Seeing Fallout around again made me nostalgic for the old F:NV AU of my guys, so I put together some refs for them to play in Artfight. <:)

Just two weird guys hanging out in the wasteland, up to no good -- some more 'no good' than others. Seeing a strange little mole-man looking guy in a full tuxedo wandering the wasteland might give you creeping, weird vibes. Listen to those vibes. Avoid him. Don't get eaten. (Granted, he mostly targets raiders and other won't-be-mourneds for his carnivorous compulsions, but still... get on his bad side and I'm sure he can find an excuse.)

For the other one, he's mostly harmless in that any potential harm that could happen will be redirected at his face. Jack has a real nose for tracking down trouble, even though he doesn't have much of a nose left anymore. (These things may be connected.) It's doubly unfortunate that makes him look like a ghoul, even though he's not a ghoul. Really.

i feel like people keep interchanging MAINS, EXCLUSIVES, and AFFILIATES and haphazardly using them without really recognizing what they mean, so here's a brief description of the differences.

MAINS are the primary group of roleplay blogs you interact with on a regular basis. you might choose to prioritize them in terms of replies or ask memes, or focus on their dynamics more often than you do others.

EXCLUSIVES are the only version of that character you will write with. as an example, if you add a canon superman or a princess jasmine to your exclusives, it means you will not write with or follow any duplicates of those characters.

** this can also include FACECLAIM EXCLUSIVES, where you won't follow duplicate faceclaims of your favorite blogs. weird example, but if you're writing with a blog using tom hanks as their faceclaim, you might say you're faceclaim exclusive with that blog and refuse to write with or follow any other blogs using tom hanks.

AFFILIATES are blogs with extensive ties to your blog's canon. their characters are weaved into your storyline to such a degree that you cannot separate them from one another. maybe they're your primary or single ship partner. maybe you created the characters together. maybe they're from the same piece of media and you want to establish their significant ties to your muse and their story. this is a step up from exclusives, and their url is often linked in your pinned or placed on your rules page.

nightmare viewing the murder time three as little toys but more in like a little spoiled kid kinda way. because it would be funny and if you take into the account that he was like 6 before getting corrupted and do some mental loopholes it would be even funnier. like these are his dolls (killer dust and horror) and this is their barbie dreamhouse (his castle). they all have to stay in one room because nightmare needs to keep his toys in a toy box. the toys only ever come out when he wants to play but oh damn it they keep on breaking out!! silly toys,,, and then he locks them into the room again.

nightmare serves them food with plastic tea cups and plastic plates and there is no food. there is no tea. they have to imagine the food because dolls can't literally eat. there are food containers and stuff in the house but its all just a bunch of empty boxes. horror starts tweaking out after he scavenges the kitchen and finds a cereal box and milk carton that have NOTHING in it (why keep empty boxes?????)

they have to go where he wants them to go. nightmare gets to dress them up in whatever he wants because theyre his dolls they can wear anything he wants. it gets incredibly embarrassing when the trio is forced to wear pink pretty dresses and fight like that. or they have to go around the castle doing stupid fucking roleplays and it gets weird because theyre being forced to reenact a bullying scene and nightmare's giving them the death stare if they don't get it right (is this projection. this must be some form of coping mechanism dust theorizes)

and then you know nightmare's not exactly the best toy owner so he loses a few of his dolls here and there. maybe they get destroyed when he was playing a bit too rough with them! (killer dies in battle for like the 29th time) but its okay because he can just go back on down to the store (something new) and buy. wait no. steal another doll and then put it back in his dreamhouse and BOOM he has a full set again!! so sweet so cute. his dolls don't have consciousness what are you talking about theyre begging to be let go?? that's all just your imagination. what do you mean you're asking about the several slowly dying bodies with removed arms or legs in his dungeon. oh that's just where the broken but not yet destroyed toys go dw theyre fine its humane

Once again, no, you were not groomed by proshipping. You were groomed by someone using proshipping.

My groomer used a pairing that I already liked to desensitize me to sexual interactions, and it was a completely normal and popular pairing. To this day, I still don't like it. It's completely okay to not like or even hate those things that your groomer used against you.

It's not okay to demonize an entire group of people or lump the ideology itself in with a terrible experience that you had. Your trauma does not make you infallible.

It is not the fault of the content you were shown that you got groomed. Groomers will use anything. They are bad people. The content you were shown is neutral.

i need everyone to apologise for treating minecraft roleplay as cringe rn bc the shittiest minecraft roleplay from 13 year olds over discord voice chat for ten minutes takes advantage of the mechanics of minecraft and has more emotional weight than the entirety of a minecraft movie seems to have. “oh but there’s shitty people involved with some of them!” oh but i guara fucking tee you there’s shitty people involved in a minecraft movie and they’re actually getting paid way more than anyone got paid for any of the smps you guys decided were cringe. it could have always been worse and now that prophecy has been fulfilled
