Hikaru Kamiki, a famous and talented actor, was murdered by a stalker who was a fan of the B-Komachi. With having his last moments with his twins, Ruby and Aqua, before passing, Aqua and Ruby were able to get clues to the person who could be their mother/their father's killer, find the stalker and the lies that their father left behind.

The song "Fatal" by GEMN gave me this book idea, especially making Melt, Taiki, and Aqua idols.

Yes, Fatal will be one of their songs :D

I have a few questions about ryosuke kaihara, you said something in the post that he is a victim of the entertainment industry. Do you think that the reason why he loves idols and his obsession with ai is because he is looking for love in his life as the film will show

Given how quick we're blasting through the remaining material of the Movie Arc (I am honestly at a point where I don't even know if we'll see Ai's death), I'd be surprised if Ryosuke got any focus as a character within the fiction of 15 Year Lie. There's also just the fact that nobody involved in the movie actually knew him as a person, nor is there any real way for them to find any info out about him now he's dead, save for hassling his (potential) surviving family members.

From the Doylist perspective of 'how does this character interact with the story's themes', though, I do think that's a safe bet when it comes to Ryosuke. Pretty much every character in Oshi no Ko is characterized in relation to love and what a lack of it does to them so it makes sense that this would also be the case for him.

It also makes sense from the perspective of B-Komachi being a 'gachikoi' group as it's described a few times. This means they are specifically built on every level to target and attract the kind of fans that form intense romantic fixations on their favourite idols and to pander to those fans at every opportunity. While not every one of B-Komachi's fans were hooked like this, a big enough majority of them were that they were considered the core, central consumers.

I think it goes without saying that a person who looks for love in a parasocial relationship is probably not getting a lot of it in their real life and indeed, the idol industry revolves around exploiting these sorts of people to bleed them dry in any way it can.
