First off; i am sososoSO sorry i've been away from this account for so long, the sails for my Power rangers' side of my brain did not have any wind in them what's so ever...but hey, I'm hopefully back with a new character! Here he is.

Levi Yamada (Face Claim: Osric Chao) Age: 23 D.O.B: 1978 Born and Current city: Silver Hills Sexuality: Gay (cause why not)

Personality: Quiet, keeps to himself until he warms up to people.

His story: Levi Yamada is a poor, homeless man who was forced to drop out of school in his last year. He had taken shelter in the clock tower three years prior to the rangers making it their home. He had been getting by via polaroid pictures that he sells.

Once he met the rangers who allowed him to stay at the tower, he found himself a new family.

He does gain a crush...but I will let you guys guess lol
