Working an 8 hour shift and coming home an not cleaning a mess you didnt make is NOT lazy and honestly I'm sick and tired of being call lazy. I am a 20 yr old woman working 37.5 hours a week at Hardy's doesn't seem hard right? 6 am to 2 pm everyday except Monday and Tuesday. I deal with customers on a daily basis and for someone with crippling anxiety and no medical insurance to try to get help? That's exhausting. I am severely anemic as well and tire easily add that to my hypothyroidism and you have one very tired person. A while ago I lost my job when the company switched and as these things tend to happen I lost my home. My fiance and I moved in with his parents. Now we pay half the rent electric and water as well as are expected to clean all the dishes and keep the house in tip top shape. Now here's where it gets worse his mother has a 1 year old son I constantly change diapers and get bottles and have to watch him. For someone who tried for AT LEAST a year to have my own (we were financially stable and had two spare bedrooms) this is just torture at this point because I have no reprieve when my depression hits due to the fact that I may very well be infertile. I shouldn't close the door to "my" room because it's the baby's whi NEVER USES IT. He doesn't even sleep in a crib he still sleeps in the bed with his parents. Today is Sunday which means I have the next two days off but I'm really tired so I decided I will clean tomorrow so i can relax. NOPE! Adv His dad decides to say "see shes asleep!" Which I DID want to sleep I go to bed at 8 on the days I work so I can get up at 5 and its 9 o clock the habit has been formed and I'm just fighting sleep now and I hear this " she just lazy" I think its bs that we have to pay the rent when they KNOW we want to get out again now that I've got a stable job and he got a raise. I understand water and electric as we use those but since this is "the babys room" I feel we shouldn't pay rent at this point or if we do we should not be REQUIRED to do all the chores after all I'm the youngest and I'm an adult. The point of all this YOUR CHILDREN BIOLOGICAL OR IN LAW OR WHATEVER ARE NOT MAIDS! I'm tired if this shit and honestly I dont care how old your child is unless they are 30 with no job and no excuse (good excuse) for not having one DONT TREAT THEM LIKE MAIDS AND THREATEN TO KICK THEM OUT IF THEY DONT CLEAN. I can't even speak my mind because my fiance will get angry because his dad will be angry and possibly kick us out if I bring up this injustice (I'm going off topic here but at this point I'm ranting because I'm tired and cant sleep despite the fact they think I am because of all the loud noises coming from the TV and the adults) I am poly I am getting married October next year but I DO have a beautiful girlfriend as well my fiance and I both agree if we could we would all three be married this is all completely consensual she is both mine and my fiances girlfriend we love her but the minute we try to go public I will be homeless because obviously I'm cheating on him if you are a parent please be understanding treat your kids the way you want to be treated respect them if they want to take a nap after a long day of work even though it's only 3 pm LET THEM k I'm going to bed its 9:21 and I'm developing a migraine if you made it this far thank you for reading and if you are ever in a situation where you can take people into your home and help them through the rough waters of life PLEASE remember this post how would you feel if things were reversed

17. why did i choose my url: I've stuck with the name Reed for a really long time now but its also a pretty generic name, so i came up with this shitty pun and it stuck. it's probably my steam username too but like shifted around a little. any time i can't get 'reed' as a username i default to im.reed.ing or something like that.

20. favorite snack for movie/tv: Honestly I used to not chow much while watching or itd be something generic like chips, but recently I started marathoning naruto of all things w a friend and we go to the asian supermarket beforehand and we get like a bunch of popped rice chips or sweets and various foods and some iteration of hi-chews and THAT is my favorite marathon snack tbh.

28. Dream trip: anywhere, so long as its with the people I really love. One day, I'll pack a few things into my car and run away for a little while. I'll come back some day! But for those long hours on the road with another person or two, marvelling quietly at the world around them as it passes and listening to music in the car... that sounds like a nice temporary reprieve.
