch someday and maybe see her in more events.

Runner Ups:

I don’t really care what people think of her outfit, I like Leila regardless. I actually thought her design was by Inu Curry at first because of the heart’s design and the palette she had. Plus as my healing Fire user she saved my ass a few times. And she reminds me of Blossom from the Powerpuff Girls =P

It’s a shame I couldn’t have 2 Fire girls on Support because Aimi was also a favorite of mine and has saved my ass during the Ui event. Simple design and her personality is great. I hope to see Hayato’s official design someday, maybe when Aimi finally confesses to him lol

Konomi I like from a design perspective, though I would’ve never thought that her main flaw is that she lacks personality beyond liking flowers (which are said to express personality ironically.) Where most just disregard her because of how flat she is, I found it intriguing and it makes me want to see her Witch and hope she’ll finally develop in the future.

While I didn’t use Emiri as much, she was fun to use while starting out. And I grew to love her personality over time too. She just has so much chemistry with everyone.

Also want to talk about my special team that I used mostly during the main story and sometimes in Mirrors. The theme team, Boys☆Only:

Consisting of the most boyish characters, Corbeau, Kirika, Kanae, Kaoru and Akira~ Difficult to use because of some of their Connects and single target Magia, but they’re pretty powerful under the right circumstances.

Kanae was my favorite of the bunch in particular, her design is unique (though she looks like Edward Elric from FMA lol) and her voice is surprisingly deep.

It was unfortunate that the game forces you to use Supports so I had to rotate everyone from time to time. During the formation of this team and while I waited for better girls such as Corbeau, I used other ones that I considered boyish:

These guys I used for a short time, but Mito was a solid staple because of her usefulness (and she looks cuter with her hood up.) I really wish we could’ve gotten part 2 because I was really looking forward to adding Yozuru to the main party and perhaps Sakuya and Hotori as well to round them out.

I really wish the server didn’t have to shut down so early, but I suppose it’d happen eventually given how shitty 2020′s been and how hard it’s been hitting some people financially. The crazy part of me hopes they’ll reboot the server globally and update it for Part 2 but I doubt it.

It’s been fun, but all good things come to an end eventually.

Lee Birthday Headcanons!

when Lee was adopted by Heihachi, he would ask Heihachi to invite some friends over to celebrate but Heihachi would brush it off saying that he should be focused on his training instead.

He would make him fight Kazuya, Kazuya feeling some sort of pity, would give him a cupcake he made himself with the help of the kitchen staff.

He would be a bit tsundere about it but Kazuya meant it. Lee felt happy that his brother wasn't that much of an asshole. The two would then go and play in the garden until Heihachi caughts them and make them train again.

During his adult years, he would go out with ladies and party, he would ask Kazuya too to come and not be a party pooper but Kazuya would brush it off and tell him to buzz off basically. Telling him that those stuff are stupid.

When he was working with Kazuya in Tekken 1 and before 2, Lee decided to do something diferent, he asked Kazuya to go to the arcade and later to a bar and grill to celebrate, Kazuya to Lee's surprise accepted his offer and went with him. ( Lee thought it was because Kaz finally defeated Heihachi )

they went with Paul and Law there and ate burgers and drink beers

After Tekken 2, Lee would often go to Kazuya's "grave" ( i say grave because there was no body there ) and leave flowers there on his birthday and on Kaz's day, much like they both did to Kazumi's grave. Lee found Jun there once, but on Kazuya's birthday, she looked very sad and melacholic.

Lee, feeling sad and pity for her, asked her to buy her a hot choco from the coffee shop.

After Tekken 8, Lee, Paul, Law, Jin, Lars and Kazuya would go out together for drinks and burgers on Lee's day. and Jun and Anna would join them.

Lee also reconsiled with Anna after Tekken 8, and eventually started a relationship together.

Pairing: Dori Sakurada & MC Genre: Smut / Romance Summary: Me and Dori Sakurada were somehow involved. He was not my boyfriend. He never desired to be anything at all. I knew I meant nothing but just some of his time. It was like a storm taking over and there was no way making it to the end without traces. Though, I did not mind the situation at all. At least I thought so...

