Yes shadow with wings is very cool, very awesome and sick as hell, yes they look super cool and dark and wicked , yes they do make me squeal like a deflated ballon.

But what if they literally tear themselves right out of his back, what if those wings are forcing themselves out , what if they hurt like hell, what if every sound in that moment is painful and horrifying, what if shadow literally screams bloody murder while two wings yank themselves right out from under his quils. Sanemi raised an eyebrow. He understood, sort of. But if Obanai had wanted this, why hadn’t he said so when he introduced himself to the Hashira? The question must’ve read on his face because Obanai answered, rewrapping his bandages.

“You’re my friend.”

“Didn’t realize you were the sappy type,” Sanemi hummed, finishing his own cup.

“Shut the fuck up.”

“Right. But where is this coming from?”

Obanai tapped vaguely where his mouth was tucked under his mask. “Here.”

“It’s random.”

“I know. You don’t have to.”

“No. No, it’s fine,” Sanemi assured him. He waited a moment. “You can call me Sanemi, then.”

“Okay, ‘nemi,” Obanai deadpanned.

“Fuck off.”

“Thanks.” Obanai stood. “For the tea.”

“Sure.”

Sanemi watched as Obanai retreated to the door.

“Bye, Obanai,” he called out, as an afterthought.

“Farewell to you too.” Obanai turned cocking his head towards him. “Sanemi.”

If Erik was living in the present time, what other music genres would you think he be into?

I’ll start with MazM Erik/Phantom.

I think he would enjoy, or rather appreciate, symphonic/neoclassical metal (opera metal). He would find the use of orchestral music and soprano/alto-soprano vocals with the accompaniment of heavy guitar rifts, bass, and drums intriguing. He finds comfort from listening to emotionally charged songs.

the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY TO ME?????????? and thus was verbal again
