The haikyuu movie was so good I felt like it cured me and I really wanted fix myself fr I was so motivated but then I ruined it all by having shitty thoughts about myself like 15 mins after I left the movie theatre so lmao

i do adore the little conversation where Daichi ruminates about whether he should quit the club, especially the way that this panel interacts with the panels above. The start of Daichi's sentence is placed in the last panel of Tanaka's conversation with the other second years. Tanaka's absolute faith in Daichi, his desire to make Daichi's dream come true, the way the second years are leaning on their captain's strength to move on from their loss against Seijoh thrown here into sharp contrast against Daichi doubting whether his presence will help or hinder his team.

It also reminds us how seriously Daichi takes his role- quitting now, sacrificing his own dreams if it means the team will be able to go further. But Suga pulls him out of that self sacrificing nonsense soon enough and after this moment of indecision, he doesn't doubt again and that's Karasuno's strongest foundation for you.