I bit down my lip and wished I would never call Kazumi. Even if Dori ended the call he must have heard when he said my name and thought we were here. I tried to find something to say but before I came up with anything I heard Dori’s deep voice.

“No... You are not but she is leaving.”

I could sense something was up and I just had to leave like Dori said. I tried to take a step but Kazumi was still on my way. He caught me by the wrist and took a look at my hand for a brief moment. I tried to get away from his grip but he did not let me. A chuckle that sent chills down my spine left his lips.

“When I saw those rings I thought they were for you and Mina but now I understand it.”

The word ring lingered in my ears and my eyes were glued to Dori to see his reaction. Dori furrowed his eyebrows.

“That is none of your business.”

Kazumi’s tight grip on my wrist was finally gone. I knew I should have left but I could not. I wanted to know.

“First at the party, now this... It was never Mina. It was her and you bought those rings for you two.”

My eyes were wide with utter shock. This was stronger than everything he has done. Tears forming in my eyes I asked.

“Why didn’t you tell me?”

Dori averted his gaze as he sighed. Our mutual steps ended when we were just inches away from each other.

“I just thought we could wear them so people would know but then it did not make sense.”

Hugging him I smiled.

“You idiot...”

I went through a lot for the last couple of hours but his arms around me lifted all the weight. Dori caressed my hair and nuzzled my neck before he pulled away.

“Go home now... We will talk through it all tonight, okay?”

Looking at him in the eyes I simply nodded. Kazumi took a look at Dori’s side for a moment and finally moved aside from the door. I threw him a glare before I made my way out. My heart, my body, my soul all felt lighter. I could not erase the smile from my face for the entire way home. 

I stopped by the convenience store to buy something. I wanted to cook a delicious steak and have a glass of wine along with it. I was excited about the evening. I marinated the meat and set the table. Everything was almost ready but there was no sign from him. Even if I hesitated for a moment I called him.

He did not pick up and I thought he was on his way. I waited, waited but it was already ten and my hope was fading away. I foolishly never thought he would not show up but there I was all alone. I opened the bottle of wine I bought and drank. After the third glass, I was cursing at Dori for everything he did to me, Mina for being such a bitch and Kazumi for being such an ass and not a nice option I could go with.  

“Ring huh, put that ring under your nose...”

I said while putting the empty glass down. Thinking of Dori with a septum piercing I was a giggling mess. His face was still alive before my eyes. Not even aware of what time it was I finally hit the bottom of alcohol. Hardly keeping my eyes open I turned my phone off and dragged my feet to my bed. I almost fell on my face. The soft fabric was comfortable but my thoughts were not. Still thinking about why Dori did not come or at least call me I drifted into a deep sleep.

I felt the bed was warmer than it should be. Shifted a little I opened my eyes and saw his arm wrapped around me. He was here? When I turned around to face him Dori was still sleeping. Well, at least that was what I thought. I allowed my fingertips to gently feel his soft hair. All of a sudden his hand caught mine then he opened his eyes.

“You are a trouble, aren’t you?”

I scoffed before I rolled my eyes.

“You are the one to tell...”

He tugged my hair behind my ear.

“Sorry...” his deep voice melted through my ears. “I had to take care of something.”

I wanted to ask but my instincts stopped me. Deep inside I knew it was about Mina but I was not going dig it. What was the use except for pain? Dori was here with me and that was the matter. Then I realized him being here was nearly impossible because I did not give him keys.

“How did you get in?”

Dori had a smirk on his lips when explained.

“I was planning on breaking the door but since it would be too loud I brought a locksmith after you did not answer my fifteenth call.”

I could not help but chuckle at his words. He reached for the drawer and grabbed a pair of keys.

“These are for your new lock and I got the other pair.” 

Only then I realized he was serious about the locksmith and probably breaking the door. Then he placed them back only to have a black card between his fingers.

