i was tagged by @kaatiba a while ago but i never really got around to it. thank you, love <333

relationship status: single. that’s probably not going to change for a while, but imma okay with that. (i’m freaking 15, for goodness gracious)

favourite color: anywhere in the spectrum from green to blue, with my sweet spot being that shade of teal that falls right between the two. honest to God, i swear my mom tries to get me to wear other colors but i always loved how that range of colors (as well as gold, bronze, and silver--all the metallic colors, but especially the gold) went so well with my jet black hair and my skin tone.

wrath and the dawn: shazi and khalid (obviously)

six of crows: i actually have yet to read it (alas, it’s been on my tbr list for a while), but i’m shipping kaz and inej already, so... #prayformyfragileheart

lipstick or chapstick: chapstick for the win, y’all, cause i be a sucker for EOS (evolution of smooth)--their chapsticks are bliss and imma gonna be here for that

last movie: The Prince of Egypt. honest to God, y’all, that movie didn’t have to go so hard but it dID AND I BE HOLLERING

last book: ‘we hunt the flame’ by hafsah faizal ( @hafsahfaizal here on Tumblr), and my God, that book brOKE ME TO PIECES AND I DON’T KNOW IF I’M GOING TO BE OKAY. my fragile, fantasy-loving heart is low-key weeping atm.

currently reading: honestly, i be taking a step back from the fantasy world while trying to recover from WHTF cause it has spoiled me and now i be measuring books by that standard 

tho i think the next read might be Six of Crows or a reread of The Red Tent

One of the characteristics of a democracy is that you can protest. That is currently not the case in India.

Young, old, men and women are protesting against a few laws that were created for the farmers.

The government is trying to push back the protestors by shooting water at them. At one point India had a water shortage. Water is also getting wasted. They had closed the road and ended up throwing tear gas at protestors.

This country must represent a democracy, but look what happens here. THOUSANDS of people are disagreeing with something, listen to THEIR voices and their suffering. Stopping them with water, road blocks or throwing tear gas is NOT THE WAY!
