i love how they contrasted the handling of underage/adult relationships between kon and anita. bonnie might’ve been a sack of shit, but she was enough of a helicopter parents that she knew when someone else was looking to manipulate a young person. not bc she’s nice or a good parent, but bc she spent her own life manipulating and abusing her own daughter, and could call a spade for a spade when anita was in danger.

meanwhile with kon, everyone knew but nobody cared enough to step up, even tho he was CONSTANTLY preyed upon. it’s a distinct look into how the teen tv empire did not give a SHIT about its underage victims, while simultaneously enabling people like tana.