“And this is for my room.”

Biting my lips I tried to proceed how he just went from keeping everything from me to giving me access to his room. Dori slowly leaned in towards me. His lips lured me in for a sweet yet passionate kiss. He tasted better than everything as I lost myself while our tongues danced with each other. We took our time as long as our lungs allowed. When he pulled away he seemed serious.

“Don’t do such a thing again. I was going out of my mind.”

My lips crashed his again before I smiled widely.

“If I am going to wake up with you I will do that anytime.”

When he gave me a glare that sent shivers down my spine I averted my gaze. Then his deep voice filled my ears again.

“Won’t you ask me about yesterday?”

I shook my head looking down for a second. After the sweetest smile I got from him Dori left the bed. When he appeared with a small box in his hand my eyes widen. The rings... He sat beside me while he opened the box.

“This means my promise...”

He took the smaller one. My fingers laid on his hand light like a leaf. His long fingers did not hesitate to put it on mine. Biting down my lips I took the bigger ring. I could feel his eyes on me while I slide it down his finger. We raised our hands to take a look at the elegant white gold. Dori’s fingers intertwined with mine in the air as he sighed.

“Too bad... It seems everyone will know I am taken.”

I arched an eyebrow at him.

“I know a lot of women would not mind that when they see you. I warn you Dori Sakurada if you even think about it, I will...”

His index finger was on my lips to stop me from talking. I was smiling until I heard the sound of keys at my door. A sharp knock followed along with my mom’s gentle voice.

“Sweetie I can’t open the door.”

Dori and I stared at each other with wide eyes.

a/n: another cute one! i was sitting in my cog. psych class this morning writing little notes on what i wanted to write for this fic and i think my professor saw me getting a little excited over it because she gave me a ? look and i was like dfghjkl i need to not think about fanfic during my one class on MWF

Every year, come late autumn, the mall pitches a large tent in the parking lot and fill it with all sorts of cobwebs and costumes. Atop it all, the grim reaper logo flies on a pumpkin orange banner bearing the name of the store, Spirit Halloween, and its catchphase, So much fun it’s scary!

“Y/n, are you ready to find yourself a costume for this Halloweekend?” Mina asks, gripping your elbow. “I can’t believe you’re actually coming along to the party this year.”

“I can’t believe my dad’s letting me,” you sigh as she drags you through the open door. Immediately your nose is flooded with the strange, zesty smell of dry ice as white smoke pools around your feet, and you cough.

A honey-haired, tall boy looks over from the cash register to your left. He waves at the two of you, with the brightest, most honest smile you’ve ever seen. “Welcome to Spirit!”

“Hello,” you reply, dipping your head in greeting.

“He’s cute,” Mina murmurs, eyes flicking from top to bottom as she appraises him. “Too bad I have a boyfriend.”

You snort. “You say that every time we come across someone remotely attractive, like you’re not whipped for Kazumi.”

“I can appreciate handsome boys.” She rolls her eyes, then gasps, spotting something at the other end of the store, pointing excitedly. “Y/n, look, there’s couple costumes! Should I force Kazu to wear one with me?”

“Hell yeah.”

“Oh my god. I think I see a honey and bee set! Meet me at the register in 30?”

“Got it. I’ll go… look for a costume.”

“Text me if you find anything exciting!”

Half-heartedly, you examine a simple witch costume, one with a long, flowing black skirt and a pointed felt hat. You’ve been a witch before, more than twice, at least, and you don’t mind the low cut neckline if it means you’re not going to spend another day looking in vain for another costume that won’t have your father up in arms.

“Finding everything okay?”

You glance at the speaker; it’s the cute boy from the register grinning down at you. He towers over you a little, and he notices when you flinch at his presence and takes an amiable step backwards, chuckling.

“I think I’m good,” is your automatic response, staring down at the plastic bag containing the witch costume. 

Meekly, you add, “...If I change my mind, I’ll come find you.”

