We've all seen Brendon and Ryan's high school pictures, but where are Brent/Jon's and Spencer's??? I can't find anything on them at all.

I honestly feel like the fandom has the most pictures of teenage Jon in addition to his yearbook stuff. Brent obvs no lol, but yeah I guess there wasn't quite as many of Spencer shared back then.

I think the source of the yearbook scans probably factors into the volume. A girl who ran a short-lived Panic fan site had a guy who went to school with Brendon (someone named Travis) scan in more yearbook pictures in mid-2006 so that's where a lot of those came from. FBR also shared Brendon's sophomore school picture in August 2008 for some back-to-school promos even though we'd already had that for years.

A lot of Ryan's high school pictures were shared by Paulina, and then his yearbook scans were shared by former classmates in fall 2005. Those became really popular. I thought it was funny that even Keltie found them online... like when Rolling Stone talked about Ryan's 21st birthday in 2007, they said that Keltie "hung mini versions of Ross’ high school yearbook photo (which she found on the internet)."

i suppose i should do a proper post about meeting jon last night! we took pics but i keep my face off of this account so i'm not going to post them here (they are on another site if you feel like hunting yourself) but he's filling in for the bassist of spitalfield on this run of shows with hawthorne heights and armor for sleep! i got to meet someone from all of the bands and i'd been pretty friendly at spitalfield's merch before the show so i went back to say hi again on my way out and jon was there that time so i said hey and introduced myself! told him about the decaydance stuff i do online and he was really excited about it, especially when i mentioned the young veins. ("you know that one too?" was the quote on that). he even threw in a little pretty odd reference which i appreciated lmao. we took pics and he made sure i got some good ones before i headed out and when i was waiting for my uber outside he passed by me again and tapped me on the back to tell me to get home safe. it was so cool, everyone in all the bands were super chill and sweet (even when they were being swamped by all of us saying hi). i got some stuff signed and pics with everyone, it was so great. live music >>>

So the town I work in is getting a McDonald's and they're right on the corner into town where the highways meet and so there is a crosswalk there because there are traffic lights. Anyway, day before yesterday when I was heading to the grocery store after work a high school girl jwalked from the subway to the convenience store next to the McDonald's instead of just walking the 40ft to the crosswalk and traffic literally had to stop for her because she walked out in front of traffic. And she DID look before she crossed. She saw us. People have been killed jwalking main st before. Like more than once. And it's not like the solution is to put a crosswalk in because there is literally one right there. But I think the McDonald's is gonna make things worse, I think more people are going to get struck by traffic because of it.
