hello! thank you for the ask! first of all, i'm sorry for the super, super late response. this is from april of last year.

Miguel: he's the biggest hugger! always finding reasons, even little reasons to hug someone. Miguel's hugs are always warm and filled with affection. and he always, always, makes sure to be the last one to let go.

Kahel: they're not a hugger. they're more of a hand-on-the-shoulders or a hand-around-the-waist kind of person. BUT! they're not one to reject a hug, even if they hide behind their teasing, they appreciate it. they will never initiate a hug, but they'll lean into it if hugged.

Cristina: she's not a hugger. even if she's hugged, she'll awkwardly wrap her arms around the other person and pat them before stepping away. it's not in Cristina's personality to be generous with physical affection. the most she'll do is lean on someone's shoulder (someone she's extremely close with)

Having barely settled in with all his things, mostly movie memorabilia he refused to leave back in California for fear of someone breaking in and stealing them, Adam could finally take a deep breath and see what the quaint town of Clearwater had to offer. "You ever psychoanalyze what's in this place?" he asked Kai as he slowly walked a bit ahead with his hands in his pockets. "I feel like for you, it'd just be one big Rorschach test. You can tell a lot about a person based off the art they make... Except mine. Let's not think too much about that," he chuckled.

My very late promise to show more about the Governor of Zavoti and his family. The occupy the Governor's Mansion, a house I made ages ago but have repurposed and redecorated for several worlds (because I don't enjoy building and decorating huge lots).

Ali'iloa Kahele comes from a long line of politicians on the island of Zavoti, tracing their roots to some of the first inhabitants of the island. He is politically shrewd and devoted to serving the island, even if he lacks a bit of humour and humility. Quite sure of his place in the world, he only defers to his beloved wife, Mele. Sacrificing a career in teaching to raise their 4 children and play first-lady duties, she's not one to let anyone forget what she gave up. She makes sure her children value learning and academics.

Kimo is their eldest son and keen to follow his father's footsteps, though he suffers from some mental struggles that will impact his life plan. He adores his youngest sister Leialoha and dotes after her.

Enoka and Ku'uipo are classic middle children. Enoka wants to travel the world learning and performing music, whilst Ku'uipo is determined to be a psychologist and help other "terribly forgotten" middle children.