“Of course. Anything you need, you come to me, doll.” He grins, giggling a little at his own audacity, and then heads off to talk to a couple of girls in the next aisle poring over little devilish pieces and pairing lipsticks with their outfits.

Mina holds up the witch costume next to you, screwing up her nose in focus. “I don’t know, girl. I know you don’t wanna look too slutty, but you know, it’s Halloweekend. Go crazy. Go stupid.”

“I know, I know.” You take the costume back from her, and place it back on the hooks. “I just, I don’t know. I haven’t felt super excited about Halloween in a while.”

“That’s okay~” she reassures you, patting your cheeks. “Take your time, you still have one more day!”

“Yeah…” you sigh. “Did you find what you wanted, at least?”

She lights up immediately, and holds up an Adult Avocado and Toast couples’ costume. “He’s going to hate this so much, but what do you think?”

“It’s very… Californian of you.”

She laughs. “That settles it. I’m getting it. Are you going to buy any makeup or anything?”

“No, I asked Lisa to do my makeup.” As you talk, the two of you navigate through the aisles towards the cash registers at the front. “That’s another reason I want to find a costume fast; she told me it would be nice if I told her as soon as possible so she could come up with a look.”

“Hello!” the cashier greets you. “Did any employees help you today?”

“Ah, yes,” Mina taps her lip with her debit card. “I think his name was Yukhei.”

The cashier smiles fondly at the name as she rings up the purchase. “That’ll be 49.99.”

Mina swipes her card, and turns to you as the transaction loads. “Are you gonna come back tomorrow?” 

“Do I have a choice?”

“Other than skipping the party? None.”

The next day you show up at Spirit alone. You’d tried to get Lisa to come with you, but she'd had refused in favor of studying for the Physics midterm, and Mina’s shift was going to run long past Spirit’s closing time of 9pm.

You hold your breath when you pass through the fumes of the fog machine this time, striding through it so quickly you miss a certain someone waving at you. 

“Whoa, whoa, whoa,” he calls after you, his voice reeling you back. “Why in such a rush?”

Biting your lip, you backtrack to the register. “There’s a party this weekend…”

“And you’re in desperate need of a costume,” he finishes, eyes gleaming. “Well, you’ve come to the right guy.”

He offers you his hand to shake and introduces himself. “Wong Yukhei. You can call me Yukhei, or Lucas, my English name.”

You take his hand and shake. His palm is warm and callused against yours. “Y/n.”

“Well, y/n, what are you in the market for?” he asks, rounding the register to walk side by side with you down the aisle of trick or treat bowls, the ones that have little gimmicky skulls and bony hands that react whenever you reach into them. “Cute? Sexy? Spooky?”

“I don’t know,” you say, picking up a Scream mask attached to a pump meant to push a red liquid faintly resembling blood into its plastic chamber and turning it over in your hands just to do something with them as you approach the Adult Costumes section in the back. “There’s a party this weekend, and I don’t know what I want to be.”

“What costumes have you worn before?”

“I’ve been a black cat and witch more times than I can count. I was a fairy when I was a kid, once.” You replace the mask on a shelf with similar pieces.

He laughs. “Those aren’t bad. I’m sure you looked great.”

“Yeah, but they’re safe choices.” 

Yukhei reaches up to grab a costume from the top row of hooks, but pauses before he grabs it, looking you square in the eye to say, “Nothing wrong with safe, doll.”

He says that, but with the smell of cedar and vanilla radiating from him as he leans down to hand it to you, you think, maybe safe is a little too boring for you. 

Lisa gently pulls the hair back from your face and draws it into a loose plait. “You found a costume, huh?”

“Yeah.” Your fingers twitch as you remember how you’d taken it home and torn the plastic bag apart to really try it on for the first time, and looked in the mirror. You’d spun and marveled at yourself until you grew dizzy, and then you’d laid on your bed and laughed.

“And what else did you find?” she prods, pinching your cheek. “Cuz I heard from Mina…”

You roll your eyes. “What did she tell you?”

