imagine being a kakashi cosplayer, never heard of mcyt. you're at a con and someone walkes up on you, hands you a minecraft sword and asks if you can give it to them for a picture with the words "trust me, this is very emotional"

Eternally grateful for the friendly and wonderful Kakashi cosplayer that was willing to step in and be Etho for a very specific Limited Life photo I wanted to do at con this weekend.

You, sir, made my entire night. Thank you.

okay here i haven't been debating more ninja con

NinjaCon 1: Tori and Kakashi. The one where Sasori shows up to be like "hey we need to talk for Akatsuki reasons."

NinjaCon 2: Minato crashes and immediately gets himself and Tori "kidnapped."

NinjaCon 3: The one with X the cosplayer. Itachi also joins.

So for NinjaCon 4, the idea I've been rotating is: if I do go the "Sasori is Kazekage" route, this would be ~a year after he gets the hat. Tori somehow convinces him coming to NinjaCon is a good idea, but once he's there, she abruptly realizes that NinjaCon is almost specifically designed to annoy Sasori, and unlike anyone else mentioned, he WILL kill people just for being annoying. So she ends up following him around and fretting the whole time.

Of course, from the outside it does look like Tori randomly manipulated the Kazekage into leaving his village and is now swanning around him, directing him towards or away from certain people.

Etho who "picked Kakashi skin because it was the most detailed at the time". Yeah sure he did.

I'm convinced it's the other way around. Maybe he watched Nrt, saw Kakashi doing the copy ninja thing and thought "wow, that's sooo me" then decided to LARP as him forever. (See: trolling people on worms by copying their names+teams)

Maybe Etho wanted to be kks so bad that he looked up Kakashi skins then found the most detailed skin available. And then he got embarrassed about being a nerd, so now he pretends he's indifferent about anime (or maybe he's embarrassed that he can't say sharingan properly). Hence the "it's just a detailed skin + i recognized the character" story.

It's funny how he's still trying to convince people that he's not into Nrt, but he does things like call himself a ninja (copy ninja even, + saying it would be his pokemon abiilty), name his ark dinosaurs ninja storm/ninja striker/ninja dancer etc., and name his sword chidori. I appreciate the commitment to the theme.

I know what you are Mr Copyboy Ersatz... It's okay, you don't have to come out and say it. We understand. <3

Hellooo!! This was a very old sketch that I finished just recently.

I didn't finish watching Naruto, but I watched the whole first season... And I only began to watch because of Kakashi and Iruka Umino XD so this is an homage to Kakashi.

Also, I got inspired in one Kakashi cosplayer to make this drawing. I was out of ideas of poses so I just began to scroll down and see many cosplayers :)

If you really wanna see the adventures of cosplayers in the wild, visit the Dunkin’ Donuts just outside the Hynes convention center during anime Boston (or really any of the stores around there but the dunks is where you get The Vibe). Watch as a line forms consisting of Sephiroth, a furry, the fourth doctor, and hatsune miku. Feel the childlike wonder of watching someone dressed as Kakashi from accounting slip the straw for their iced caramel mocha under their mask. Hear the guy from Jujutsu Kaisen order a “regulah.” God is real and he lives in the Hynes Dunkin’ Donuts during anime Boston weekend.
