jewish culture is (I think) taking on tiny mitzvots that nobody else really notices/connects to the judaism. Not eating that one specific food even if you don't keep kosher or carrying hairpins for who needs them if you're going to schul or wearing kinda nice headdresses that cover the back of your head all the time, even if you don't panic when you nearly lose one.

Hi! So, I don't know if you're still answering questions, but I'd like to say that your entire blog, especially the clothing part is brilliant and incredibly helpful! (I'm working on a degree in theatre and historical Costuming) And I'm here because I like to go around and just generally check that people are okay! So, here it is: I haven't seen anyone ask, so, how are you? Like, generally?

Hello there! I'm always answering questions, be they about myself or about something to do with history. Thank you so, so much for sending this! I'm glad that you like my blog (and I may or may not be freaking out about the fact that someone who is studying one of my main interests likes the little blog I run as a hobby).

To answer your question, I'm doing alright at the moment. Admittedly I've been struggling to find motivation sometimes (which is one reason why this blog has been so quiet) but I'm still keeping busy most days. I'm still in school as well, so that gives me plenty to do.