She pats primer on your face, and you wince at the feel of the cold cream. “That you had goo-goo eyes for a tall and tan hottie.”

“I did not!”

She snickers as she looks through her foundations to match your skin color. “Did you get his number?”

“Why would I ask for that? He was just helping me out. You know, like a normal retail employee would.” “Well, sweetie, when two people are physically attracted to each other, it’s only natural that they want to get to know each other in a more intimate way. Whether you want to hold his hand or hop on that dick, I’m not judging.”

You splutter. “I’m not going to do that!”

“Alright, alright,” she relents, spinning a brush between her fingers with a giggle, “but if anything happens, I wanna hear all the details.”

At ten past nine, you show up to the party with Mina on your right. Kazumi trails behind the two of you, tugging at the green felt avocado costume on his frame and grumbling. 

The house belongs to one of Kazumi’s friends, whose parents are gone for the weekend on a business trip. It’s a lovely little villa in the midst of nowhere, with a chic, modern inside, and a wooden deck complete with a firepit, where most of the invitees sit, soaking up the autumn breeze and firelight.

“We’re going to go get some drinks,” Mina announces, turning to take her boyfriend’s hand. She looks you up and down with a grin. “Go get em, tigress.”

“You’re ditching me already?” You cling to her sleeve; while you love your costume, you don’t love the idea of walking around the party by yourself no matter what you’re wearing.

“No, I’m letting you free. Find a corner and wait for the boys to come to you, darling.” She blows you a kiss and plucks your fingers from her costume to head into the kitchen. “You’ve always been beautiful. Now unleash your inner hoe.”

The jungle juice is way too strong for you.

Still, you take sips from your half-filled cup every now and then to keep your hands from shielding your body, letting the sharp heat of the liquid sear the hesitation from your fingertips. The tight black lycra material of the SWAT catsuit on your body makes you feel like you’re exposed, every curve, every bump, every out-of-place spot on your body on display for everyone to see. 

The firelight doesn’t quite reach you in this corner, though, on the cushioned wooden bench just to the right of the screen doors, so you’re not all that worried.

The polished wood of the deck creaks as a tall silhouette approaches you, and you curl your legs under your body to let them squeeze past you and the group of frat boys cheering loudly for their friend chugging the contents of a vodka bottle.

But the person sits by you instead. 

“I thought I recognized you,” a familiar voice purrs. “What are the odds, though?”

You meet Yukhei’s glittering chocolate eyes with a gasp. In a leather jacket, distressed blue jeans and a pair of aviators clipped onto his shirt, and with his hair slicked back over his forehead, even in the faint light, he looks more attractive than he has any right to be. 

“Greaser?” is all you can manage to say.

“Guilty as charged.” He holds his hands up in mock surrender, touching the rings in his earlobes when he says, “You look good.”

“Thanks.” Blood rushes to your cheeks, and you fiddle with with the plastic cuffs on the belt hanging low on your hips. It feels strange to be talking to him as a person and not as a customer, though his easy, goofy grin is still the same. “You’re not too bad yourself.”

Yukhei laughs, fiddling with the dozen rings on his fingers. “You should have a little more confidence, babe.”

You choke on your punch. Doll had been a safe nickname, but babe? “I’m… what?”

He shakes his head, gesturing to all of you. “Come on. You don’t think you look good?”

When you open your mouth, ready to deflect his compliment, he covers your mouth with a hand. In the firelight, the edges of his face are outlined in amber and carnelian, and heat floods your cheeks when you notice that he’s not smiling, for once, and instead looks entirely serious when he tells you, “You’re beautiful.”

He sits back, taking his hand from your skin as if the brief moment of contact has burned him. He turns his head towards the firepit, and you can see that he’s scrunching his face up awkwardly, cheeks red with embarrassment. 

“Thank you,” you murmur.

He scoots closer to you, so close that your legs touch from knee to hip. “Sorry, I don’t want to invade your personal space, but I really can’t hear you.”

“No, it’s okay.” It really isn’t; his sweet, woody cologne envelops you, washing over you like the heat of the fire, and you unconsciously lean into him, cheek brushing his shoulder as you repeat your thanks. 

Yukhei chuckles, and you take a deep swig of your drink in the hopes that it’ll keep you from drowning in his smile.

He doesn’t say anything for a while. And eventually, you give in and rest your head on his shoulder, watching the embers dance in the firepit and the rowdy group of boys begin to wind down for the night, sitting on the edge of the deck and pointing up drunkenly at the constellations in the sky.

It’s a little uncomfortable, resting on his collarbone, but when his arm sneaks around to wrap around your shoulders, you don’t mind at all. 

And when his eyes meet yours and crinkle in a smile, and one of his hands comes up to cup your face gently, you close your eyes and lean into the kiss.

You leave that night with the taste of chocolate on your lips and his hand in yours.

〝Neo＂is Nocturne’s home planet, and is in many ways Earth’s descendent. It is one of many planets in the Bright Star systemーamong which are Apotelesma, Belogvardeyski, Repent, Kha’on, Rabble, Apoc, Rhahlios, Eyrith, Aigokheros, Orphan Moon, Ecferve, Cthylle, Ptolis and potentially othersーand is relatively close the sun at the center of its star system, giving it a generally temperate climate. It has one moon known as “Sel”, and is close to Apoc. It has a vast array of native species, some of which are friendly and integrated with the descended Earthlings (giving birth to such species as the Umushi, Disian Elves, etcetera) and others live in isolated countries, forbidding Earthlings to enter lest they legally be killed. Nobody outright rejected their stayー but not all wanted to actively engage with it, and instead elected to keep to themselves. As such, nobody really knows much about these regions bar those who are native to the planet.

It is part of the Interplanetary Alliance, which unites Belogvardeyski, Repent, Rhahlios, Aigokheros, Cthylle, Ptolis and Rabble. Neutral parties are Ecferve, Apotelesma and Kha’on, while Apoc loudly separates itself from associating openly with its neighbours, and Orphan Moon is too young to have been around the time of its formation. Regarding the status of Eyrith... well, the planet was crucial in the formation of the Interplanetary Alliance in the first place, is all I’ll say. 

Neo’s natives seem to be purely energy-based, and tended towards “abstract” forms initiallyー when Earthlings made a mass exodus from Earth during its Fall, some adapted their forms to be more comprehensible to their new companions, though not without various oddities. This also allowed them to reproduce, too. Some, however, retained their shape, and ‘reproduced’ anywayー such as the Living Sea. 

Currently, there are several kingdoms, governed by the Lords of Arcana, and part of the Empyreal Empire, currently headed by Emperor Theus Geneviev III. The capital of the Empire sits in Mah’kaa, and is Oztaーthe Shimmering Cityーand all domains fall under its rule, excepting Izanami, which is semi-independent. Not unlike the relationship between say, Scotland and England; Izanami has certain “devolved” powers, such as priority over how it treats its criminals (rather than the Emperor having say). As such, many of the laws of Izanami fall under the rule of its King, Kazumi. Which is not ideal, considering her nature...

Despite the fact that Ecferve is not part of the Interplanetary Alliance, Neo and Ecferve did come to some sort of alliance during Kazumi’s time as a young woman, when her sister became engaged to a noble from Ecferveー becoming the first interplanetary engagement. It went... as well as you would have expected, but Kazumi still remains an ally of Ecferve. So take that as you will. Nocturne, for what its worth, has her Ecfervian allies too; but they are exiles and rogues, primarily Vosem Vektraーthe Head Seamstress and one of the longest-running members of Atlas, a close confidant of High Commander Clarion Cruxーand their partner, Vesper. It primarily has its conflicts with the closely neighbouring Apoc, whose loud King refutes anything to do with it or any other extraterrestrial lifeform.

I still cried a little, but overall this was probably the easist moving back out trip I’ve had in the year and a half since I moved out for school.
